A vice mayor or mayor should be able to take more than one quest at a time. There must be more personal quests in order to earn more bux. The whole game depends on the bux instead of coins so as you progress further the game's progress gets slower, this is even hectic coz you have to wait for like weeks in order to upgrade one thing. Still no easy way to earn more bucks daily. Consuming so much battery as well. Kindly fix this After the latest update game is lagging alot, lift, restocking as well

Latest version disappointing. We used to be able to do city quests and collection quests at the same time before. That is no longer true in this version. I feel like I'm not helping my city as much as a consequence.

This game happened to be awesome and one of its kind when I started playing it almost a year back. But the biggest problem in it is the bullying in the public chatroom due to which many loyal players are heading away from the game. Its high time that the Dev team should do something about this problem. Earlier it happened to be a "park", these days it seems like a "graveyard".And a lot of "fake players". So sincere request on behalf of all the regular players to look into the matter and get it sorted. Speaking of the gameplay, best simulation game I've ever played. Waiting for more updates with new features... Thank You????

I really enjoyed this game though i hope the developers will add more quests. We have new players who really like participating in quests but there's not enough for all of us in our city. I also hope that when the stars tournament ends the quests wont be automatically available untill it starts again after 2 days, because some players really like doing quests to a point where most messages in our city's chat board that comes from our mayor says " please dont do city quests until the tournament starts again" which is becoming tiring to read ????. Anyway I really like this game and will be waiting for more developments.????

Too much bullying and the chat room you just get blocked in four no reason and game people will not help pocket Tower please sort your game out thank you

I love it only thing I wish it would notify you when your City has investment opportunity because for you can invest in it I keep missing that so that's all I wish besides that everything else in the view is amazing and works so well I have no problems on it good job

There are some things that need to change or need to be updated in the game, been playing for over a year and recently am unable to get new VIP's, I have had a chest waiting to be opened and every time I click on it, it says no internet available of which is available because I can do everything else in the game and the amount of bux to buy new floors shouldn't be so high, it should be a little more realistic

It gets boring and mundane very fast need something more to it !!!. sorry but i have to uninstall as i need the room and can only keep games that I'm going to play more than once or twice a week !!!

Please set the game up so we can move the rooms of the tower around to match the coordinating colors. Please this game is amazing other than that. Once the edit feature is added I will give the game 5 + stars

NO TREASURE CHEST IN MAZE!! Doesn't really like the new update. I've tried passing the maze for 5 times PER DAY but there's NO treasure chest for me. And coins limit increased in the negotiations. My city has alot of non active player and maybe the timing difference between players makes us can't play at the same time. It's so hard to achieve goals after updates, please lower the negotiations, that's only the few way we earn bux to upgrade our city. Thanks!

The game would get better ratings if only the ADMIN took away bans from the players control

I see you guys haven't fixed the problem of banning in the chat rooms, I've been off the game for three months and I still see the same problems, why hasn't this problem been addressed are players not important anymore, its ridiculous that you haven't fixed this, three months on And why don't old players get a truck like new players trucks help and old players need a truck too Stop giving us the standard mundane response and actually do something about the banning ITS BEEN AN ON GOING PROBLEM AND YOU STILL HAVENT FIXED IT AFTER THREE MONTHS

Love the game but... This game is getting out of hand. Why everyone's getting banned for no reason. U will loose players, for sure. TAKE OUT THE COMPLAIN BUTTON. Is taking out the fun of the game. What's the point of having two lobbies if no one can talk. I get banned everyday for no reason and it's irritating.

V2.1.19 is an awesome summer update. Like the smooth and fluid motion a lot. Collecting stuff increases user engagement. Chat system much improved but blocking system needs for transparency. Keep it up! ???? ... While keeping it simple.

My collection isn't working, keeps telling me connection error. I know it's not my connection because everything else in game works

I think there should be an option of sending bux to ones friend as a gift

I don't know if my request was already in your planned feature list or not, but thanks immensely for changing the city invite system to get to choose to join n receive invitations, or be out completely. The changelog for this year's holiday update looks great. I also notice the minor gfx improvements. Thanks, and keep it up!

Pls solve the problem.. yesterday I can't claim reward from the city quest.. until I let it for 10 hrs and ask the major for helping to claim the reward and finally got lowest star (5 stars only).. The problem still continue, after doing updated to the last version I can't playing the game, it just loading. Restart my phone..clear cache for this game.. but it can't help either.. still loading n loading.. :(
