"Chess at ICC" offers:
Online play
* Play: Seek/offer match rated and unrated. You can also view seeks posted by other users. Can sort seek list by username, rating or game time. Options to filter the seek list.
* Chat in the lobby and other propular channels, or chat with Friends
* Friends: add your friends to the app and you can challenge them, chat, observe etc
* Observe top games on ICC and sort by category, showing only rating categories you are interested in observing.
* Events: Participate in a number of official events on ICC. Events include watching top relayed tournaments from around the world, playing in the pristine rating pools, playing TrainingBot and ProblemBot games, and more!
* History: view your played games and send them by email
* Account section to administer your ICC account

There is a bug where if you are watching a live super tournament game and are in the 5 min pool and your game starts, if the super GM game you were watching makes a move it will close your game window and revert to the broadcast game with no way to resume your game. Also there should be draw and resign buttons on the board when you're playing because if an opponent offers you a draw you could flag trying to open the settings menu just to accept draw.

Not really installing this to play bullet or blitz. Mainly just want to watch some GrandMaster games, or the tutorial videos on my breaks. It's packed full of most of the features you get on the desktop app, as far as I have seen. Really great app. I was excited to see it pop up when I searched ICC chess in the app store.

All in all a pretty good solid app. The only complaint i have is their is sometimes lag that really hurts you, especially the shorter games, but this might just be because of my connection

Many times it looks like lag on opp's side, but when he moves, all the lag time comes off my clock. Ping command shows no lag on both sides. Happens only in app, never on desktop

I am with ICC for almost 20 years and this app gets on my nerves... you can mate your opponent with 1 minute on the clock and your opponent's ticking... and then YOU lost o time. With a perfect internet connection.

The pieces move so slow it's unbearable... don't expect a fair game in bullet or blitz because in some cases it takes a full second to see your opponents move... ridiculous

Worst ever app. Other chess apps are good. Timer issue. Opposite player's timer, running, but our time is going. Icc in pc is good option, but not in mobile.

I primarily play and observe on my cell phone now. I have played on ICC over a decade and use the older Blitzen software on my regular PC. It does depend on your internet connection, so it works best connected to wifi.

Considering they want you to pay to use the app it is of very low quality. Lags so bad I can watch the gms play. Much too slow for actual use, in sure nobody seriously uses this app after they find lichess which is free and amazing...

They haven't added the 25/10 pool even though I have received a email saying they did. But not having a engine to analyze games I played or while watching a broadcast is ridiculous and I'm sorry just lazy. We pay good money to play on this sight. And the fact that you can't do something so simple like adding a engine just makes it seem that they have no disregard for us that play on Android. This has been a issue for years now. Does it really take years to fix this. Change it and I'll change my review.

I get a lot of disconnections and it's not my wifi or my data plan. When I use the USCF Yafi Chess app - I never get a disconnection. The frustrating thing is that I lose games. I cleared my cache and have to sign out and sign back in to divert the disconnect issues. I will give you three stars for right now until this gets fixed. I am not the only one having the issue but that's how it is :) cheers. The app also shuts down at midnight claiming that it's my wifi. My wifi is fine! Please Fix!
