Metro 2033 Wars es un juego de estrategia por turnos, basado en el best-seller de Dmitry Glukhovsky's, Metro 2033.

Un terrible conflicto armado llevó a un intercambio nuclear entre las principales fuerzas gubernamentales del mundo. Varios miles de personas, en diferentes ciudades, lograron sobrevivir a la terrible destrucción resultante, al encontrarse en las profundidades del sistema metropolitano, y ahora se ven forzados a luchar entre ellos por la supervivencia, mientras resisten los continuos ataques de terribles criaturas mutantes.

Tu misión es reunir los recursos necesarios para la supervivencia, mientras repeles los ataques de los mutantes, y exploras y tomas control de nuevas estaciones de metro, haciendo uso de tus mercenarios. Deberás construir instalaciones en las zonas conquistadas, establecer relaciones diplomáticas con tus vecinos, y mantener un sistema económico en tu pequeño estado subterráneo.

— 189 estaciones de metro — En ellas podrás comerciar, combatir, y hasta habitarlas, si lo crees necesario;

A terrible conflict led to a nuclear exchange between the main government forces worldwide. Several thousand people in different cities, managed to survive the resulting terrible destruction, being in the depths of the subway system, and now are forced to fight each other for survival, while resisting the continuous attacks of terrifying mutant creatures.
 
Your mission is to gather the necessary resources for survival, while repeles attacks mutants, and explore and take control of new subway stations, using your mercenaries. You have to build facilities in the conquered areas, establish diplomatic relations with your neighbors, and maintain an economic system in your small underground state.
