This game is great. Here's some stuff you can do though: you know when Bob is bleeding out and you grab the green syringe and poke yourself? It sucks. Well, if this happens to you, just get poked by the blue syringe. But DO NOT use it on Bob. Unless your goal is to murder him. Also, if you feel like listening to a rap song, just smash the radio into something. This game awesome, but I have a question to Bossa: Can you add the brain transplant? It would be very great if you could. Thanks for making this, Bossa!

I was looking at the reviews to see if this is a good game. Some people Liked and some disliked it. But in my opinion I recommend that you should get this game. It is just like the pc which means it's awesome. Has the same controls as the pc. And it has different modes. Like alien mode. Just put the tape in the recorder and press play and put in 7261 and you dissect in alien. It is very amazing

The controls are SUPPOSED to be bad. That's been the entire point of this game since it released on PC. Its the only reason the game got big: by being really bad on purpose. The idea is the random comedy it creates through being so hard to play. This is worth it for PC owners. The new surgeries are hilarious.

Its works fine on my galaxy s4 only after an hour it gets hot but u will only play it gor a short tine though. If i have a small nit pick it be it kills my battery a bit fast but eh. Its on a phonr not meant to play games like this. But it works fine for me no problems at al

My biggest problem with this game are the controls. I get it, that's part of the experience, but if you've played the pc version of the game it's totaly possible to perform surgery with only moderatly hurting Bob, but in this version there is no clear way to elevate a tool causing you to drag every tool you use across poor Bob's body and greatly injuring him. Lots of potential but needs some cleaning up.

This game is super fun and I would recomend it to anyone and everyone!!! I dont have any problems with lag or crashing or anything. But just a quick question, how do you take screen videos of this game? Ive googled it and everything, but how do you do it? What ingame button do you press?

I love the game and most people just dont realise they're just doing things wrong, like the alien dlc its free its the little disk on the desk. Also someone said their phones getting hot but that just means you've been playing to long or phones just bad

Bossa studios LTD. Please! Make the brain surgery as an update then I wish I can make it six out of five! Also fix the app a little because some achievements on Google say I haven't got an A++ on one surgery but I did basically get an A++ on everyone. Also some of the tools don't work like the defribilators are the one I'm talking about

I like this game it's really cool, even though it does get hard at times. and when you put the DVD/cassette thing into the DVD/cassette player you put in the numbers then you operate on an alien! It says what to do on the gworb section on your phone.

It is a great game but I can't use the defibrillators, I can't turn off the tools and I can't use the pump. I played the Ipad version and It had all these features. Does this only happen on Sony Xperia? Please reply soon. 5 stars for you if this is fixed.

I couldn't even make it through the first step on the first surgery. There is no real tutorial or easing into things. The physics are extremely clumsy on the phone. I will be uninstalling right away. The only reason I didn't 1 star is the possibility it might be better on a tablet.

I love this game, totally add the brain surgery and drunkish hand mode. I don't own a computer, so please make this as an update I would totally get it. Surgeon simulator portable edition was much too easy in my opinion.

I love this game. It runs smooth as butter on my note 4 but I don't have the vitals thing so I never can get the revive Bob achievement with the defibrillators! Fix this and u have 5 stars from me! Do I am bread next

This game is so awsome because of 1. It high use of sense of homor 2. How much you get to do in the game 3. It's really worth 5 dollars! Thank you developers for bringing a funny game to android. p.s there is a secret where the surgeon raps I forgot how to but it's funny.

Just got it played the tutorial 3 TIMES because it crashed, now I can't even open the game. I know its a fun game but I can't play it. It froze my tablet until It finally died

This is not working at all! I can not pull this game up without it crashing. The game cant even pull up to the title scream. I would really like a refund on this game because ive already been ripped off on another game. But I paid almost 5$ for this game and it doesnt even work.

The game is really fun and I really like it the thing us the controls are a little hard to use. But if you get over that there is so much fun coming at you espetially when you beet a level, oh the sense of accomplishment you get from beating a level. Hope you buy the game or if you already have, write a review and beat some levels

great game! a pretty awesome take on the original. the only problem I have with this version is that there's no cloud save feature. it's pretty silly that it doesn't have that since I've lost my progress a few times and that really sucks.

Good game, but I can't use some features like the defibrillators. Another problem is that the game crashes while interacting with the cellphone, in more ways than just 1. It sometimes crashes when losing a minigame, pressing the arrows.. To put it short, the achievements that come from the cell, defibs, & others are impossible due to things that are not added in, bugs that make it impossible to register the achievement, or just make it to where you can't even attempt to do the achievement because it crashes

It doesn't have all the surgeries than it should. I mean why did ypu take the brain transplant away! That was the only A graded surgury suprisingly!

There's no point the tools just won't letme do anything like break things,and its annoying to move PLEASE MAKE EASIER CONTROLLS FOR THE TABLET!

Different enough and more challenging than console version, would like to see brain transplant. All those complaining about "I keep killing him please fix" learn how to play the game you scrubs.

I've played the pc version and even bought the A&E edition when it came out but honestly playing this I felt confused and slightly upset at some of my expectations not being met. To start with it is to my understanding that bobs heart rate is a new mechanic to the mobile versions and this is confirmed by the dephibulator and gas button being on the operating theatre but his heart rate was neither measured nor shown let alone a Mechanicof the game when I started playing last night I was upset by this.

For some reason, defibrillators and heart rate doesn't work at all. It's obviously supposed to since you can see the defibrillators. And there are achievements that are impossible to get because you need the defibrillators. Update this and then I will give 5 stars.

Half the puzzle is getting the right tool for the job, If your killing bob maybe go watch solution on YouTube before complaining that game is broken. Game worked fine for me but it needs more surgeries. Game without the steam alien DLC is just too short.

It keeps on saying it wont respond! I wasted my money on this I was really really excited and It hasn't worked for 2 days I restarted my tablet and everything I hate what its doing and you shouldn't waste your money either

Tried so many times.. NO matter how delicate you are, you are bound to hit other objects Unintentionally.. Dragging an object from where you pick up, and all the way to Patient is a challenge already

It's fun, and it's really smooth. My only complaint is that the gobbleshaft surgery doesn't work for me. I swear i put it in the right place, but it wouldn't recognize it.

As previous reviews state, the blue button to reduce the BPM and the defibrillator don't seem to be working so I've dropped the score to 3 stars. The controls are supposed to be bad, that's kind of the joke. Delicate operations with horrid controls (the arm on the PC version makes it funnier I think)

Every time I try to open the app it goes to a black screen then says "Unfortunately Surgeon Simulator has stopped" and then closes the app. Good thing I bought this while it's on sale.

However the controls are really crap. I think the concept is great but it needs a lot more fine tuning. I did read the other feedback but thought I'd test it for myself. Was NOT worth the few $AUD I wasted on it :/

This game is funny, hard, and cool people say it has sloppy controls but I say it does not I think you should add the brain transplant

I have this game on steam and it's pretty fun. This version is impressive for a mobile device. The graphics look just as good and the physics feel the same. My problem is that when I pick up a tool to use, I can't control it's elevation. I end up dragging saws and blades across Bobs body. It's madness! I'd like the developer to make a tutorial video to show how they expect us to control this mess. I could only finish the first surgery so far.

The game is perfectly responsive. Not as good as PC but still a good game. The controls are hard to master but once you get it the game becomes enjoyable. I still hate heart surgery in the corridor!!!

I love this game to bits, but, it's unfinished and there are known glitches. I wanted to get all the apps on the izac. You know, the paid ones. Well I emailed them asking how to get then and they said it was a bug. Mind you they haven't updated this game sense it came out. Also it's unfinished. The defibrillators don't work, there is a missing meter that Apple has but not Android. Good but glitched and unfinished

The controls are fine but the gameplay is so limited. I finished the game in 5 non consecutive hours after getting it. There are only 4 different operations. And honestly it will get boring really quickly after buy. I would just not recommend it.

I was so excited when I got it but it will not come up it just says s s can not come up what a waste of money
