Cutter

Cutter is a simple casual logic game. The goal of the game is to mark off a given percentage of an area on a specific shape or turning line. You can play hundreds of levels in some of available game types or compete with other players all over the world.


Game types

Currently there are two game types available:
- Cut-area game - area rounds with a few special rounds
- Turning line game - game where the goal is to mark off a given percentage for line

Levels & rounds

Every level contains rounds. Game starts from the first level which contains 5 rounds. Next level has 6 rounds, level after that 7 rounds and so on... On levels that contain more then five rounds, special rounds like No way back, Nested polygon, Variable and Untouchable start after the 5th round.

Shape types

There are multiple shape types available. Some of them are available in opening levels and some of them are available only on higher levels. Available shape types are: triangles, parallelograms, trapezoids, pentagons, hexagons and various types irregular of shapes.

Scoring

Every level has a predefined number of allowed mistakes called negative points. If you collect more negative points then allowed by a level, the game will be over. Collecting less negative points then allowed will result in extra points to be transferred to your credit bank.

Credits

During game play you will be rewarded for high accuracy with credits. If you have less mistakes then it was allowed on that particular level, the difference will be added to your credit bank. Also, you can earn bonus credits for perfectly marking a given area percentage.

Transfer credits

During playing it is possible to transfer the credits to the allowed negative points by clicking a box in the lower right screen corner. However, you should be careful with transfering because the remaining transferred credits will not be returned at the end of the level.

Buying & collecting credits

If you wish to increase your credit status you can buy credits in the Store. Also, you can earn credits by collecting them while playing the game. So, you can collect 100 credits if you played 100 games, 1000 rounds or if you scored 100 000 points.

Saving the game

Cutter offers you the possibility to save your game during playing by clicking on the button Round/Level. However, if you want to be able to save your game you have to buy a save game ticket which is a one-time purchase.

Scoreless mode

A scoreless game mode i s a mode in which player can play various types of games without limitations. However, if you want to play scoreless games endlessly you have to buy a scoreless ticket as a one-time purchase.
