It is constantly crashing, as soon as it loads it crashes, sometimes I manage to play for a minute and then it crashes again, I like the game but it's really annoying that I can't even achieve anything in the game because it can't stop crashing. It also doesn't want to connect to the internet even though my connection is good. Please fix it soon because I remember playing this game years ago and I want to enjoy it again.

I love this game! It's swift and the artwork and thought put into it is amazing. I only have one problem I can't seem to fix, and would like help with it: no matter if I'm literally next to the router, the game doesn't connect to wifi, so I can't back it up. Any solutions?

It's by far my favorite game that I have not failed to get whenever I get a new device. Though as of now, I'm having trouble connecting online and I do not know why. Nethertheless, you all have created a most unique and love filled game that has something to smile at in every corner.

Had no internet connection at home because i was on a dead spot area for a couple of months, this game kept me busy during those time (until now). Hope you guys still update though. I'm going crazy because of all the bugs, online sign in is not working either so i cannot delete it nor save it on your cloud save. Can't even buy utopium with my money because it won't connect for that I'm not quite happy. But still, I admire the developers for this game. You guys have such good humor, good job! Keep it up :)

Game is broken, all online content is no longer working with an incorrect error message being displayed. I can't reclaim any of my purchases or my account because of it. Various in-game features are now useless without online content. Don't waste your time with this game until it's fixed.

I have played this game for a year now, and I'm still addicted to it. It's really good, I love it!! I'm playing on Android, and although it's a bit outdated than iOS, but it's fine. However, I noticed that the recent update has removed the walking people on the streets & building? WHYYY?? That's one of the most adorable detail in the game! And I heard that in previous versions, animals used to walk the streets too?? Developers, please return the walking people and animals. My town looks so dead otherwise...

I can't get my game to sync to the online server. The game is also crashing now every time I try to build a residential home. I can't get any further in the game now. :( Update: I tried re-installing the app, but that was a mistake. With no connection to the online server, I'd been in offline mode that whole time and lost everything.

I haven't been able to run this game. Every time I try to it says connection is weak and it won't login, even though my internet is fine both in Wi-Fi and data. Tech support are useless and dont respond.

This is a great game, fun little timewaster that you can get months of amusement out of. No real tech support though, which is a problem as now I can't get past the server sync screen for the last week or so and no idea what to do. Uninstalled, reinstalled, same issue. DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANDROID VERSION!!!!! DEAD GAME!!!---I love the game, actually finished on an ipod a few years back. Came back to find out EA ended support, some of the missions are impossible because the building that gives them are broken, there is no cloud losing some game functions, and the cash shop takes without giving because there is no one on the other end. Play it on apple or not at all.

Why can I not put the mayor in the hotel? So stupid, the game crashes every time I try. I just want to move him into a bigger tower instead of the small house from earlier in the game to save land space. This game is honestly so buggy

I CAN'T GO ONLINE!!! IM USING WIFI (5G). WHENEVER I TIRED TO CONNECT IT SAYS (TIMED OUT/CONNECTION LOSS) EVERY SINGLE TIME. MEANING I DIDNT GET THE CHANCE TO PLAY IT ONLINE. THIS HAPPEN TO MY GIRLFREND GAME TOO. PLS FIX IT ASAP. THANK YOU ANOTHER ISSUE IS I FIND THAT EXPANDING OF LAND IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND IT JUST 10 LANDS. AT LEAST GIVE US 20 IF YOU WANT TO SET THE PRICE SO HIGH. I THINK PEOPLE WILL STOP PLAYING THIS GAME BECAUSE THE PRICE IS TO HIGH. TBH THIS GAME IS REALLY FUN AND ADDICTING. BUT IS JUST THE EXPENSIVE TO EXPAND OUR LAND.

The game is fun, I love it. Late game gets kinda hard bc you can't possibly get enough money for the expansions unless you buy utopium. I would love to keep playing but I don't want to feel forced to buy into the microtransactions.

I stopped playing this ages ago because every time I tried to unlock a new job the app would crash. Re-downloaded it only to find the same thing is still happening. If they fixed it I would definitely go back to playing

I used to love this game is have several issues. 1) it won't sync to Internet even though I am connected and able to use the Internet. 2) with the missions I can't choose which animal to use which is OK but I can complete one but it won't select the chicken which is not being used...very frustrating. 3) I was able to upgrade some of my buildings but then all of a sudden that options no longer there? Can I have utopia back? 4) I used to have other issues and I tried to contact the IT but was never contacted or issue resolved so not expecting any different here. Sad

Now that the ongoing problem of Android decor crashes has been taken care of, a new issue takes its place. "Your connection is weak! Online features temporarily unavailable." So, once again, a large chunk of the game is also unavailable. The game also crashes approximately 10 times a day, either not loading at all or crashing while dragging the map to the left or right.

I really loved this game but now I can't connect to the online part so I have to restart and risk restarting again in the future. If the network/connection error gets fixed I'll start playing again, but I don't see any point in playing right now.

So I'm having an issue where every time I try to connect to the internet or facebook it disconnects within two seconds with a message saying it has timed out or failed to reach the server. I'm still playing offline for the moment but I've played before on older phones and versions and used the internet features and it makes it much more enjoyable. Please help

The servers have been down for the longest time, it crashes unexpectedly, half the interactive elements are unavailable, and I just lost my town.... Other than that, it's a great game.

I got far into this game. Real far. Landscaped my town and all. When the Facebook account I had it synced to, got deleted, the game reset itself. Maybe you could do a cloud storage instead?

I really like this game but am VERY disappointed I can't connect online! I've tried it on my iPhone and Android and neither one one will connect. I get a error every single time so can't get the things available in the game! It's rediculus to have everything else work but not the "Online" features. Please fix this so your game works properly.

Love it but.. How can you expect people to buy in app purchases if you can't back the game up? Unable to connect to Facebook on iso or Android game. Looks like as soon as EA got their hands on this game all support is lost...

Playing this side by side with my girlfriend on her iPhone. There are WAY fewer opportunities to earn utopium on Android. I think it's because there are no ads, thus the creators only form of revenue is from direct in-game purchases. For this reason they made it far harder to obtain to entice people to buy it. Makes the game too hard and disappointing because of lacking features.

Favorite building app game I've ever played! So addicting! Had on my iPad but now play on my galaxy note. Works great on both! Can play it without purchases which is great and keeps you busy while things are building. Also, you don't have to go online or connect with people if you don't want to you can just play on your own which is nice. One critique- the homes sound be able to rotate into a space as long as it is the same amt. of land.

This is a good time waster game for your commute (or if you happen to like grinding). It's sadly still full of bugs though, but it seems like the devs are back using it again recently so hopefully that'll improve.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game. I have it on my iPod and it's doing quite well. However, when I try to sync it with my Facebook account (I have on my iPod) the very same Facebook account used with my iPod, I've had to start again! My iPod is fine though. Same as usual. The only difference between the same Facebook account is the different name I had when I last logged in to my iPod game. I need some help with this, please.

The game is pretty good but it could definitely be improved. It just seems like a game that is designed to keep you coming back and nothing more. It takes over a day to save up for the coins used for land expansion. Then you only get about 5 minutes of playing until you have to spend another day just waiting for your funds to build. You can't really do too much with 10 spaces of land. The buildings still run out of energy really fast. Some run out in a little over a minute. I don't want to feel like I have

I remembered playing this on my iPhone when it was new. There were so many features that didn't end up making it onto this version, for whatever reason. I emailed the developer not too long ago and was told they were actively looking for a way to transfer the features from the iPhone version, to the Android version. I have not seen any improvement in this regard.

I have read a variety of reviews of this game, and several people have complained that the Android version is glitched. It's upsetting that the iOS version works great, and they haven't fixed the bugs in the Android version. I got over a handful of them, but currently, I'm stuck with the inability to complete missions that I've worked hard to complete, because they won't recognize the animals in my possession. I have ensured that they are not locked into other missions, as well.

It's overall glitchy but still worth the play. I decided to boost my play and buy some utopium. I was never credited, so I posted to Thier FB asking who to contact. They deleted my post!! I had to go through the play store to get my refund from these snakes.

They updated for Android and it's great except you cannot play the events through event planner. I cannot get the abomination gene yet on android. They say it will appear in October but it didn't this year.

I used to play the game a couple years ago when your animals would walk around your town, they don't anymore and there's no reason for the animals now except missions but, eh. Also my people have disappeared,I got a house from the arcade and no all my people have stopped walking around, I want the cute little npc stuff back.

Super fun, but behind the apple version. Several Events don't work, several missions won't recognize animals you have, lots of the achievements don't recognize when you've passed them, animals don't roam, and you can't visit other towns. I played all the time on the original ios version on my ipod, hopefully they continue to update the game!!!!

Recent update fixed A LOT of the bugs and I'm very happy. One suggestion would be to maybe animate some of the buildings and decors. I was zooming into my fountains and saw myself wishing they were flowing and trickling. Would be cool and something to think of.

I love this game and would give it 5 stars but only recently I cant get any farther in the game. Every time I open the game it reverts back to my last save point. No matter what I do it goes back. I tried leaving it open for 30min and still when I closed the app and went back to it, I was back where I was before and had lost all my progress. Until its fixed there is no point in me playing the game :(

Actually I'll give you 4 stars if your game wasn't constantly crash every several minutes on my Asus Zenfone 2. 4gig of Ram I think was enough for play this game right? Still no response.... boooo...!!!!

I play this game everyday, check it before going to bed and after I wake up. Constantly playing it. But just went to make a purchase with the casino, and the game glitched, charged me anyways, and I never got my spin. I either want my money back, or give me my damn spin.

The game itself is great and fun, but the Android version is about a year behind the iPhone version. So don't expect up to date events. And the social functions are glitchy, you can't get rewards from friends daily like you're supposed to be able to. And no ads to watch for mutopium. So expect a long grind when you get to the higher levels just to get enough resources to do anything, unless you're willing to pay actual money.

I adore the comedy and the idea and the mechanics. I play it with love and like how easy it is to get utopium. At the same time, the utopium prices are huge (though they get OK after you get a casino). And the online stuff like invites and visiting and trade have never worked and I don't know how to report this bugs. Still, even with these problems, it's a great app, I don't plan on uninstalling anytime soon.
