the game is pretty simple to play, just after you click play button on the sperm race start screen, you need to drag the sperm left or right and you shouldn't be colliding with other sperms, else the game will be over.
just like sperm and egg games you need to be running against all odds and i wish it will be an amazing sperm journey for you.
