...will restore 4 stars after this is fixed.

Only 3 stars as the controls are a bit sluggish on my Note 3. The ship seems to "stick" in the corners and you can't move it out with the on-screen controls. I plugged in a 360 pad and that improves the left & right control but none of the other buttons work for the other game controls. Looking forward to a version with tweaked controls and will up the rating.
Please update to work with shied
But alas, unresponsive.
Controls need work, beam and jump button jump from side to side,no fire button you have to move to shoot, no way to save high scores, no tilt to control or adjust sensitivety to the swipe control.
Doesn't even work
But.... Badly needs a quit button. Also could you add support for controllers like the moga.. Thanks
Brilliant game, a faithful recreation of the classic Tempest. If there is one big favour I could ask, it would be for you to include S-pen integration, for the Galaxy Note line of handsets. I will give the game five stars then. a great game, keep up the good work. :)
Great little Tempest clone. Love playing it on my Nexus 10 but the triangle only moves on NVidia Shield without shooting which kind of defeats the purpose of playing Tempest (or a clone). Since the moving and shooting are tied together as a swipe on the screen, can;t really assign a button for firing. Giving it 3 stars for now and will give it 4 upon making a mod for Shield.

This is quite good. Graphics and sound fx are great. No music during levels is ok, and same as the original (arcade), but a nice techno soundtrack here WOULD be sweet. And/or custom mp3 support. Finally, support for the Back button, and Immersive Mode (KitKat), would be the icing on the cake.
Unusual take on Tempest, got the makings of a really good game, needs pumping techno track though.
Needs a little more work, controls are a bit ifffy
