Got The Promise Pet Love App! I Got The Beagle!!

Very fun i love it and my dog its very fun

I wish I could really get into the game. I bought a Shitzhu at Build-A-Bear, but every time I entered the code for it, it kept saying it was incorrect so I really couldn't do much. It is really frustrating and disappointing.

We purchased the promise pet Tabby Cat from the store. We have tried entering the code like 10 times...if keeps saying that there is something wrong and it dosent work. Now my daughter is upset that she can barely do anything with her pet in the app. What is the deal? I am positive I am using the correct number, why won't it register?

Great! But may I say that the girl/boy ho said that she threw her dogs tag away. You can look at the website. Look up promise pets find the pets you have the code should be at the bottom.

I had the tag and threw it away and I can't do anything or even play with my promise pet. It's not cool

So, I'm looking at all the comments....if you've thrown away your pet tag, look at the butt end where the other tags are...there should be a really tiny tag with two sets of numbers...your pet tag sku number is the top one.

The app won't recognize the code for the pig. I have the tag, and I enter it in. The app says it is incorrect. I even looked online and it is the same as the tag.

Code doesn't work. It won't let you do parts of the game without a code! It takes up so much space on my phone. Uninstalling until it works!

Well there is no hang tags but points you can't do anything but other than that i like it

To the pig person: I'm pretty sure that a pig is not a promise pet. If you look on theit website it should tell you.

For all the people who are putting in the codes and its saying its wrong, I called build-a-bear and right now the app is down, and isnt registering codes, so, obviously build-a-bear is trying to fix this, so just dont freak out because there just isnt something working in the app right now:)

The code is easy to put in and it is great time waster.it is also easy and fun. But for the code it was hard to find but I found it on the tag but I found it. So I am so happy

I easly completed the game and then it wasn't very fun any more.
