They will not respond to my gmail there game is lagging big time i lost 5 million due to the lag. Support team will not answer. So now i guess i will find new app. An so will many who play along with me, if they don't fix problem. Plz fix an replace my chps 5 million

You really need fix this game it made me lose 10mill and it lags I want my teplacement for lost chips

Upon becoming a new player yesterday I did not get the bonuses promised that they have in writing and when I finally played I had to play on a smaller room because you're not started off with a lot and there's a lot of bingo and BS but because I do this for a living I will continue and I'm sure it will get better. It is entertaining and fun but the UI could definitely be better.....Customer support = none!

I just had a k&10& the opponent next 2 me had a k&5. Nw if the dealer put out 3 kings between the flop& turn hw in the world my opponent gets more of the pot than me. I've been playn poker for yrs and never seen ths happen. Ths game is a joke I wouldn't even hve my friends 2 install ths game. Cheat cheat& ur payout is cheap. I'm uninstalling nw. Thanks 4 nothing! Yaw need 2 get it 2 gether 4 real!

The buttons are too small, to raise in a game is a struggle to get the raise to register, and it kicked me out of 3 games every time I had the best hand. Don't waste your time stick to W.S.O.P

People on your site do not know how to play poker. They just know to go all in on ever hand. Just frustrating and no fun. Going to another site.

What a great poker game. Good graphics and so many extras you'll be busy for hours. I like the interaction between live online players. Gotta try it if you love hold'em !

Why do we have to sign in with Facebook EVERY TIME we start the app. And there is no way to browse tables before joining one.. You have to hit "play" which throws you in a random table that you don't want and you have to quit that table to get to any list of tables. Most of the time the table you're thrown into steals a blind while you're there. Did you guys not look at other poker apps before creating this one?

Fairly good game play I just can't connect to facebook or upload a photo once this get fixed I'll rate higher and I'll give recommendations to all my poker friends
