Cant rotate ball color and wrong color constantly forcing extra moves

I really like the game but wish there were more information/instructions. Do the balloons glimmer for a reason? Why does the caution tape move down? Is there a way to stop the caution tape? How do I know when a cluster of balls will fall down as opposed to just one color? The answer my friend is blowing in the wind the answer is blowing in the wind⁉Update got the hang of it but can't get over the fact that the bombs don't go where you tell them sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Down-graded to 2 stars

The game play feels sticky, and the balls, bombs, bubbles or whatever they call them, just go close enough to where you intend them to go to be very annoying. If it was consistent that would be fine, you could compensate and there would be some sort of skill. As it is, it's just random, somewhere in the vicinity of where you're aiming. There are much, much better developed games out there. I am uninstalling.
