I NEVER right a review but i feel i need to. You updated it and lost everything!!!!!! Why???? Your other bingo crush did not do that!!!!! If you want to change things that is fine just don't make us start over!!!!! The work we have done for some of us are years just went away! Will give a chance to fix it if not fixed will delete and find another BINGO game!!!!! ????????

My favourite bingo game until it was recently updated. It wouldn't play then so uninstalled and reinstalled it, then I lost everything and was put back to level 1. Can't get back to where I was in both bingo crush games, so won't play them anymore

I loved this game then you updated and now all my progress is gone and I am back to level 1. Grr. What happened to my level 120???

I'm fuming! Was on level 200 & now I'm back to level 1 & all my credit/coins have gone! Not impressed!

It needs fixed. I can NEVER get my achievements. I receive an error.

It's just like any other bingo game. Only I don't run out of energy and power up so fast

Omg! I love this game! I've been playing this game for years! #1 bingo game. If you don't have it, GET IT! Its the only one you need! No Annoying Adds, bingo cards you can see! Plenty of bingo rooms to chose from! Get to play 8 cards at once! If the game drops out or messes up they return your tickets. A must for all bingo gamers!

I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW. Your other bingo crush game made users lose everything after we were told we needed permission to use app. I deleted it after all my hard work at collecting things and losing them plus money and levels. Now today, I don't have access to this Game!!! So I am assuming that when you get around to fixing this one I will have lost my levels, my over one million coins etc. WHAT IS GOING ON? I have had both games for years and it's a shame that we lose so much when the app isn't handled well. I know I will not be the only one complaining. What is going to be done about this? We are also losing access to our daily gifts. Shame, shame, shame!

After 4100 tickets, 161 Bingos and 2 weeks of trying to get one piece of a puzzle I got bored. It shouldn't take that long. So I've decided to delete the game. No fun playing if you can't complete a puzzle... But it use to be my favorite bingo. Sad.

I wish whatever "glitches" in the loading of the game gets fixed QUICK!!! I've been having trouble the last 3days,missing all my daily coins and not advancing to the next level. Miss playing ????

The bad part of this game is you can't spend your coins to buy more of the T to actually get to play l, So if you wanna play more u have to wait another 24 hours or purchase the T! And I love this game but I can't always play cause I don't have any life's left

That one piece you need to complete the puzzle... doesn't come up very often. Frustrating!

Upside; great graphics, fun game! Downside; won't play or load with High-speed Internet only with my phone's data plan. ????

I have not been able to play this game for two days. All it does is keep saying "loading." Then it asks you to sign in then repeats. Is there an update soon? I love playing this, but I can't right now till you fix the problem.

Keeps freezing when in middle of game and at end of daily challenge. Today I lost 6 bingos with x2, the coin squares and 5000 coins used to buy keys. This is not the 1st time it has happened either. Have lost umpteen cr on rooms as well but have only ever been reimbursed once. This is a great bingo game ut am starting to get frustrated with the above problems

I would happily give you 5 stars if I could play the darn game. I am at level 116 and have almost all the collections and now I can't even get into the game. Please fix this. There is no update needed either.

Would be awesome if it didn't crash or not open at least once a month. Takes tickets and rewards...shuts down or won't open at all to get the daily rewards and play

Need to fix so it loads! Tried to send an email, but it came back as invalid recipient! Fun & easy to get power ups, keys & plays!

The game freezes up as it's loading and "checking resourses". It's been like this for 2 days! REALLY thinking about uninstalling it!!

I truly enjoy the game, but the cheating I can do without. At first you don't notice it, then you'll start to see shortages, like in the vampire room. They will not give you all your drops, they end up shorting you out of bunches! Also they will let you get all but one collection, then you will have to use all or most of your tickets just to get the last one. Keep track of your tickets, because sometimes when you come back to your game, there will be less of them, and there is absolutely no customer service. I've been playing this for a while, I left it for several months because of the discrepancies, and once again the cheating, and no one answers your emails, or any support questions! Too bad such a big company has no integrity, like I said, I enjoy the game but its the principal of the matter. Why cheat? I'm sure you can make enough honestly!

It's a great game I just wish there were more ways to get tickets other than purchasing them!!! I love to play it but the tickets run out too quickly and they're too expensive to buy!

Getting upset that I'm being ripped off from tickets and bingos. Game freezes and loose tickets or won't call out a bingo when the auto daub is on. Now didn't receive the tickets from the bulb challenge. Also Will not load at all from update.

I have been playing for along time since I updated it won't let me in the game and I thought if I clear data and force stop then it would of sorted itself out but it still won't let me in and I have lost all the time and effort I put into the game sort it out plz

Been playing for awhile now, and it is one of those games that start out great, but ends badly. One, to play with the 8 cards it averages 96 credits per round, so after one or two rounds your out of credits. And to play with only four cards takes forever. My biggest complaint right now is the game won't load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still isn't loading. There are too many other games out there to get hung up on this, so I'm uninstalling and finding a different game.

Can't log into game tried both as guest & thru fb neither one works. Even uninstalled & reinstalled & nothing. Why doesn't your game work

You have a really great game! Lot's Of different room's to play in! Very colorful! Winning many Bingo's a long the way as I level up. Keep up the great work to the developer's! Issues mostly fixed, Tysvm. Why do all the TC'S OPEN all at once? I can't count that Fast.
