The Westport Independent for Android
It would be nice if I could actually play the game I payed for, but I guess scams like this are why the refund option exists.
It kicks me out I uninstalled it restalled it restarted my phone loged in loged out nothing fix stop putting tumb up your butt jezz
The game crash after the tutorial. Someone can help me ?
Fun for a bit, but not a ton of replay value and, I found, a little too easy. Still a great time though.
It looks like a good game but my game keeps crashing when the instructional video ends so please fix this problem I've watched many people play this even in my school so I wanted to try this out for myself so please fix this my phone is LG K7
Keeps crashing after the instructional video
ADD MORE PLEASE
Great game
Great
Needs to be longer
A really well made game
It's fun for like 10 minutes. Then you realize you are just crossing out words trying to make everyone happy...
It feels like the developers put a lot of effort into this game. That makes first playthrough fantastic. And gameplay is unique. But upon repeated play, decisions don't vary gameplay enough to keep the game interesting. What would be cool is if there was a conversational dynamic added. If you had to converse with either side based on your articles and choose the right things to say. Or if u had a 2nd 12 weeks to publish for either side (underground for rebels, propaganda for govt).
The game was definitely a unique concept, but was no where near as much as fun on later playthroughs; long story short, I wouldn't pay $5 again for it.
As title says, top this with lack of content and lack of replayability
Every time the intro finishes it crashes.. please fix. I've paid for the game would be nice to actually play it!!!!!!
All around good game. Limited replayability but I wouldn't mark it down for that. Worth downloading. ~
It only crashes! I got on the game and it keeps crashing
Short game of 12 turns, but each turn is densely packed with moral dilemmas. Straightforward to "beat", but the real challenge comes in replaying the game to achieve all the possible outcomes by the final turn. By then, a game that starts out as a critique of government censorship has turned into a meditation on the power of so called "free media" to mould and manipulate public opinion. Subtle. Desperately needs option to save between slots between turns instead of autosaving to the same slot each turn.
The game runs fine until the intro ends. Have attempted to get past the intro 5 times now and it crashes every time. I like the esthetic and will hold out for an update rather than seek a refund. Will most definitely update my review after the issue is fixed.
The first play through is interesting, if slow. The following runs are tedious and lack decent feedback.
It's nearly impossible to do a good "rebel" run. The only way to make headway with the northern and western districts is to go all out which results in you being shut down. The closest I've gotten to success is being shut down on week 11 with the north being on the midline of the loyalty bar.
I was really confused how to start with the tutorial pages, for a good several minutes, even losing one page in my scramble to get past that desk screen that I had scarce realized was the main venue for the game, but am hooked. I find myself wishing i could review the papers I've published in weeks past, though
This is a very interesting game and quite enjoyable. Lots of ways to run the paper and it is fun to try different scenarios. But you are forced to be connected online at all times. This game is single player only, so this makes no sense. A shame because it would be a perfect airplane game of it wasn't for that flaw
Fantastic game with some really well done themes about choice and censorship.
I was really excited to play this game but every time it shows the introduction video it crashes PLEASE FIX !
This game was something I was really excited to try. It kept crashing right after the tutorial and going to my home screen. Not worth the money.....
I enjoyed this game, but I completed it in about an hour.
Needs to be longer
Looks really cool. Unfortunately, I get a "cannot load library" message every time I try to play.
Game requires OpenGL ES 3.0, while this is not mentioned in the manifest, so Google Play will claim it'll work, but it won't. @developer, perhaps you could check why it asks for GLES3? Either it should work without ES3, or it should require that on Play as well so you don't sell to people that don't have it. Based on the device compatibility list I see it asks for ES2 in its manifest. It also does not work on my ES3 x86 tablet, because it does not work on any x86 device because you actively don''t compile for it / don't ship x86 support. Also, why is the Android version half the price of the PC version? Is there some form of PC content not in the Android version?
If you liked Papers, Please you'll likely love this gem. Leans more towards tycoon simulation/strategy but still has that political core and a great underlying story.
The game stop after the intro. Someone can help me ?
Wont start, wont refund. Shite!
A really well made game
Won't start up
I really enjoy this, as it stresses you out while still being enjoyable.
Fantastic atmosphere and deceptively simple gameplay. The sound design could use some more work but overall, this game is a must-have.
Great atmosphere, Really good to see something different in mobile gaming. Thank you!!!

I had to admit I was a bit skeptical about a game with censorship of a newspaper but it actually kept my interest. It's unique and a welcomed change it could use a few tweaks and a bit more variety in terms of story but overall it's very good. Keep trying guys
