Kinda buggy, sup devs can you do something? Bugs everywhere and we cant play properly can you fix? Also most importantly the service fund is gone we can no longer claim :(

I got a bug, i made a trial account upto lv42 to explore and now i make a new one its lvl 15 but the elite dungeon is continues to Chapter 16, i hate it because i purchase gem on the new account and it feels like i got cheated can't get gem & exp on quest on elite dungeon fix the bug please account name xSephirothx english server 10 ty

Log in problem my name shows up but when I hit enter nothing happens im in english server 12 illusionary avenger please fix already lvl 74 don't want to lose my account

It is good but it has bugs, it is sometimes hard to log in (like now) it freezes on the log in page.

Please fix bug at skill hero exsample yui and flame lord, server fund, and everday top up.

I wouldn't mind giving you 5 stars but for one particular reason I just couldn't. THE FONT SIZE... There are some texts which are too big for their container. We cannot read the entire text. Sometimes, it's not comprehensible due to some words being missing or cut off. Please fix it. I know you can do it. It's just a cosmetic change, a minor one after all. You can have your 5 stars after.

Please decrease enemy dificult at championship. I know the work but it still too hard to handle it. 5 stars will be yours then

I cant log in since I disconnected yesterday afternoon. Bugged? -(Server 10) lllKiritolll - Cant log in sometimes. Freezes after entering a server.

After playing for 1day cant log in now on server 1.. what happen developer??? And when I tried to enter other server i've started from the beginning... this is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME GAME....

I love the game! but it would be better if you revert Black Swordsman's Starburst Stream to its original effect(not the whirling blades of death) please! :) just return the original effect from sword adventure.

This game is loads of fun, but for some reason it won't let me recharge. I made sure to troubleshoot everything on my end, so there must be something glitching with the game.

i would love to give u guys a higher rating but i just can't... Recently I have been trying to play and each time it stops working please fix it I love this game its just that is extremely annoying happens each time it gets past the loading screen

my connection is tip top but when login always refresh back to login again and stuck there. few time already especially 8-10pm during event time. fix to gain star...

Cool RPG game adventure that I ever found! XD I love 3D graphic character! It's kawaii like SAO~~ ♡♥♡ But, I like Sword Adventure character better than Sword of Fantasy. I will give 5 stars rate if Sword of Fantasy character revert to Sword Adventure character~ ;)

The game is good in lots of ways.. one thing that sucks is the setup of arenas.. arenas are auto battles in which your team just kind of slacks at focusing on one or two targets at a time, they kind of just jump back and forth, making it really annoying when they focus on killing one at first but don't actually kill them off and switch targets over and over, if u can't kill an opposing character during first assault, you won't kill them cause your team will switch targets and let that character heal..

YUI DOESN'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT RUN UP INSIDE OF THE FIGHT AND DIE IN 5 SECONDS FIX THIS AND IT'S A FIVE STAR PLUS SHE DOESN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING!

Poor Development.After they take dollars...Players are quitting because of poor management ... Theres no GM on duty incase of problem within that day and if you report they will tell sorry no roll back.

BALANCE GAMEPLAY NOT ALLOWED HERE, IF YOU DONT HAVE MONEY TO RECHARGE YOU USELESS AND WEAK, TOO MUCH PAY, PAY HERE PAY THERE, ALWAYS PAY ALSO THE EVENT NEED TO PAY. why too much pay I know you need money to improve the game but you have lots of server it's too much. making money!

Its been 4 days since I played this game...its pretty good so I decided to load just enough for VIP1 to try whats the difference or if its better to load more for the future, but I noticed that I didn't recieve the 120 gems and didn't become VIP1. So please fix, its such a good game and I don't want to quit early. Im in English Server12 IGN: DarkLever.

This may happen to a lot of big guilds where the lvl range is high and when raiding stable I can't seem to press the cart I want. So I hereby request for a UI change to how stable plundering works.

I found out that even though you already finished a quest or mission. The time wont stop. So even if you killed the last enemy in the last 5 seconds, The time still goes on then when time is up. You still lose, like wtf? Please fix this. Hate this bug or whatsoever, it's already getting on my nerves. PS. SKULL GUN'S DEATH TRIAL DOESN'T WORK SOMETIMES. IT JUST TURNS BLACK LIKE HIS ORIGINAL ANIMATION, BUT NO DAMAGE DONE ON THE ENEMIES. PLS FIX THIS TY

I cant attack some user neither in arena nor at bob.. I wont to stop play this just because i had spent my money to increase the vip level. Can u kindly fix it?

Had a question about the total recharge event for today, for some reason I got 1 wing fragment for buying 5k diamonds and 2 fragments for buying 10k.. is this a mistake? Last time I purchased during event I got the actual wings at 5k and 10k

Even though the campaign is hard and experience level, but the championship and soul summoning will give you a chance to get soulstones easily especially for not p2p player like me..good game :)
