On level 28 the bubbles start repelling of each other. Why do these developers want you to loose? If you aim direct at a bubble of the same color it will go to a different color. This is obvious intended so you can not complete the level. If you aim direct at a certain bubble it should stick not bounce off it and stick to s bubble that you were not aiming at. Shamful .
