I have just downloaded the new app and im a little concerned about my previous account. Am i able to retrieve it and if so, how do i do so? I spent quite a bit of money and dont want to see all my prior work lost. Thank you. :) if you can resolve this ill give 5 stars.

Played this a ton. Advanced past level 50. Had a mage and a warrior... they're gone. The pets, equipment, everything, gone. The 30 plus dollars I spent topping up and getting V.I.P. status wasted? Why would they think it's a good idea to delete everyone's stuff even though you can still login to your account? I'm beyond upset.

Can't seem to download the patches. Says I have a bad internet. Tried reinstalling but doesn't work. Will update rating when this is resolved.

There are some downers to this game but other wise the graphics are amazing the story is incredible and just fin fllipin tastic
