One of the most mind-blowingly intriguing games one could ever wish to play. I played it through thrice and 3rd time round ended up happily wedded to de Mondesa. It was spectacular. The only downside might be that you have to buy the full game and you have to wait for about half an hour before you can replay the chapter but otherwise... It's fantastic and fabulous! I definitely am recommending it to you now! GET IT! XD

The game itself presents numerous options and routes for you to follow, with diverging endings and variations within them, and in one ending, there is a sequel in book 2, but you don't have the option to go through ads, and have to pay to continue the story. As a suggestion, I think it would be nice to unlock the second act by completing a certain number of achievements. That way you would be able to play the second act without having to pay, and add an option to keep seeing ads to compensate for it.

Its horrible. The different paths you can choose are very very short except for one. Where you are involved closely with the queen would be a longer story but are blocked by paywalls, meaning more then one. So if you want an actual story you have to pay and choose the queen. Even then, the ending is very disappointing, no matter what i do if i want to stay with the queen, i ether end up being beheaded by her or kill someone i dont want to and she wont ever truly love me no matter i do.

Just finish the first chapter. Wated for 20 mins, but whenever i press next, i have to restart again and wait for another 20 mins. So do i have to pay to continue or what? If thats the case, state it clearly and stop wasting my time thank you. Nevertheless the first chapter was doing good

It took me so many tries to get myself to live till the end, and I'm sure I still haven't seen all the endings but, this was is amazing read, and I think it always will be. I definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a good read. It cones with the additional bonus of being the protagonist/heroine. To progress you have to buy act 2 and 3 but I do not regret buying them, I've spent all so many hours on this. Great job on the story.

The game was fine until the last chapter.... What is the point of a choice game that can funnel you into the most anticlimactic and displeasing ending. I would not suggest paying for this one until you finish your first play through if possible. Feels like a money grab. Let down. If i encounter more cog like this i will discontinue my interest. Smh i will more scrutinizingly consider spending money on further purchases

Sometimes it got boring; i kept forgetting names because there were so frikin many, and they were FRENCH or something (maybe Spanish?). Also the POLITICS omg. I was so confused. But these are just personal opinions. For people who have amazing memory and like the idea of making country decisions, this is a FLAWLESS game.

It's amazing the degree of choice this game gives you, it is highly addicting. My only real complaint is that the game won't let me progress to Part II, even after the required waiting period. It just ends up restarting the waiting period clock all over again.

I was able to become the King's number one without sabotaging anyone, and gained political power. I like how the game let's you have a more or less normal (if you disregard the fact that it's an affair) relationship even with the King.

K70%
by K####:

It's quite interesting and I might consider buying it in the future, but after my first playthrough, I pressed the alert on the notification bar to play it again once the timer was done and, unfortunately, it continued at the ending, which made the timer reset. Now I have to wait an hour to play it again.

Some of the best $6 I ever spent on an app. "Game of Thrones" meets "The Tudors" in this supernatural, romantic storyline with political intrigue and challenging decisions to make. Fight for power, love, and survival in the most addicting gameplay I've come across in a choose-your-own-story game. Ads aren't that annoying or painful to sit through, so paying $4 for Part 2 and Part 3 of the King/Queen's "romance"path is definitely a bargain.

Ended up marrying de Mendosa and only had one enemy. De Mendosa made out with me and the king tried to frolick me, but I rejected him. When I finished it said I can't play the next chapter or whatever unless I marry the king?

I enjoyed the game until the end of part 1. What's the point of making a choice based game if in the end you need to make one choice, not matter your own opinion, to continue the story.

H70%
by H####:

More a choice of political intrigue than a choice of romance given that none of the three options are actually very appealing. The game proved to be most successful when I worked to improve my subtlety and pursued manipulation instead of romance. It's a little annoying that you have to pay to finish the game so I only got to do the first chapter but it was still fun overall.

I liked how it was presented, I just don't get some of the choices when the MC is all hurt when the king/queen gets a play in bed with someone else. The MC can be the lover or partner in a way they were courted while the other party is married to another. I think its stupid to expect fidelity. On the game it self i think the distribution of skills were laking. I had to focus on two skills and that's it. I'd say the game is not that OMG game, but its a good game when you favor politics and plotting stuff.

Woah! Like ok... this game was amazing! I've only played all the way through once, but wow! I was banished to my home and never allowed to set foot in the city again... now I'm gonna play it all over again to get a different ending! I REALLY LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!

Maybe this game just want for me, I mean I can enjoy a good romance but I always get annoyed when the writer obsesses over the politics of their world. I mean sometimes it's impressive but most of the time I really just don't care.

Never once that I have thought I would find pure enjoyment from such game consisting of words only but the Developers proved me wrong with their wit of words and thrilled me with the outcomes from the choices I have made. Also, thank you for making the game enjoyable for people with different preference, if you know what I mean.

I saved after buying chapter two thinking I bought the rest of the game. Had to buy book three, fine. What wasn't cool was instead of buying chapter 3 I ended up buying off the 20min countdown. Feel a bit jadded about that since I seriously thought i was buying the chapter but O.K. Only now I can't continue my save after properly buying chapter 3 so that's almost $5 and I'm out of my save file? Dont want to read it anymore, which sux since this ones turning out to be one of the more better stories.

K70%
by K####:

My philosophy with these is that I pay 17$ for a good book, so 2 bucks for a ficlet isn't crazy. And I genuinely enjoyed ch1. But after reading ch2, I'm not sure I want to read ch3 just because I'm not sure the 30 minutes is worth it. I created my character to be sneaky and charming, knowing that having knowledge would lend me more options later on. This charm apparently had no effect on the start of the second chapter. Taking heavy risks early on and sacrificing certain things should've made me not successful later on, but instead I can only take one set of options, and the ending was generally unsatisfying.

T70%
by T####:

The story's intriguing so far, but it's just annoying to have to buy every goddamned chapter. The developer should've just made us pay only once to unlock the rest of the chaps, I bet they already earned plenty from the ads anyway. And there's no pics nor graphics whatsoever in the first place, it's basically just like any fanfictions one can access in free, public websites. So 3 stars it is.

A bit limited in options if you don't choose the Queen/King, but I liked it nonetheless. de Mendoza's route was sweet !

K70%

Great way to kill some time. The plot has some nice depth to it and I liked striving to get all the achievements, even for the bad endings.

L70%

Bland and not very descriptive, most of the time. There is, however, a decent variety to in game choices.

holds the same twists and logics held in life. These choose your own ending reads really aid in our real life decision making. And i really enjoy them, especially this one. Thank you.

K70%

I really appreciate this game. Most choice-based games give you attributes and features that you don't want, and this game lets me develop who I am and what I can become.

K70%
by K####:

Wait do I have to pay to read more? That is kinda absurd really. I really enjoy this story and I would like to play more. But I don't wanna pay to read more.

K70%

More like choice of court political. If you wish to see a "romance" then best for you to leave this app alone. Romance is only sub plot while political blah blah blah is the true nature of this app. However, if you enjoy the political matter; gain power, betray or betrayed, then this app is for you. But for me it not worth money paid, in fact, Im so upset. Part 3 is way too long compare to others. Imagin you have to start it all over again after you fail. After many attemp to find "happy ending" I lost my patient and decide to stop it. If not for the fact that part 1&2 are interesting, no doubt I would give it 1 star.

I've been playing it for about 8 months now and I still haven't figured out all the endings I love this game and recomend it to every one I hope u guys make more like this one

K70%

It's silly but very well thought out and I find it's mix of fantasy and reality pretty amazing. Much better killer of time than matching colored jewels or slicing fruit

I've re-played the game three times, made 3 different characters with 3 different attitude. Just recently I've chosen Carlota Torres (bec I am tired of the queen having so many women, so I thought why not her?). So I feel cheated because it seems a player (lgbtq, i do not play the het combo) has no other choice but choose the Queen if you want your adventure to take longer. There could have been many fcets to Carlota, there could have been a nice, sweet romantic story there.

K70%

It's well written and vivid when explaining the social status of the characters and society; it makes you think on some decisions and use your head

K70%
by K####:

Good game, but you still have to pay to finish. They should at least warn us in the description that you have to pay to finish. Do that, I'll make it 5 stars.

G70%
by G####:

I really loved it, the depth, the intrigue, the romance. It's well written and it's a refreshing change from many games of flashy graphics and no plot. This combines imagination with a modern format and it works splendidly

It started off so well Then the need to pay to continue ruined everything. I thought I finally found an incredible story and they blew it.

F70%

It was good and all... but do you really need to pay for the full game? What's the point of the game if you are blocked by a paywall? And the romance things are short other then that I'm fine.

X70%
by X####:

Awesome!! I really feel like strolling the courts! I have spent an amount of cash and i am very satisfied, although the story always make feel depressed everytime i leave or finish the game T-T)

K70%
by K####:

Deeply disappointing in terms of romance. But as a court intrigue game, it delivers. Just don't expect to fall in love.

K70%
by K####:

My rationale for paying for a game is...will it be worth the price of a cup of coffee? I guess this was. Still, I don't really want to play it again. I could have purchased a used pulp novel for less than $2 that would have lasted longer than 90 minutes :/

K70%
by K####:

I love that it has multiple endings either of which advances you to the next chapter. Either you finish early or stick for the long haul. Its worth the time (or money) for this game. Not to spoil but one ending is much satisfying than the others
