i bought this game.i'm trying to play but the game is not loading and the screen is totally black..not worth buying..i want a refund

Can't even open the game please refund my money.

I paid for a game that never downloaded on my phone either put my refund back or put the dam game on my phone

Loads to slow and freezes alot

Can't play it's to glitchy. I never get it to the actual game play it just turns to a blank screen. Horrible waste of money until they fix the issues.

Running back and forth between the scenes is a problem. Would be better if there was a map. I didn't bother to finish the game..

After reluctantly paying for an app, that i never usually do, i was disappointed to find that the app crashed everytime i open it. Just a blank screen, haven't even managed to play it.

Reading is absolutely terrible, you cannot read anything to know whats going on. It is now an impossibility to move forward considering the fact that it is very hard to read any type of information within the game. I cant believe use have had the chance to fix it on numerous occasions and still fail to do so. If you want people to keep download as well as playing your games, in which a considerable amount of your games are great, then perhaps you guys should consider in fixing such glitches

some of the letters throughout the game are missing. i can't even enjoy playing it. after i brought, there was no option to refund this game. you knew this and didn't try to fix it. i want my money back.

I just bought the game, and haven't been able to even play, it won't open, at all. I deleted old games, and restarted my phone, and it still doesn't work

Great game! Great value! I enjoyed it a lot. The length of game play was long and the bonus chapter was also. There's a lot of running around but it's not too bad. The story was interesting and the graphics were great. I had no issues playing on my Nexus.

Keeps shutting down. Doesn't even get to the home screen, pretty much angry with it. Have sent feedback but no reply

Random letters are missing from the menus, subtitles, hints and games. Missing letters can vary on each reset. Unable to play at all with these. Would appreciate a refund or quick fix. Playing on my AT&T Samsung S7 Edge with current software. Haven't had any issues with prior games.

For some reason letters are missing so I can't read anything to know what is going on. I would like a refund. This is silly. Looked like a good game but can't even play it. Now I know why it was only .99.

Very enjoyable. There was a good variety of puzzles and HOPs. The storyline was ok, the artwork was decent. Decent length, but not a lot of extra content.

I can't play it while only some letters show up.
