Game didn't even work and it didn't look like what it says it does

After installing and starting the game, I had a pop up instantly which is a bad start. Crap graphics, no pedals for me to choose how fast I wanna go or break when I need too, the steering is slow, I'm forced to drive at max high speed,

Won't let me click on the level don't download
