Not Hotdog - SeeFood

Shockingly, this works well. Before this app, I had a lot of confusion about what was a hot dog. Many embarrassing moments were had serving fruit or art at a cookout. No longer - now I use this to identify hot dogs for my outdoor parties.

App is good, but I put a hotdog in a tuperware bowl full of water for a year and it dissolved into a bunch microscopic moldy pieces and the app couldnt tell me what it was. Also, I smushed a hotdog into a flat burger shaped food and put it in between 2 pieces of bread and I couldnt tell what it was, neither could the app. On the bright side, I was playing frisby golf early this morning and my hands were feeling wet and the disc was feeling a little long and skinny. With one quick snap from this app I realized that I grabbed an oscar meyer instead of my disc. Overall 4.8

When ever im cunfused if my cat is hot dog this app is great. Realy has change my life in a good way. I do wish however it identify corn dogs. Other than that it's great and does its job!

This is great. The best of these apps for android. I tried another app likebthis which would not recognize a hot dog. This one tells you other things it might be besides a hot dog as well.

I have no idea how I got through life prior to installing this app. My hours of confusion trying to figure out if food is a hotdog or not are finally over, thank you!

Great app. Finally an app that does what it says: tells you whether something is a hot dog or not a hot dog. It even tells you what the thing that isn't a hotdog is! What a bonus

This app is amazing! After downloading this my life has never been the same. It has been so helpful to know whether my pet dog Ruffles is a hot dog or not. I used this on all the dogs at the pet store and it worked perfectly. I use this app on a minute to minute basis and would highly recommend it to anyone with HDIID (Hot Dog Identification Impairment Disorder) or if you're so intellectually disadvantaged that a computer is better at elementary classification than you.

This app has changed my life. Never again will I be unsure if I'm looking at a hot dog or not.

Claims one with ketchup is a hot dog. Never dealt with such ignorance.

Not Hotdog

Did the new version break? Many good reviews, all listed as 'for old version." The picture I took doesn't display on the "not hotdog" screen. Has my Galaxy S4 been left behind for all future updates? Updating with my answer to the dev's question: everything is loading just fine. I take a picture of something and it evaluates and says its not a hot dog. But where I would take a screenshot and share, it is a blank screen behind the "not hotdog" overlay. Everything seems to function properly except it doesn't display the picture I took on the evaluation screen or the results screen.

I actually like this app. The voice isn't that great, though.. it seems to say something about "this item is percentage ball point pen". What percentage, the app doesn't know. It's recognizing stuff around my office as display, computer, office supplies, etc. It would be actually cool if it did recognize and say more things.

I did take a picture of my dog after he came in from a walk on a hot day and it said he was not a hot dog. I do understand that without my phone being equipped with a thermal camera this app will not be able to determine the temperature of my dog

Before 'Not a Hotdog' I was often left confused and saddened that what I had eaten was not a hotdog. Now I am complete and eat hot dogs with confidence
