The cards flip quicker than some other solitaire games. Yes, there is an advertisement before each game. That is to be expected since the game is free. Just hit the back button and keep playing. November 2017: I just changed my rating from a 5 to a 3. I enjoy playing in bed at night. I don't want to disturb my husband so I play with the sound off. I don't mind the advertisements, but I just had one appear with sound that awoke my husband. Ads with sounds when you have sounds turned off on the game is unacceptable.

Pretty much perfect for a solitaire game, but I do remember an old PC version that had a toggleable function where any card that can go straight to the aces pile (the foundations) would automatically get moved there when it gets uncovered (kind of an autoplay-on-the-go). This is the only thing missing from this game.

Please answer me this question? Most Games I Replay or Undo until I Win. I just want to be sure that each game is Winnable and can be WON with practice. But two games baffled me and seemed UN-WINNABLE! Tell Me Straight Out which one is true!

Some ads start playing sound automatically and the ad can't be stopped. I have to do a force stop to stop the sound. Embarrassing when you are at work or where you don't want any sound! If it continues I am going to Uninstall and find a different one!

Its solitaire. End of story. To the person complaining about ads, there's one now and then and only between games. Its childish to believe a free app can exist without ads. As far as ads go, not bad here.

Bumped review down to one star. Will remain that way until ads with auto play & sound are removed. I don't mind ads or even the autoplay but the blasting audio is too much.

Been enjoying Branium for a long time, but now they introduced ads that seize control of your phone and force you to watch. Before they were annoying, now they're dangerous. I'm out of here. This I will not tolerate. Bye, Branium.

I've been playing this game for years, and it ran great...until an update a few weeks ago. Now it spontaneously stops in the middle of games. When I go back in, the game I was playing is gone, and I have to start a new game. I'm currently looking for a new solitaire app that will run as good as this one used to.

Liked it a lot at first until the ads, particularly News Room, made it unplayable. What an annoying ad, over and over, many clicks just to get out of it. I will never use/buy something that needs to be forced upon you to that degree

Nice graphics. Easy to play with a good intuitive user interface. New ads that hijack the phone, start blaring music and then automatically open up play store to load that ad app pissed me off so I uninstalled this game.

I've downloaded this app on every phone I've had. And now it brakes my heart. I don't like the new ad's that pop up with sound. I like to play before I fall asleep or while waiting someplace quite like my mother's hospital room. They startle her and are very loud. And you have to wait to stop them. You can't just tap them to be quite. Very annoying. I may have to find another app.

I have played this for year's, and now it's no longer working. Keeps booting me out. The main reason I liked to play this one, because u can upload ur own pic's for the background and for the cards. But as of now I don't like it at all. Sick of being kicked out and not being able to play cards. ????

Been playing for years and loved it. Now it crashes every 5 minutes, restarts with previously played hands before crash and win % drastically lowered. Going to find a replacement.

Addicting. I don't mind the adds just not the ones that have sound and plays loudly! Now I have to be careful where I play it? That is intrusive!

I always look to Branium for card games, etc. No tricks, no fancy levels that you pay for, nothing flashing in your eyes. JUST THE Game as it should be. And you don't always win, like in some card game apps. And it's completely free.

My only problem is that some of the ads are very inappropriate, especially for young children. My grandson really liked playing it but no longer allowed.

I play solitare when i am anxious as it is very calming. I also listen to a book or music to help. However, the Ads are really frustrating. There isnt an option of paying to remove them and i honestly dont mind Ads that much, BUT almost every single Ad is a VIDEO Ad. Shuts off my music and its abruptly loud. Very off putting for a nice chill game of solitare.

It keeps restarting a new game in the middle of my Vegas game. I've been playing for years with this app and love it. This is annoying because it is even doing it more often now. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does it. Looking for new apps. Please help.

Everything was going great and I am so addicted to this game UNTIL all the sudden I have music playing. All music is muted so I cannot figure out why this is playing. I play this at night and the music is annoying and distracting not to mention that it could wake up my boyfriend who has to work. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!

Liked the game until i couldn't click past the ads anymore. Now it makes you watch the whole ad and there is no getting around it. May uninstall this one and find something else.

Great time killer!!! I've tried other solitaire but this one just stuck. I dont know why since there're all the same game. This one in my opinion is the best! Soo!!!... if you're gonna pick one pick this one because I said so!!!

I'm tired of all the stupid ads... I just want a mindless game, a good time waster... The ads are getting longer and stupider with no option to shut it off... Because of that I've gotten rid of your app.

Good choice for those who like to play a few quick rounds on the train. It's just your classic solitaire. The app is easy to use and doesn't bother you with a clunky interface, the controls are intuitive, although you may find yourself just tapping on the cards, because that will send them to a free spot automatically. I recommend dragging and dropping the cards with your finger from one pile to the other. The only annoying thing i found in this app, is that some of the ads that play after a game have audio. This means that any music you might be listening to, will be stopped so you can listen to some ad. This happens with roughly 3 out of 10 times and there is an advertisement displayed after each game.

I got a reply to my review that ads, that I said I'm used to in general, are sometimes too long before deleting them is allowed. My answer was that you can delete them. I just suffered through a 30 sec ad that I couldn't delete until the 30 sec finished. That is what I was referring to. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Dear Brainium people, I tried to follow your instructions as to how to contact you. There was no brainium button on the game that I could find when I tapped the screen. This is the only way I have to contact you..... The next time the ad in question came up -Teen Blast - I saw a forward arrow symbol in the upper left corner that I tapped and it took me to another page which I could then delete. Too much to go through still. If you could stop this ad all together I would change my review to 5 stars. (BTW since I can't control when the ad comes up - I'm not totally sure that is the name but I do know for sure the second word is "Blast")

Overall this seems to be one of the better solitares out there, the ads aren't a terrible pain for the most part but every once in a while there comes one that's a real problem, in that they are loud, and you can't shut them off. I also thing there's a low level AI in the program, because it seems to learn and get a bit more difficult as it goes. Its definitely not a random card shuffle - that's for sure.

Great app and game but not 5 stars in my books bc it doesn't do a simple thing like keep your top score in statistics. Will keep how fast you play and how many moves but not your score, even though it tells you at the end of the game

Too many frickin advertisements and now there are 5 second advertisements. I would gladly pay for this if there were no ads, but since there are, especially those annoying 5 seconders, I'm deleting this game.

Wish the cards were easier to see, print too small. The undo, new game and hint buttons are kind of a pain located at the bottom.

Not sure this actually happened but...game paused and asked if I wanted to play left handed! How did it know I injured my right?

I have used this game for many years and I understand you have to monetize - nothing wrong with that, but your new ads are so disruptive of the gameplay that they make the gaming sessions practically unbearable. I will wait a while to see if you change this, but otherwise, you are about to lose a long-term user and I bet I am not the only one. Don't be greedy with the ads.

BEWARE! The latest version pops up full- screen, very loud videos promoting other games. The videos cannot be stopped or dismissed.

Used to be a great app but lately is full of ads that makes it slow and not fun. uninstalling after 3 yrs using it and achieving several levels, it's a shame but seems that Brainum needs money desperately

Challenging game. Not too many annoying ads.

So many ads it's almost unplayable. Seriously it's Solitaire not anything new. If you enjoy being mind raped this is the game for you.

Edit as of 10/2017: Still plays very well, but the option to use my own photos as back of cards (or backdrop) no longer works. Hasn't worked for several months. Uninstall/reinstall made no difference. Severely disappointed. Previous version: Plays well in either landscape or portrait mode. Wins about as often as real cards. Ads aren't intrusive or annoying, but are a bit repetitive. They're only at the end of games. Lots of opportunity for customization. You can put your own photo on the background, or on the backs of the deck (both together is too distracting).
