『死神隠し』と呼ばれる死の儀式を行う悪い王様から逃すため、両親によりスラムに捨てられた貴族の子弟は、『忘れ去られた子』と呼ばれます。
そんな少年たちは、歳月を経て、王を打倒し、自由を取り戻すために立ち上がるのでした。
少年たちはこの偽りの闇の世界に光を取り戻すことができるのでしょうか！？

『これが僕らの聖戦だ』
忘れ去られた子と呼ばれる、不幸な少年少女を主人公にし、死神隠しと呼ばれる子供を規制にする死の儀式を行う悪の王を打倒するまでのストーリーです。そのおとぎ話の様なストーリーは、暗い境遇の中でも強く生きる少年たちのたくましい姿を描きます。そして生きる上での教訓も沢山ちりばめられています。

各ステージでは、個々のマスの戦闘成績に応じてすごろくやボードゲームの様に進行し、すごろくのサイコロの代わりに戦闘の進め方によって大きな戦闘の流れがどんどん変化していきます。
戦闘自体もコマンド入力型の戦闘システムで、どの技をどの相手にぶつけ、SP（スキルポイント）の残量がどの程度になるかを常に頭に入れながら戦う必要があります。
パーティー編成はもちろん。ユーザー配置や装備する武器や防具などこだわりポイントを多数収録しています。
