How do I get my money back? It doesn't load the games correctly and the ones that do load and I make a play on them, it just keeps loading. Please refund my money, ASAP! Thank you. I have been asking this question since the day I got it and STILL NO ANSWER OR RESPONSE!! What a rip off!
