Police Scanner 5-0 (FREE)

I accidentally pressed "Disaster"... Well not accidentally, but I thought it was to notify me if there was a certain type of incident, so I selected Disaster, thinking it meant if there was some sort of disaster, it would notify me.... And I can't un-click it... I don't want the police or anyone to think there is a disaster.... What can I do???? :-( I'm worried

My favorite police scanner app. I love that you can alert others when breaking news occurs. Also, as you search for channels to listen t o; you can see alerts that others have posted as well:. For example: fire, accident, shooting, robbery, disaster, violent crime, bomb threat, and etc....

For those complaining about too many ads, pony up the $3 to get rid of them. Free apps are just that, free. Don't be surprised if the free app is a demo of the premium one. And in this case, it is a fully functional demonstration of the apps capabilities with some ads thrown in, big whoop, cheapskates!

Garbage app. Adware pops up like every 30 seconds as you're trying to listen in. Probably downloaded tons of spyware with this app. Useless. Wish I could give it 0 stars.

Worst scanner due to ads that pop up every couple minutes shutting off your ability to listen to crucial things happening in your neighbor hood. So annoying and I would suggest finding something else

I enjoy listening to the things happening in my town at the time they are happening. And it gives me knowledge of where accidents are so I can take a detour to allow the emergency personnel to do their jobs effectively without interruption.

I'm a Sheriff's Officer and find this to be a good App. For only 2.99 you can get rid of the adds, not a bad deal on a worthwhile app if you've priced what a scanner would cost you. Works well and does what I need it to do.

Will play Chicago all day long not one problem. But will not load local ky state police post 13 it has station but say error WiFi internet connection problems. Funny how Chicago never has trouble playing . Why would I want to listen to cops 100-500miles away are more.. I NEED and WANT local channel

I think this app is awesome, i loved it. I reccomend this app to anybody who wants to get informed about police, EMS, and fire. I am not shure if it is live or not but I think it is. Shout out to the creator of this app. I love it. I bet it took a lot do work to make this app. AMAZING JOB BRO!!

I like this app because it covers my area, however I wish the person behind it would clear up the Town of Hartford broadcast. Extremely garbled, usually unreadable. Other than that and when he takes the weekend off and no broadcast, it's fantastic!!! Thank you!!!

The fact that it literally gave me an ad to click every minute made it useless to me. There are far better ones with less ads out there.

So interesting!! Love to pray for difficult situations!! Needs more channels for my state. Would like to have it play 3 or 4 channels and rotate through them.

Makes me tied to the app. Want to turn on and go do other things while listening. What's wrong with you?

Almost favorite scanner.. If not for the extreme battering of ads. WoW! 5X more than any other app I've seen. - Like the interface, is clean and simple. Settings could use a bit more options like different channel balance, amp, and maybe skin options. The stream buffer, and connection time were amazing. Best of the few scanners I've tried. - Wouldn't mind snagging it for couple bucks, but not if bullied into it with an ad everytime a button is pressed. One of the other versions is likely great.

It works very well, always running and the upgraded version let's you listen to it and go off the app to continue to do other things!

Well, it is what you would expect considering it's not a real scanner per se, but none the less it is a scanner app download. It works just fine as long as you have good cell service in your area. I really enjoy it!

Would have given 5 stats cross board but about a month after purchasing home county is no longer available, that makes this app pretty useless now.

Don't like the silence. Not enough talk. I guess Stockton California. Is calming down. Not a lot of fires or crimes. Hardly hear sirens any more.

Way to many ads and it keeps stopping every few minutes. It is not crashing. It literally stops streaming

Works great as usual! I had to get a new phone so i had to repurchase it again. So many grippe about to many ads, really? Pay the $3 and don't see ads. App works great! Thank you for a great product.

Paid for this cause I'm a Volunteer firefighter...Do a better job with this app...Utter garbage...McDowell County WV is still not working...Such a damn rip off.

Most of the time it works but it stopped working yesterday and it's still not working today. It better start working again as I upgraded and paid for the app.

Everytime an ad pops up it turns itself off. Must clear ad to turn back on. Very annoying if you are doing something else.

App works great except when Dispatch 13 for LASD cuts out it's an Important part of my day to listen to them so I know what's going on around me when I'm on the job

Handy and interesting, like some of the amatuer radio stations. Also, it's fun to mess with stoned kids when they keep hearing police radio.

Does not work all the time yet program shows 20 listeners. Unable to connect

As good as it gets. That being said, unless you're a radio geek, you won't get any better. Only wish you could get the of their channels. I understand why, just wish. Great app for finding out why that helicopter is circling the neighborhood!

Way too many ads and they all cut off the radio stream. Uninstalled after 10 minutes.

I cant seem to get peel police to work. Been trying for a while. Even tried purchasing the app and it still didn't work. Any tips or ideas why that is happening?

I have download this app on other devices and to continue with the upgrade I was able to download another app so I can use it in the upgrade mode. But I now it's not giving me that option.

It isn't work for my county but it works for central Minnesota so I listen it that one

I like this scanner would have gave it five stars but it has way to much add's . I had to pay I think 3$ but after I paid , no interruptions !!! So if you can pay the little bit of cash you will not have any regrets .

You can't even listen without an ad popping up every 2 seconds.

I have paid for this app an yonkers pd my Vernon pd one month later it wasn't there an that I paid for an called them an did my get a refund they said oh I don't now an it was never there just to cover it up like I didn't know what I paid for people have now idea what there taking about really should of gave me my refund thanks

Great App to have we use it mostly to listen to the Skywarn storm spotters since we live in a rural area with no tornado sirens.

I use this app a lot have had no problems at all with it. Use it so much my husband had me down load it on his phone.

Clayton county Ga., just south of Atlanta, huge crime rate and cant get a scanner anywhere for this county. Lets make some money folks, they will pay for this nonstop crime fest.
