Delight Games Library (Choices Game)

I have been looking for quite a while for a GOOD app such as this. Many other text choice stories are very lackluster and are obviously only in it for the money. This one on the other hand has an excellent storyline, challenging options, and I really enjoy the occasional authors notes. I highly recommend this one to anyone who is looking for a good thought provoking choice story.

Love the first novel. Old school dnd type stuff. I used to read a fair bit but slacked off the past few years and this is awesome. Great writing, interesting choices plus when the wife says 'are you playing that game again'? You can say no dear I'm reading Hemingway or some bs

Epic, a MUST play for people who love reading fiction and like to change the outcome of the characters route their on with multiple choice decisions!! I've reread zombie high over and over a milion times by now, I can't get enough of these stories❤ Please add the frost vol to the library it's such a good story????

I just finished the first story and oh my gosh. Was it ever good! It really got my attention and I felt like I was there. I didn't want to stop playing and was a little sad when when the first story ended, even though it will still continue. So much fun!

Cons: the coin system. I got hooked on the Rogue Choices series, but I quickly encountered a problem. You must accrue game currency in order to unlock the next chapter. The game allows free to play users to obtain more coins with a daily chance to earn 1 single coin, and the option to watch 2 ads for a coin each. That said, by the time I've collected enough coins for the next chapter, I've lost interest. The only other way to get coins is to progress through different series. I'm not the type to read more than one book at a time though, so it's very frustrating to grind for coins. Pros: the writing is much better than I anticipated. The wity banter and the engaging characters will pull you right into a wonderful reading experience. I've only read the Rogue story, but I highly recommend it. It's loads of fun, especially if you've ever played a rogue in a DnD or Pathfinder game.

Nice way to be involved in a story. Not a fan of ads, but it is a nice way to boost points. The mechanic works well and is minorly intrusive to the story. Gives me an idea of my own story I'd like to write.

Then you'll be a book-a-holic in no time at all; books are worth their weight in gold for their pure ability to whisk you away from what might just be a truly horrendous life to a world of magic and wonder. I know I love and value every book I've read for the ability to take me away to some place free of pain and sickness, where I can follow the heroes on their adventures, or, like in these game books, I AM the hero! ☆☆☆☆☆♡♡♡♡♡

Excellent games. Very well thought out. The stories are enthralling, the character personalities are flawless, and it plays out like an interactive choose-your-own-ending book as advertised. Obvious time and effort to keep the players attention. 10/10

I could not stop playing! It reminds me of the choose your own adventure books I read as a kid. A lot of fun, and surprisingly well written.

Love the books however what's ridiculously is the fact you only get one(1) freaking coin for watching ads that are over 30seconds long!! REALLY?!?! Every other game gives at Least five(5) for watching ads that's not unreasonable especially to unlock the next volume of books! The dev is following EA's business model of "pay to win" forcing you to buy the whole package for $20 even though some of us are only in one particular series. I know they have each individual series to buy but for the length of the ads you have to watch it's really lopsided. I will change my review if the devs are even willing to meet me half way and make it 3 coins to watch their ads

I got this game on a whim and thoroughly enjoy it. I've never played text based or table top RPGs, but if they're like this game I'll have to give them a try! Engaging, witty and with enough depth to make it worthwile. Great game!

The storyline is great. But my only regret is that the Good becomes Evil. It must be some other way that. An EVIL is defeated by GOOD. Such as ANCIENT BOOK of HEAVENLY SPELLS or WHITE BOOK

Fun. A great change of pace from the run of the mill arcade style gameplay that has become the norm. Stories are detailed and thought provoking (the ones I've done so far). Definatly worth a try regardless of what you would normally play. Well done devs (and authors).

Omg! I absolutely love this app! All the books in one app don't need to download the others. Hope the Rogue's choice (book 9+) will be released soon! I'm so into the story that I already seeing myself as "Rooster". Just one request :) I hope another story like Zombie high but with a male character comes out. Idk why but I didn't feel comfortable knowing that in one story I was a girl :) Thanks for the awesome story/play books!

Great game for long trips and such as it offers both interactive engagement and book reading experience. I specially like the fact that there are so many genre to choose from. Only thing I would like to see added are stories that branch out in totaly different directions at least for a while, and have decisions with lasting effect on the rest of the story, not just the choose-hopefully-optimal-choice mechanics. All in all very good game and great writing. P.s. at the end of Wizard's choice v1 the game text-scored me as if playing Rogue's choice, might want to check that out.

Very interesting. Some books like this are poorly written but this app is an exception for sure.

Great stories! Ads are annoying but not terrible. Would have bought it but 10$ seems a bit much.

I wasn't sure I would like a game like this and was sceptical but as the first story progressed and the plot thickened I can't put it down. 10/10 from me, great job.

Loved it. Absolutely love the atmosphere these stories put out and the choices you can make. I never get sick of these stories.

This is awesome plus you can read and make choice and if you don't like choice u can decide if u want to start over even know that if u use all your coin u can watch videos for more. It great, fun, awesome, plus I'm super super duper addictive to it!????????????????????????

So much fun to explore this choose your own adventure style game! Started with Wizards Choice & then found they have additional genres in this download. Just began with this so I'll see if I enjoy these as much. ETA. I love this game with ALL of its stories & chapters

This is just really good. I'm having a lot of fun playing this game. Great work and I can't wait for more stories. I however wish there are more real and grounded stories. I was really keen on reading the Detective Series only to realize that he's a Paranormal Detective. So, in the future, I would like more grounded stories to balance out the fantasy.

Very enjoyable. The choices don't tend to branch very much and choosing the wrong one often just loses you a few stat points and forces you onto the right choice, but the characters and story are certainly entertaining :)

I love it. I've meticulously replayed entire stories to make sure I do everything perfect and feel like I am the [Insert relevant pritagonist] in each story. I wish there were more stories available, hopefully soon!

I really love the aspect of having stats in this game such as health or mana because it really affects the choices you make, making the game even more engaging and thoughtful. Perfect combination of a good read and self story crafting!

better than most choose your adventure text games. I like the life gold etc you actually gather and the choices feel like having n impact. well written that being said, im only at the first story.

Good way to pass time. Can be slow at times but over all fun

Entertaining story so far. White on black background is hard to read.

It is a bit early, i just finished the second vol of the detective history, but so far it is great. I don't give 5 stars because the adds are too much... could be a bit less.

Fantastic game. It's not as deep as some of the other Choice of Games, but there are a lot of stories, and it definitely holds your attention.

This is a wonderful app. It does not demand money for choices and the storylines are amazing

Some of the best decision best games are apart of this collection. My favorites consist of the oregan trail, and the zombie high.

The opening story is great, the achievements are better, AOE is by far the best lmao. Only wish there where (was?) customization for the characters and a read aloud option. Still better than most.

As an avid fan of any and all choose your own adventure and role playing games, this app and it's creators get 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!
