Wordiest is a single-player free word game with a hint of multiplayer competition. Wordiest challenges you to assemble two words from 14 letters, competing with other players given the same set. See definitions as you form words, and touch score results to see what words others played.

Frequently asked questions:
• Why isn't X a word? Wordiest mashes up Wiktionary and the SOWPODS list of English words, only using entries that appear in both lists. Many Wiktionary entries are not actually words, in particular proper nouns such as city and country names.
• How is rating computed? Your rating is a moving average tracking the percentage of players you beat each round. If the percentage is greater than your current rating, your rating increases.
• Are there always 100 players? Almost always. Wordiest keeps 100 players per match, when a new player enters an old one gets kicked out.

Had a great second word; tried to change the first word around some more. Didn't notice I must have accidentally dragged a letter in the second word. Submit. Prompted. Sleepy me assumes it's the standard confirmation; confirms it. Turns out it was the one about submitting one word. I adore this little game, but having a similar popup for very different priorities is extremely counterintuitive and frustrating.

Please don't ask for confirmation for each press of submit words. We aren't idiots! Worse, there is now no distinct warning for when you mis-spelled. Otherwise, great game!

Unique game which is fun to play. They need to use a reputable dictionary though - many of the meanings in the one they use are incorrect or total gibberish, and it doesn't allow some legitimate words.

Holy Cow, Dev! You did a really good job on creating a word puzzle that wastes your time, but in return, you get new facts because of the definitions. Thanks for that. (I would like to recommend that, you move the banner from top to bottom or remove it at all because mostly, I don't use data while playing and the black banner is unappealing) (another question, If I purchase an IAP, will that black banner go away? Because, really, its unappealing to me) Keep it up!

Updated review: I can't stop playing this, so I've upped my rating. The problems are still there (including some wonky scoring issues and their choice of dictionary is pretty mediocre) but the addictive quality of the game mechanics and the buzz of getting a high score is undeniable.

Being prompted when submitting one word is fine, because it is likely a mistake to submit one word. Asking every time is annoying, and there's no option to turn it off. Please give us the option to disable the prompt or just remove it entirely.
