...but after around 3 hours of wandering around the huge open world, searching for hidden caves, talking to all the characters (whose faces look better than Skyrim in my opinion), and playing all the main and plentiful side quests, I can tell you that this is the definitive open world action rpg on Android. Its beautiful, first person blocking and combat work near perfectly, it's huge with a lot of quests/gameplay, AND it plays perfect with my PS3 controller!!! Using sixaxis app in gamepad mode!!

A lot of tuning up to do...for mobile it's an amazing feat...but not the game. The game is just a vivid reminder of where were going in mobile gaming. Tune the graphics a lil, as big as areas are it really is more linear than free roam. Tune the controls, for one they're too slow. I could care less how big and graphically good a carnosaur is if I'm turning like I had a stoke when fighting him. Huge game for Mobile RPGS.

Its an impressive game with a lot of great mechanics however I think it really needs more armour and weapons as well as new areas like iPhone received. Also the cap on skill lvls should always be 100. You shouldn't be forced to keep stats even like that. For example if you are lvl 5 it will only let you get to like 30 stealth and then no matter what you do you can't get any more stealth experience until you lvl up your main lvl.... That's bogus in my opinion.

I didn't even play it. It looked really good, but come on!!? I specifically got this game because it said it was moga supported. And like other reviews, my moga hero power won't connect to the game AT ALL. The game says it detects one, but that's all. Please fix. Mostly just please respond to this. I give it an hour or so and if I get nothing or can't figure this out, then I demand a refund for false advertising

graphics are average, i was expecting a little more. combat is kind of clanky. i feel the world is too small and not really an "open world", however its pretty close for a mobile game, there is only one city that i have seen so far. feels too straight to the point, not enough side quests. imagine oblivion with only the imperial city and only a few areas to explore, and on a much smaller scale.

I really loved the game. I just want to know if there will be any updates involving extended story or more quests. I beat the game in a day and while I loved every minute of it I want more. I understand that it is just a game on my phone but goodness it was too good. I seriously need more. So please throw some item, story, quest, and possibly skill updatea our way. One thing id also love to see is more thieving options. More items to steal such as searching bookcases or random items on shelves. Perfect game

Awsome game, the best imitation of Elder's Scrolls there is. Smoth game, very friendly and perfect for any rpg lover. However, the camare sensitivity needs a checking. Its all the way to the right and still cant get the thing to move fast enough. Making turns or navigating is almost impossible on my google nexus 7. Also i dont see a costumer support button, link, or nothing like that. Please contact me! I would love to be able to play!

All right, so I pretty much wrecked this on easy mode. Very fun and enjoyable. Never needed any in app purchases there's no downsides to this game you get to ride a freggin dinosaur as a mount :). There is about 8 hrs of Gameplay For the main quest and 5 hrs worth of side quest. I want to thank the creators for making this for my entertainment. And would love an expansion or another!

This is a 5 star game easily, so I cannot rate low just because of the optimization. All graphic fx were on and the game ran beautifully on Note 2, but I've upgraded to Note 3 and am beyond bummed that the graphics are at what seems to be their lowest setting. Excellent game guys, truly a feat for mobile gaming. Here's to the great hope of seeing it optimized for the powerful Adreno 330 gpu!

This has everything, cities, towns, a decent story to get you from point A to point B, and funny glitches / bugs. This game is the only RPG experience I actually had fun with, I put about 8 hours into this open world and I have to say it's worth the money. Good weapons, cool mounts, a nice skill tree, and cities with interesting quests. You actually have to search for quests, I accidentally came upon one and it had to do with an item I found on an abandoned ship from WAY earlier in the game. I recommend it.

I've changed my score on this game twice now. The first time I lowered it due to the difficulties of playing with a Bluetooth controller. You cannot play this with a non-MOGA brand controller. It needs to be MOGA and it needs to be paired in mode A. Once I upgraded to a MOGA Hero Power controller, I was able to enjoy this game properly. While not as lengthy as the games it mimics, it does offer a pretty beefy adventure with plenty of side quests. Would be 5*s if it supported more controllers.

This game is fun and entertaining but it could have been so much better with a bit more effort. It's about 1/3 Ocarina of Time and 1/20th Skyrim. Combat is solid (but infinite arrows? Wtf!) and a ok number of small side quests. There's much to do, but map design makes it feel like you'll find everything there is to find too quickly. Desperately needs a day/night cycle, random events and randomly generated side quests. Decent challenge. Weapons and armor ok for the length. Needs more puzzles. Crescent moon, good job, but you can do better.

by E####:

Also the magic is almost useless. And the armor selection could use a little more variety. Other than that the graphics are decent and the free roam option and elder scrolls feel of the game is great. But fix the bug and add sine armor options including boots leg-armor and I'll give it a 5 and spend some mney. Lg optimus f7

Don't get me wrong I love this game I have played it on my past two phones. Which was a Huawei Y500 and be surprised....A Samsung neo galaxy mini what was that?,a Samsung neo galaxy mini! And yeah that was the best phone it ran on even though it was half the size of both my Huawei phones ,my old one and the one I have now. I have tried it on this phone a Huawei Y530 and it only gets as far as the end of the intro and stops at the middle of the loading screen which doesn't make sense.please reply and fix it

I've played through twice now, and had more fun the 2nd time since I knew what to do with my stats. Only thing is, the large house is way too expensive. Not a huge issue but would've made the experience way more enjoyable if it were cheaper. Now, I have the house but am way too powerful, lol. Overall, this is one of my favs as far as mobile games go. A must-have for sure!

I played this originally on IOS, and the game looked fantastic. I've recently got a new Samsung Galaxy Edge S7, and the graphics have turned to sludge with no way that I can find of changing that. Three stars because I already know how great the game is, that's why I came back but the graphics bug definitely needs to be fixed :)

K70%
by K####:

Everything is really good for the most part however trying to turn around can be a challenge in combat. Also on my Sony Xperia the graphics look amazing except the layering is off. Eyes outside the head, rivers that far away moving as I move... Trees and rocks do the same thing

Does not work with Mode A Moga Hero Power, despite the game being shown as compatible in the Moga Pivot app. All it does is freeze when choosing to play with a controller. I know it's an old game now, but it sucks that the developer won't fix fundamental errors like this... I bought this game over a year ago and still nothing has been done about it.

K70%
by K####:

When controller support was added I was super excited to play that way. However, when I open the game and after it asks if I want to use a controller I just get a blank title screen. Just the background and nothing else. I don't know if his is an issue with my game or my phone but please look into it devs. Thank you.

This game thrills me to the max. Great missions, great storyline and great fighting. Stealth works perfectly alongside sneak attacks. I also reccomend you getting a bow or crossbow ASAP,since they are beastly weapons. Any tips for getting through that darn citadel? I'm level 21 so any tips?

I was looking for a Elder Scrolls style mobile game and Ravensword was very close to exactly what I wanted. It's looked and felt like a full sandbox 3d rpg. I wish it had a little more depth to it and side quests to dig into. The main quest was fairly easy to beat but still worth the journey. I'd love to see this studio create another game in this style with more love and detail

I don't normally leave reviews, but this game is so awesome, I just had too. Graphics are fantastic, gameplay/controls are simple yet wonderful. Storyline is great & the free roam world is grand. Plays like an Elder Scrolls. & for the price, couldn't get much better.

I enjoy this game now that i managed to map the controls to my nvidia shield. However the game still has some issues with moving around and pressing multiple buttons at once, also the game is a tad short. Apart from that this is an good fun adventure game that can show off what can be achieved on tablets and phones. Crescent moon also have another game called Aralon which is even better than Ravensword.

K70%
by K####:

You can fast travel to anywhere, once you have discovered it. You can get a Falcon, call it at almost anytime, and fly it almost anywhere. Gameplay is fun, several magic spells, weapons, armor, and potions. Not much story but hours of side quests. Navigation needs some work. Go east at first, then north, then south and west. Remember to always have food, and save your gems for the Dark elven armor and the Ravensword.

This game was even better than the first one, Aralon: Sword and Shadow. It has great graphics for a mobile game, and is by far the best game I have played on Android, not to mention that my original favorite was Aralon. Ravensword: Shadowlands is pricey, but definitely worth the money. It was a bit shorter than the first, but it still took me 7 hours to beat it, doing the side quests. This RPG is altogether spectacular! The only downside is that it's a battery killer. I suggest charging while playing.

Superb. This game feels like a champion! Inasmuch as a tablet can take me into an adventure of epic proportions, this excels. It is not lush like Final Fantasy on the PS3. Shadows and details are as awesome as can be made on a tablet, considering how big the world is and how little RAM and processor is available. This game is great. I'll be looking for more when I'm done here.

Sweet graphics. So far it runs flawless on my samsung mega. Love the 3d eye candy. This 3d game surprised me. Bigworld to explore and lots to interact with. Can be challenging even on easiest setting, but im still a noob at it. If you have a powerfull tablet phone/ tablet and like rpg, definately get this open world playground of sweetness!

First of all thank you for the amazing development of this game, it is now one of my favorite games ive played, and probably the best one on google play. (Not excluding part 2 &3) witch if have yet to play,im going to be starting on the second one in about 20 minutes, witch means more entertainment for me and more cash for this amazing developer. ;) MIKEY

I really don't know how they pulled this off. Amazing story, amazing graphics and fast load times. If you compare Oblivion on a high powered console with this game on a tiny cell phone, they match up pretty even. Its not perfect but its close. Best money I've spent on Google play!

K70%
by K####:

Pretty good game, you can tell they spent a lot of time on it. However, is it too much to ask to have it support the Nvidia Shield? It asks you when you launch the game if you want to use the controller. As soon as you hit yes, it shows a mountain and no menu. It works fine if you decline using a controller, but I didn't buy a Shield to use touch controls. C'mon Crescent Moon, I've come to expect more from you.

K70%

This game is great, graphics and music are unexpectedly good for a mobile game. This is the closest thing to having Elder Scrolls in your pocket. The controls are also suprisingly good, I usually get frustrated at touch controls. Here's to hoping for a more robust populace in future releases. You guys have the cave delving down pat, though. Keep up the awesome work!

I downloaded this game because it was recommended to me by other Android users. Most of them have the S4 but I have the Note 3. I looked at the game on theirs and it looked really nice. So I'm surprised that as soon as I opened it, it looked like crap. I know the specs for the Note 3 are far better than the S4 so I'm left wondering "WTF" Please fix and I will change the rating. I really want to enjoy this game and I hope you listen to the comments like these.

I'm pretty sure I beat the game. There are no more quests, I have discovered all locations, and found all chests. Also, not enough things to steal or interact with. Could u add more of these things please? And maybe a few more mounts? I don't think its worth $7 for the short game. I beat it in two or three days. Other than that, it is a pretty good game. If u add the things I requested, I would appreciate it and would rate it 5 stars. Thanks.

I try to play it with my samsung gamepad. When i started to play it with gamepad connected, on the screen ask me if i use gamepad or no. I tap yes, then the menu screen wont load. I tap no, the game run perfectly, but no gamepad supported. So, i really hope you can fix this. This game is fun. But it would be more fun if the game is supported with gamepad. I will give 5 stars if it is fixed. Thank you

This has the feel of elder scrolls games. Really enjoyed. A couple of times my newly loaded game would have the character spawn with blue sky everywhere and then I would die. Really no big deal though. Great game for the price, very smooth and enjoyable on my note 5.

Super fun to play. Had to unistall and replay 4 times. Lost all progress to gliches and unistalls. I was going to demand my money back but chose not because well for 7 bucks they provided me 36 hours (not continuously) of entertainment. Although it was extremely disappointing restarting...which drove me to ask for a refund...I did it four times and still had fun...so for 7 bucks I guess I got my moneys worth. Rated it a five so maybe from this people will be open minded ànd play the game. Hope they fix it.

The graphics are portrayed as amazing. I'm not seeing it. More like bad PS3 graphics. There need to be more weapons, and something to do after the 2 HOUR storyline is done. Still lots of fun, but not something that will entertain forever like Minecraft or NFS. Multiplayer would be an outstanding upgrade as well.

I am about an hour and a half into the game playing touchscreen..then i decide 2 try out my moga controller but it says i have 2 start a new game if i wanna play with my controller ...and also i wish it would have a tracking system so u could follow your quests better, and there is no Exit button so i can close the game...and also too many bugs like at the beginning of the game the sidequest robber where u chase the robber on the rooftops...HES NOT THERE??Dropping a star bcuz no updates in EVER!

Okay, first of all. I loved this game. It had my attention and I got really deep into it. The game is beautiful I'm design and unlike anything we have for mobile gaming. But the story was short, beat the game within a week. But my issue happened after the game was beat, I was grinding for bows and gold I'm the henmore tunnels, and got stuck on a rock and couldn't jump out. I used real money for upgrades to jump out but couldn't and had to go back to an old save n lost all my upgrades, wasted 10 bucks :(

Game is kind of interesting but seems to fail to properly start when you select to use a bluetooth controller. I've tried a moga controller in both A and B mode. In A mode it starts but controls don't work. In B mode it stops at the title screen with no text. Developer, Please change the method to which controller support is enabled to allow the menu to load first rather than at start up.
