The simple store and constant begging really puts me of this game. managed to do 14 levels but not interested in carrying on playing. Could have been a really good game.

Was a real good game until level ~14. After this point the game pushes you more and more on either 'grinding' money for better equipment or buying it with real money. Next time please simply increase the price for the app but leave out IAPs.

Haha. Very fun. Just run and shoot but. It's very lag at menu and options screen I think because my device but no lag in game so I confused

You know, I play video games since the 70's and this is the worst piece of crap game ever. I paid 20 cents for it and was not expecting much. Even with this Standart, this game blows. Don't waste your time or 20 cents.

Love the aesthetic and the visual style, but it's so hard to control. It'd be nicer if Lotus didn't automatically keep moving forward at all times.

Very repetitive gameplay with little story to get me interested to keep playing. Grinding for cash / upgrades is essential, and it got me tired of playing. Replaying levels with 3 lotus badges (meaning a perfectly played level) does not reward the player with cash. Playing the arena (something like a side quest) to earn cash is slow - around 300 to 500 cash per 5-10 minutes of playing. A weapon will cost a minimum of 1500, next will be 5000. Upgrades cost 2000 (depending on weapon). Do the math.

Can't review as It won't load on my Note 4.Please update ASAP!

Loved it

Bad to nonexistent control and frequent crashing renders the game almost unplayable. Also the last level is broken - it shows a black screen and nothing else. It is too bad because the visual style and the story had some promise...

27th level is unplayable, its all black screen and it doesnt go away on my Note 3.

Great game which I respect chillingo for bringing to us, first for a quality paid and good value game, second for the design and courage to release an adult theme game in a kid orientated app store. Graphics and waterpaint artwork amazing, It would also be interesting to see this game reimagined in full colour and maybe destructible environments and ability to enter buildings etc, maybe a bit of exploration elements. Runs fine on my tablet, ppl complaining of crashes should get a better tablet or phone instead of sham sung of course it won't work properly without the power. The game is fun to play in short bursts , Not much reason to play through again but will last some time. Overall good.

Slicing through hordes of enemies was never this fun. The controls can feel a little sluggish at times, but then again, the balancing wouldn't be as good if they were different. It's never frustrating, but you have to remember the level if you want a perfect score, similar to Rayman. Buying in-game currency is never necessary since you unlock everything as you progress; cutscenes can be skipped; graphics look beautiful (in a minimalistic, abstract way) ; download is small, performance is good: A+

Instead of a virtual pad it would have been better to just swipe or tap where you want to go. Hard to actually get to where you want to go and turning feels like a tank. Cool game but fighting the controls isn't fun.

Game play is fantastic, graphics are pretty cool, controls ate easy, you DON'T need to buy in game currency as you don't need it to complete the game! Overall a brilliant game thus far and well worth the pennies it costs to buy this game.

Graphics and waterpaint artwork amazing, game is simplistic but quite challenging later on , still its fun to play in short bursts. The game would be great with a coop multiplayer mode. Maybe needs new modes and content for longevity once the story is over.
