Why oh why must I disable music every time I sign in? And sometimes the app forgets I have signed in at all. For instance, I sign in and collect my daily login bonus. Then I head to play a quick game or two then realize no VC earned as it says I'm not logged in. Please have the app remember the logins and our preferences. Also I wonder how many of these 5 star reviews are real people?

Can't get passed the homescreen, soon as I try to play it will say waiting on network, waited hours... Initially I was able to play no problems and I highly enjoyed it! The card art seems to stick out more also, I like the changes made. Just fix this issue please, haven't been able to play it in the last 10 hours, played fine yesterday

The game is good. Easy to learn. Tons of options and will be a good companion for 2K 18. The most fustrating part of the game is when you go to watch a add and it doesn't load,and this happens alot. I wish when you have 2 of the same player they where next to each other or a filter that shows duplicate players. Other then that great game that I play every day.

Laden with bugs. No auction house, no blacktop challenge, huge number of missing player images, constant resets to 'music on', no quick sell of cards, season now called playoffs and straight to playoff finals. Games take a reduculous 4hrs each. Last 2 playoff seasons took me 4 days!, everything even more money driven. On positive side, graphics better, menus better, chat function more reliable, more generous with draft picks, head to head spinners more common. Just a shame all the best parts of the last 4 years games haven't been considered (wild cards, free auctions, quick sells, bench cards in seasons, blacktop, quicker seasons, maybe even allow team mates to trade equal tier cards). First event today, and now unable to load the app after a good initial leaderboard position. Hey ho!

Fooling around with this app has RUINED RUINED RUINED the start to MY CAREER mode. I played the 2KU tutorial, took a peek in my player, then tried to start MY CAREER mode. Only to get stuck trying to use the face scan. After selecting my console I tried to log in. No matter what I tried I was unsuccessful. On the 5th try the games decides to load a player I didn't create and it can't be deleted. HORRIBLE execution, HORRIBLE app. You shouldn't have rushed to release this if it was ready.

Face scan is horrible. If only we could use EA's, which is way better. Night and day. Update: After looking at some tutorials, it looks like you have to make sure that all the frames taken by the app has you looking at the camera, not the screen. If not, retake. After a few tries, I was able to upload, and I'd have to say that the capture is better than last year's. Still not as easy as EA's but it works. Devs should be clearer in telling users that all frames should have you looking at the camera.

I've tried using this app countless times and dissapointed yet again. Last year dame issue this year it's even worst! App crashes after every attempt of a face scan. I see I'm not the only one having issues and frusted with 2K. No wonder it's rated 3 out of 5 stars smh.

Just downloaded this to use the face scan and 500mb and required to give this app all kinds of permission when it did finally download for nothing. The face scan refuses to adequately work and fails at every time only to finally allow me to go to the next step to fail again. This has become frusturating and quite time consuming.

Its a good game but never shouldve gotten rid of blacktop. The auction house and Rp points. Blacktop was great because it allowed you to get large numbers of cards to sell or level up players. Without the auction house it will be almost impossible to gain the right players to create pros. I like this game but im starting to get bored with just two game modes that are basically the same thing.

Rated I only wanted to face scan. App made me download hundreds of MB of data (even though most of us want to face scan and delete the app). 2 hours trying to connect to my XBOX account until I realized the app is a failure at launch as usual.

Yall really took a step back on this year's 2k app. Kinda of confusing. I see there's no way to gain vc except playing quick games. Yall better put back choosing vc cards where if they're all the same it double. Don't fix something that's not broken.

Was working then it crashed now it won't even open without crashing. Way to go 2k you ruined yet another game. Honestly 2k doesn't even care about their community I say Ronnie has to go and LD should take the reigns.

Sad. Disappointed in the daily VC bonus. Last year you either got 150-2,500. This year you ONLY get 100. There's basically no reason to use this app for the actual game especially when it's more expensive to upgrade your player. The card game itself hasn't seen any notable changes either. Disappointing.

This game is an updated version of last yrs game. The waiting for network is curious, it constantly happens when it's anything of benefit to the consumer but if it's of benefit to 2k there's no network error. Don't get me started on the face scan part, it's deplorable. I'd rate it a negative 60 if I could.

As usual, face scan does not work. Either they make you look all distorted like a damn Picasso painting or it says can not recognise face. My career/park is basically the whole game now and the fact that you guys didn't get this right is ridiculous. Brand new phone, rear cam, more lighting than an actess. The game is amazing, I'd love to really play it some day.

So I have to log in every time I want to get my daily vc and now u dont pick vc cards so U can get vc... They get more and more greedy with the VC every year... We get less VC from this app every year and it takes forever to sign in... Let's not even mention the face scan

Absolutely HORRIBLE. We only wanted this game for the face scan, and since that doesn't seem to work (even after 10-15 tries) both this App and the Prelude game have been uninstalled. Continually trying just had me frustrated and stressed out. This is trash and I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. 2K you have just lost yourselves a customer and fan.

Tell me why I have to delete all my apps just to download this game and it still won't work saying I need to clear more space. This app is too big and useless. Have plenty of room for other apps but this won't even load up and it sucks. Gets bigger and more useless every year

This app sucks! First of all, this app is over half a gigabyte in size. Seriously, 2K? What is using up all this storage? What a hog! It also doesn't help that if you only plan on using this app for face scans, you'll have to wait a long time just to download it. Speaking of face scans, it's terrible. You can do all the scans you want, but the app will never "find a face" to scan. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same face scan app from last year, which produce UGLY results, so it might not be worth it in the long run anyway. It's just not worth having at all.

Firstly all of a sudden can't login to the app. Secondly the images of players on most cards dont even show up. If i get a Lonzo card i want to actually see him not some blank figure. The playoffs take way too long for no reason. Playoffs need to be shorter and cards need faces.

Great job on the redesign, love the game. Only 2 issues ii have are playoff games currently take 200 minutes PER GAME, and also I can't pro my card as it keeps saying network error try again later

I can't belive it! 2k17 was really fun and awesome and then we have this what is left. 17 was really good and this game is terrible what happened? Did y'all run out of ideas so you changed the whole game it was fine how it was. Please don't get this until they change it back the way it used to be... GOOD!!!!!

Pretty pathetic how greedy they are, I'll play 10 quick games a day for VC and that's it. To require like 50 bucks(assuming that's about what it will be) to buy hot streaks for events.... pathetic. At least last year you could buy with RP and grind as best you could. SO GREEDY. I refuse to blow that much cash for virtual cards

Scam...spend time watching ads for cards and doesn't give cards. Dev claims it my network but network is required to play game and never no issues or prior once ad is complete when you log in they are there. No more....game has to many issues

This was a great game last year. They have totally destroyed it this year out of pure greed and stupidity. Everything now costs credits and there's no auction house. Absolute trash I won't be spending money on this game this year!

Only downloaded this for the face scan. The app let's me log in and do the scan, but the game says there's errors and to start over. Couple hours, and at least a dozen attempts later I give up. Waste of time and completely useless. Update 9/15 (one week later) same exact issue. Chalked it up to the demo originally, now it's the actual game, and the same exact issue. What a waste of time. Update 9/20 Face scan is FINALLY working. And the results were just laughably bad. And with no way to delete, I guess I am stuck using the present options instead. Oh well...

The face scan doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy s5 thr front facing camera does not pick up any light so can not seen my face but if use rear facing camera it works it picks up light and you can see my face. Fix this problem so can get a proper face scan done

They banned me supposedly for using a hack or bot. I don't even know where to find those things! I'm not that kind of gamer. BEWARE, All your grinding will be time wasted. They seem to get enjoyment from banning innocent people. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. Support a developer that actually cares about their users.

Bruh this app trash like the year before. Live18 took two times to come out correct, this... 2 hours and errors still pop up. Dont waste your time 2k face scan is useless

Downloaded this app on my Samsung. After deleting apps, that actually functioned correctly, to make room for this thing, it didn't even work...not at all. I kept receiving a message saying camera couldn't see my face. Multiple attempts later, I just gave up. This is my first time using the app for the face scan. Rest assured, I won't be using it again. Get your stuff together 2k!

Love NBA 2k series and I love the app. But can you please fix the Milwaukee Bucks Court? They have changed their colors and logo 3 years ago! You have the new logo but are too lazy to update the court? Come on....

Literally have been trying to just load the game for like 24 hours now. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still can't get past the login screen. I really only mindlessly play this to get vc for my career. As I can see I'm not the only one having this issue. Will I be able to login at some point.

Constantly waiting for network, no auction house, it appears ads are now endless after quick game wins so you literally have to watch more ads than actually play the game if you want to as many picks as can be efficiently acquired. Awful.

It needs the following fixed to improve the user experience. The log in process on the first try is faulty. It attempts to log in and goes through the 3 steps, then no "proceed" button displays at the bottom. You unfortunately have to log in manually each and every time. This causes issues when trying to get the daily bonus and track each day. The music can be turned off but seems to turn back on by itself. Laggy. Please fix. Other than that, I wish I could transfer my vc from 2017 to 2018.

Everything about this app is abysmal. The loading times where I have to constantly log into my PSN and the massive size of the app are huge downsides for a majority of people who only want to get their face scan. And not to mention being forced to play the tutorial for the card game nobody wants any part of. C'mon 2k. And not to mention how horrendous the actual face scan is. Finding the option again after the tutorial is trouble enough, trying to get a decent face scan is next to impossible. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The general consensus is that is is trash is for a good reason. Face scan awful, game loading terrible, images on the cards aren't there half the time, and can't pro cards because of it constantly saying network error...only plus was earning vc

Keeps having network errors. For something that is nothing more than a turn based combat game, they managed to have problems. Not to mention half the players dont have pictures, and those thay do, have players in uniforms for teams they dont play for anymore. Its like they didnt even try!

The scan works I used the new Samsung Galaxy Note 8 and worked. So Maybe for the folks stating it doesn't work perhaps it's the hardware? ALSO don't login to 2k18 on ps4. Handle the scan on phone first..once successful now launch 2k18 on ps4. Holla
