Love choice of games as well as Hosted Games but why that much money? Like nearly £6, it may well be great but I have never paid that much for games like this and I am not going to start now. £3 is the most I have ever given for a read and play but seriously, take it down a bit.

The Story was good, but honestly the ending felt slightly anti climatic, and no matter what choices you made you were never going to really change the outcome. Honestly it felt very railroaded, which is understandable but upsetting.

Like your books but why is it most of them say free but cost money in the end I would pay the cash if I could but I'm in the real world were money is tight and I use these to escape reality please make more free ones I don't care how many ads stand in the way and I also understand that you use these to make a living or extra cash but still please consider making more free

Scummy No where in the description does it mention being a demo. You put it up as free but then want people to pay for it after a point. Not being transparent about it is scummy. This is the first you've done this with and I doubt I'll try anything else you make.

Story was good. But as for been a 'choice game' that's a no. Every choice you make just circles round to the same outcome, which are never good. You seem constantly on the back foot no matter what you do and this just made me resent the story and the game more. I do enjoy most of choices games but this one was poor

I havent paid for it yet, but the three trial chapters are perfectly lengthy and detailed enough to sell it to me. It will take time for me to buy it, but i definitely will. There is also a randomised pattern sometimes which i find AMAZING. Good job, except that choices dont lead to much of a difference. Usually i dont like this, but the story is awesome enough for me to overlook this flaw.

I loved this story! One of my favorite from CoG. It absolutely drew me in, and I couldn't put it down until I saved my tribe. And to those of you complaining about the price: This is a full-on novel. These authors deserve to get paid.

It is a fun choice based game but why have people pay. People like me don't have money for this stuff so why not make it free and just add things that we have to pay for and let us continue with the journey. Think of those who read till they have to pay and then they just get rid of this and forget a good story.

Despite the stats you gather, every action you make is turned against you and you will always fail at whatever you do, for the sake of the story itself. Why brand this a Choice game, if your choices are overthrown by the base story? Good wri yu ng, but aside from that it felt relatively onesided.

Complex, rich worldbuilding. Variety of characters. Do buy the full version. I didnt know if $5 was a worthy price, but after buying it, so far, I'd compare it to a wonderfully written novel that, of course, you actually have some control over. There is a decent amount of strategy involved at some points too, where my heart was pounding at the prospect of making the wrong desicion. And there are some desicions I regret and some I'm overjoyed about. Very well-thought out story with plenty of outcomes. Some of the choices, however, had my character saying and doing things I didnt exactly mean by the choice I made, and I think this could benefit greatly by a "go back to so and so point" option to make a decision more based on what I intended my character to say.

Good story. Could use some illustrations not asking for the mona lisa here. Like the stats idea but damn 5 bucks fornthe whole game. Come on im walking here.

Very upset that all of your games have one or two chapters free bit then you have to pay. These games are fun and i would sit through an UNGODLY number of ads without complaint, but it's not worth paying $5 for. Sorry folks.

The use Slavic mythology is perfect and the achievement name is all easter eggs, since i know almost all of it. "Marked One" make me burst in laughter.

I didnt read it was free until ch 3, its has good story but the choice we make doesnt create different results only the stats changed. So basically its not worth buying coz perhaps it only has 1 ending with the difference stats results

...It just follows way too much the "bad vs good" narrative , where obviously the bad ones are allways the "big black wolfs" and where the villain is allways the "I want the control the world" maniac. I've could buy it if for example the "political situation" was that bit more complex , where reasons behind things are a bit more realistic and possible. And I would agree totally with that one person that wrote in a comment before me that "having a choice in this storyline" it's entirely false and missleading , yes you may have a choice when it comes up to your stats , but having the possibility to take decision that could change the story-line , no...not even a glimpse of real choice. I would highly recommend this to underage kids, or simply anyone who wants things to be simple and morally /politically "correct " .

I like the game but i need to pay for the rest of the game that just a huge problem for every player that doest have money like me

After the ending, you should be able to continue leading your tribe (either by building gold mines and becoming a wealthy city that you must run, or by starting a new adventure back home)

It was great till I have to buy it. I can't waste money on a game. Its got a great story just not for five bucks sorry will give it 5 stars she. Its free!!

I really really liked the demo of this - but $5 just seems like too much to pay for a game you can only replay once or twice. If it was $3, I'd be all over it.

What I find the most frustrating about this game is : whatever you choose to do or not, the game will always put you back on the predetermined path. And that means that all your playthrough will always be the same, the only thing that changes is the names and roles that the side characters have. This game is not a create your own adventure game, it's a story where you can have a minor impact. They false advertised it just to make 5 more $. I will mever buy one of their games again, anw they only do mediocre

Loved the game! Definitely one I will play multiple times over, thanks to the numerous choices you've kindly set before me! Keep up the amazing work, I'll gladly pay for more games from such an amazing writer

It's a decent game with an interesting and new story, but some changes are needed before it can be great. If Choice of Games is going to take as long as they often do and charge so much for every game/story, then they have to either include more/make the story longer, or go into greater detail. Either write more interesting characters or make more. Otherwise, drop the prices.

Really enjoyed it. Has a great atmosphere, and I will probably play through it several times to see what some of the other choices say. Worth the 4 bucks.

Easily one of the best CoGs. Loved every second of it! The characters are all well thought out. It's a considerably long game, and yet never gets tedious.
