I paid $6.99 for thirty diamonds a day for a month. I have yet to receive them. It seems as if there isn't any customer service. I want my money back or my diamonds. Very unhappy about this. The game glitches a lot. Why should we pay for this game if you people aren't running this app the right way. I was kinda enjoying the game until this bs. I WANT A REFUND!!!!!

Is anybody else experiencing difficulties getting into the game? I've had this problem the last two days and I was in love with this game.

I can't load the game. It loads so far then says didn't load check your connection. My connection is fine. What's the problem??

There is no character deletion option.. can i file CS ticket if i want to delete one of my characters?

I cant log in i never had to before and now I do well there goes my character that are higher lvl please fix

If you want us to stop playing your game just please tell us there is a bug in the game and we hate it fix it i spend money on your game i am a vip 5 still purchasing in your diamonds to get stronger but please fix the bug. Asap

I played almost 6 months of this game when I re installed it it says "its not compatible in my phone" why is it happening?

Kudos to the Art department on this game, the art is really nice. The gameplay is a let down, and the screen is cluttered and I'm playing on a big screen tablet. Very soon the gameplay gets confusing and you have no idea what you are doing.

Amazing game

I love playing this game. Casual and hardcover can find entertainment in this game with many places to improve your power rating without spending real money. Now the but..... I have played this game daily till I reach level 63, now my ui has frozen but only on a single character (my main character ) and I'm not up for putting in that much time again to reach that level. After 2 submissions to support the issue has yet to be fixed. 5 stars if this issue can be rectified.

I just downloaded this game and rated this 5 so everyone can see that the art you use in your advertisements are from other people and not yours. If you're going to promote your own games, don't use other people's artwork. I am going to find every single person who's art you've taken and put into your ads and you will be held accountable. Oh and go ahead and send me one of your bs customer service messages, you will be contacted by the rightful owners of the things you're using.

I have changed rating to zero stars due to devs not responding nor fixing blk screen bug way over few weeks now! I sent all device info as well as screenshot! Still nothing! I'm uninstalling and never playing again! I'll play Tai chi Panda where devs respond and fix bugs immediately! Good bye Fieryland!

cant login after updating lvl pack have reinstalled multiple times. always same issue. am a paying player on multiple accounts. if u dont like my money dont respond. pretty sure we both know u do.

Iv bin playin this game for years there's alot of great help ppl help out alot mission are cool too the merge meh I deal with it lol but u guys sed that ud fix the all caps glitch for a lot of ppl it has but not for me please fix it

Excellent game...except. for the merge of servers:( made game play awful...lost so many ppl from original server because of it! Not fun anymore. Devs don't care...they don't respond at all...I could go on but why? It's too late... older server ppl are mean and ran off lots of ppl!!!!

Played for about 5 minures then it looses network connection. Freezes won't start again. Uninstalled. Played boom beach for an hour no issues.

Man... after i downloaded the 172mb extra resources... the npcs are invisible i can't see them even the mobs or the enemies i cannot see them and game freezes after a few moments...not worth the 172mb dont download this game.

I used a good bit of my data to download this game and it won't even let me log in. I'm sure it's fun, but for me to find that out I have to be able to play it.

you open a new server. 20 is not new. love the game, but more new servers.

Twice now I have purchased diamonds for two of my characters I got booted off before the sale completed the money was taken from my account but I received no diamond in return. I have purchased from this game before and everything was fine. Please address this issue asap as I would like my purchases. Will happily change rating to five stars as soon as it is fixed
