I hate to give it such a low rating but the combination of confusing missions and horrible graphics make this game unenjoyable. Also the music is horrible techno style music that isn't the type suitable for a ambulance game. Horrible but has potential.

This is stupid I can't even get the game because it all ways stops at 96 and I restarted it 10 times

But it has so many glitches. It would be one of my best games if it didnt have the annoying glitches. For starter I cant even get the stretcher out of the ambulance. If fixed it will go up to 5 stars.
