Chuck E.'s Skate Universe

Concerned about the tickets. In one game I have the 500 and in the other I have 340, so in total is should have 840 but when I go to the ticket button to redeem the tickets it says I only have 500. Has the game changed and now you can only win 500 tickets? If that is the case it should be changed in the game. I would like to redeem the 840 tickets for my kids to use on our next trip to CEC.

They used to give 1000 tickets for winning, now they've limited it to 500. I have two kids under the of 10. For all the money I spend in this place (and yeah I've done the math), they could not be so darn stingy with the tickets.

It is a good game, but everything I play the sound keeps going lower and lower until nothing can be heard. That is very annoying. It may be a problem for my device, because I didn't see it on the reviews. Please fix it if you can.

I am concerned that the App that is supposed to have allegedly been fixed in version 1.12 is still having problems. My son is beside himself with having over 700 tickets on one device and over 800 tickets on another device and yet he can only redeem 500 tickets. We will bringing in the device with 880 tickets to ChuckeCheese today and we'll see what they say. We also have printed the 500 ticket redemption. The game is good enough and the reward of tickets is great. But giving 500 tickets when over 800 were earned is a problem that needs fixing.

I'm over upset with the game and Customer Service right now. At first I was in love with this game, but after awhile it would glitch and not respond to my movements. Then at times it would not send my tickets to my email, after spending all that time playing this game, my tickets are just gone. I contacted the app through email. Instead of speaking to the same person, I get new rep each time. All they can tell me is to uninstall and reinstall, which doesn't fix the problem. So I started screen shooting my tickets that I've won and I finally after months of playing get 1000 tickets and they tell me that the game will now only allow me to redeem 500 tickets and what's worse is that the app itself still says you can win 1000 tickets. What's the point in playing if you can't win the tickets you've earned!!!!!

It was redeeming tickets fine yesterday. Now this afternoon it seems to be stuck. Won't recognize tickets over 500 and when you do redeem them it does not send the email. Please fix and update! My son would like his tickets

Pretty simple game, easy to rack up tickets. The only issue is if you have over 500 tickets total to redeem, it will only give you 500 and erase the rest so you're back at 0. At least now I know not to go past 500 before redeeming.

Trouble redeeming tickets. Sometimes doesn't emailed them. And max tickets you can win is now 500, not the 1000 that's STILL advertised.

For a while it worked perfectly but ever since I got the rescind update it's been going black then back to my phone menu AGAIN! Just....please fix the problem, that's all I'm asking.

I wish they would fix this game. It says I have 660 tickets on the park but when I go to turn them in it only doing 500, this game still isn't running right, this game still isn't fixed I redeem tickets 3 times which means 3 emails well only 2 emails show up

AWESOME U get free tickets so u can get more toys that u probably won't even play with like me. But still Chuck e cheese is really fun and this game

Awesome and fun game but I had 380 tickets, redeemed them but have yet to recieve an email. I screen shotted the game saying I have 380 tickets so im Disappointed. Want to have the tickets so I can let my niece use them

Its an ok game, however I only play it to get tickets for my boys and the ticket redemptions not working. I had 680 tickets and reedemed them and it just sent me an email of 500 and saved the 180 in my game, I dont know if its a problem that they need to work on or now the most they let you reedem is 500. Hope this gets resolved.

I don't like the fact that you can only get 1 coupon per day. I got 180 and I cashed it out. I got one for 260. Now I can not get that one. And you should let us get more coupons per day because chucky e cheese doesn't give you many tickets. Oh, I should say, YOU CREATOR DO NOT CARE THAT WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH YOUR APP. I had 500 Tickets and when I looked at my tickets there was 200 Tickets and the SkateBoard Selection has issues I had all Of them but now it all gone please fix this Bug or Something or etc, Thank you for your time

I love the game but the control doesn't really work but over all like the game but my favorite cartoon is that when you print the coins together then play at Chucky cheese then you add up all your coins including the print sheet it almost adds up a 1,000

Please add more accesories and new maps. There are only 3 maps to choose from. In-game power-ups would be fun, too. Will give better review when fixed. Also, I wanted to be able to switch it to my SD card but it wouldn't let me. ( boring )

I hate this game because every time i tried playing i wont let me play it went back to my home screen i say don't download this game

I love it I think skate universe is a good game and I love the fact that you could buy helmets and skateboards and win tickets at the real Chucky Cheese to buy more stuff and it's really cool it's like my favorite game Subway Surfers

It'd be really really great if you guys could add more games to Chuck-E-Cheese for the apps otherwise I love this app because I get free tickets for my eight year old son yay go to Chuck E cheese go to Chucky Cheese go to Chucky Cheese

Fun to play but they need to straight up fix the problem with the tickets ,like seriously only 500 as long as you got tickets they should give you that amount that you have on your game I don't think that's cool only 500 for the limit when you have more then 500. I would want all of my tickets not just some.

I have gotten together from each world about 800 tickets. U go to the tickey thing and only says 500. Thats false advertising.

I tried to redeem my tickets waited for my emails never received them I've done it 3 times and still never received my emails I had 500 tickets 2 times and 680 from the other game where are my emails

The only down fall is i have this on my pho e and it will not let me past a certain amount and it is really irritating not earning anymore tickets after pkahing so many times it just stops giving you tickets

The ticket number is stuck at 250 tickets even though the max is 500.Then when I redeemed my tickets it did not go to my email.

The only problem I see is I have 280 on both levels. So my total tickets should be 560 and it is showing I have only 500. What's the problem?

I enjoy this app because it gains tickets at Chickie cheese so u don't need to play all these games! So yeah, its,a great game !

CREATOR, I put in my email address at 10:30am for my 400 tickets. It's 11:45pm, still no tickets. Nothing! No email from you. This is a waste of time.

OK when I play it does not move right I press jump and is move to the side it does give you free tickets to chuck e cheese

They changed it where u can only get your tickets once a day and it only let's me get 500 of my tickets now
