When are you going to fix the bugs from the last update? It crashes everything you get your hourly bonus. It was a great game before the update.

I did love this game until I started purchasing coins. I have lost over $500have.I live on social security and am burdened right now and should never have purchased coins. It is my fault for trying to cure depression this way. But I noticed after months of playing without buying coins my games were controlled to less winnings so I thought I would buy some but it only got worse and caused me to try again buying coins. The winnings got worse. It broke me financially and emotionally. Try to not purchase coins. Or don not speak out because they control your rolls. Sad to go but must.

Love it...not getting advancements with every spin in morning which is not giving me a FREE SPIN NOT HAPPY. Before update this game was freaking awesome. Now it won't even start n when it does its boring!!!!!!

When are you people going to sort this game out this is the umpteenth time I've written in now it just freezes when collecting bonus and that still dousnt clear every hour not good at all anymore annoying was a good game

Must uninstall this game it is driving me crazy. Can't gain on coins slow loading. I don't even know why this game it's called a slot game. It sucks Google player

Here it is October 19,2017. Game keeps freezing up. I see everyone has the same problems with this app. I see the same generic reply to everyone. I used to love this app. I am at lvl 470. I also have 1 trillion dollars. Does me no good because I can't play. Why on Earth would you not fix this app

I have contracted them for months now nothing. I played for years and loved the game now I can't even get to the game it will not load. Upgrades are suppose to make it better not worse. PLEASE ROLL BACK TO ORIGINAL.

Used to love this game but since last update i cannot even play it anymore.Game freezes and shuts down before i can do anything. Waited for months and still no fix. Rediculous.....

Still broken, uninstalled. Another broken update. Game doesn't get past the splash screen without freezing. Almost 2 billion in coins and I'm about to uninstall this steaming pile of shat. Update. Still doesn't work a month later. Bite me. Uninstalled.

This was my favourite game until it stopped working. I have emailed a video and I keep getting told that my email has been sent to tech support but nothing ever happens to rectify the issue

Shuts down when you go to get your bonus after collecting your 4 free credits. They did an update and lost over a hundred million credits. Can't get the game to upload now. Keeps crashing. Pissed off.

Nothing but problems since last update. Reinstalled and thought all was fixed until I tried again. Keep getting "has stopped working" have sent reports w/ no response

Since updating the game I don't get my daily free spins at all and the game is very slow - especially to start. It was my favourite game - that certainly changed!

Would have been 5 stars, except my game has been frozen for 4 days. Had over 6 billion credits. Can't get into game to send for help. Please fix

Since the February update I have not been able to get on the Titan slots app on my Android 6.0.1 or my Apple iPad 2, OS 9.3.5. I was going to uninstall and reinstall but I didn't want to lose my 40+ billion coins on my Android and 60+ billion coins on my Apple. Is there a fix coming? Up until the update I really enjoyed the app and would like it to work again.

11/30/2014 Best slots game. Best support for a slots game. Lots to do. Hourly collect. Play offline. 3/1/2017 I played this for over 2 years. Level 101 23,500,000,000 coins and 13,500 gems. Then they update the game to be like Titans II. It drops me to level 99 and I lose 500,000,000 coins and only have 10,000 gems. No help. Today I am reset to game start level 1. But the game won't load completely so I can't try to restore it

Was 1 star changed 5. Everything came back. My level my gems my coins. Well done. Only needed a simple uninstall after install again. Start the game, and now started, log in and when asked me I want my saved stuff back a simple yes was enough. After 3 years still love it. Thx

Sorry. Got to change my 5 star to only 2. This game is amazing as has very very great potential to be the very best slots game on the Play Store, easily all hands down. Unfortunately, get up just a few levels and it doesn't work for the life of me. Tried on 2 different phones now with the same problem. I really hope you can get it fixed real soon. I love this game. Tried uninstalling and installing and that only let's you start all over just for into fail on me again. Gonna try one last time. But I'm sure it won't change. After that I'll try again some other time at a later date. I'm sure you are working on this issue. Games gotten a lot better with the mission section. Anyway. WHY would you put a completely new game on the old game? Keeps crashing, I can't get to the old game and my money, I would rate the original game a 5+ if I could (my money did show up when I went to the old game). Definitely not close to that number since the last update, I don't like to play that type of new style of game, plus all my money is gone there. I play on Sony Xperia tablet.

It was working well, seems like I'm not the only one having problems. I haven't bothered to load game for the last week and a half, still the same tonight, screen goes black then crashes, won't bother to load this week either, if still the same as now with same posts being made I will just uninstall and be done with it!

Very disappointed since last upgrade. The game won't load so I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to even get back to my previous level and coins. Then it just totally freezes, does not load and completely shutsdown. Was a Great game Before this last upgrade. If you can fix it, I will reload, but right now it's just a pretty icon on my screen.

Loading very slow. Will not give me daily or hourly bonus. Freezes up and kicks me off. All stated when the add on game titan lll was added. The over 45 billion and almost 2ooo gems. Please fix. It was and I repeat was a great game before the add on game

Upgrade made this app SUCK big time. It has been frozen for over a month. I hate your new version. I've had to start over three times in five years, no more. I'd rather delete and never touch again than start over!

I really love this game. But everytime i want to go in to the bonus spin it crashes and goes back to my main screen on my phone and says titan slots unfortunately stop. Try to reinstal it 4 times now. Please fix it

I would rate this a 5 if I didn't have to reinstall and lose all 169 gems and the 10 million I already raked up. Not to mention I was on level 30 and had access to all the games in the Valley. Very disappointed.

It was a good game, don't know what's going on with it this last week. I can't play it, kicks me off and have lost more than 1/2 of my money. It used to be my favorite game..... I will be deleting Titan Slots as of 4/11/17, went back to play and wiped out ALL of my credits and jewels and has made me start over. After playing the game for years it gone now!!!! Tired of the crap of not being able to play.... Bye Titans and NOT recommending to any of my friends!!!

Ever since your last upgrade, this game sux. Takes forever to load and then quite often freezes. If it doesn't freeze, then the credits for the hourly spin NEVER get added to my total credits. I have not been able to actually play this game for two weeks. I have had this game installed for over three years and have always enjoyed it until now. Will be uninstalling if not fixed soon.

Was great til update played new side game til #36 then freezes up when picking favorite sent reports. Then played regular world til last 2 days but all winnings lost when take a break and return to game like I never played. For last 2 days top game screen comes up thinks for minutes then report screen comes up. 4.5 star entertainment til this crap. Fix soon or deleting!

After playing this game for many, many years on both my tablet and phone something has gone terminally wrong on both. I press to get my hourly bonus, it spins but then freezes. No bonus is actually processed. The same happens even if I do not claim the bonus and go straight into game play. I play, credits are won and are applied but once I close the game and go back in, all of those winning credits have disappeared and it only shows the points I had when I opened the game. Same thing day after day. I might have put that down to my tablet (or phone) having an operating issue but as both use different OSs this is obviously not the case. I am stuck in no-mans land. Please do something about this issue

Cant play anymore cause it crashes on startup. Loyal player for years+ recent changes to the game are the problem. Developers should rollback to a working version before audience is totally frustrated. Beautiful game, what a shame.

First it took the 58 billion coins I had anassed. Then it jammed everytime i tried to play. All other games work and I have had this game for three years. Whatevs

Rated 5 stars previously but reduced to 1. Can't get into the game as it freezes and shuts down. Uninstalled and re installed about 5 times but nothing changes. Very disappointing.

After last update it loads to different game & daily bonus not working, just stays at full 4 wedges & never changes. Needs fixing or I'll just savk it off, not wasting any more time on it.

I have been playing this game for years. With the latest update it won't load, freezes and than it crashes every time. It needs to get fixed. I have submitted reports when prompted and this has been going on for weeks on end. After reading other reviews I know that I am not the only one having this problem.

With the latest update, screen randomly goes black and I lost everything; 1.5 trillion coins. It won't load properly. Uninstalling permanently. It was good while it lasted.

I gave up trying to load it back on my phone because errors kept popping up saying it can't download. I put it on my tablet and was able to start playing it again for the past couple of weeks, but all of a sudden it won't load. I click on the game and it loads part way, freezes, then kicks me back to my home screen. It's not a problem on my end because EVERY app I have works great except for this one. About to give up hope on ever being able to play it again. Why can't you just fix the problem? I can't believe I'm the only person having this issue. Maybe if you had better customer support at least I would feel like you care enough to keep your gamers happy.

Haven't been able to play for weeks. Can't even get it to load long enough to submit a report. Have deleted and reinstalled 4 times. Reset Google play account. No help. Please FIX IT!!! Don't write a nice reply to this post. Just FIX IT PLEASE!!!

games wont load..stops at 99% using wifi and data! sad to uninstall it, but pointless continuing :(
