Only one letter is showing up...sometimes two or three letter...in an ENTIRE dialogue box! I have NO CLUE what is going on. Uninstalled. Hoping once I reinstall that it will work. Crossing fingers. Looks like a great game: I just can't play. Hoping I can come back & redo review.

Can't read anything on the game. Anything. Info you need to read is either missing letters of the words or the entire word. So I have no clue what to do.

I have just started to play. But, it,s looking good. OK BF you have done once again. Great storylines, graphics, music, well could go on and on. . Keep making these great android games.

Come on Bigfish! You have quite a lot of people who are complaining about the words missing letters! Update and fix this problem!

Loved everything about this game especially the variations of the HO games! Lots to do, great story line and map was fantastic!!! Keep more of these coming, excellent job big fish

I paid the full price for this game, have downloaded it 4 times and everyone erythrocyte time it let's me play for all of 60 seconds before the game shuts down on me. Every other big fish game I buy works fine so I know it's not my system. Please give me my money back!

Reinstalled this with the hope that the words will show up this time. They haven't. Absolutely ridiculous that this hasn't been fixed!!! I've paid yet again for a faulty product from Big Fish n it warrants a refund I know yet again I won't get. Big Fish are you just a bunch of thieves taking people's money for games that can't be played? You never seem to give refunds. I find that shocking. Sort it out FFS.

Another Shiver game with a great storyline and fantastic HOS's. I really recommend this one as well if you love games in this genre. Great job everyone on yet another fantastic game. Please, please keep up the good work. I appreciate all of your efforts.

The words are missing .. need to fix!. Apparently I'm not the only person with this problem but nothing has been done to fix it. I managed to finish the game but had or alot harder and had to click everything.

Its been like this from beginning major glitches!!!!! If it ran smoothly id give it a five!!!

Launching the game starts the big fish start screen where it shows you their other games. When selecting continue to start the game it hangs at a black screen. Should have tried the free version first.

Would have been a 5, but the bonus chapter was annoying. I had to keep tapping items several times. They wouldn't go to where I wanted them to go. Other than this, it was fun

I was loving this game despite minor glitches like the voices not working or randomly shutting off saying there was an error. I made it through to the end and when I completed the last task the game shut down and when I turned it back on the task was complete but it wouldn't acknowledge that and won't unlock bonus chapter. Big fish is becoming an enormous disappointment lately! If you're going to bump up your prices you need to make sure the games are ready! Getting real greedy BF!!

Game is unplayable. Almost all of the letters in dialogue boxes and menus are missing.

I'm so mad that I wasted 4.99 on this game none of the words or story line show up (except a letter here and there) to tell You what to do very disappointed request a refund

All the dialogue box words are all jumbled up. What a waste of money. You would think for a top paid app this would be an easy fix.

Moves kind of slow, but a good game! Need to fix the hint & direction buttons, they are very slow to respond when pressed.

The mechanic keeps repeating himself, there is no Battle Ship game,he just stares at me! I can't continue without the engine manual, help!!

Good graphics and cut scenes. Great number of puzzles and HOGs. But the only haunting aspect is the music. This is a rounded up 5 stars.

I like the fact that I could decorate my room that was a new twist the storyline was a little weak but the game itself including the graphics and the puzzles is great

The game was as I expected ,great as always it has all the things a game player looks for. Good puzzles game time secuinses are fantastic worth every cent

Great game with plenty of puzzles!!! Had no problems on DT X10 only froze 3 times but was downloading update and games. Keep ' em coming !!!

Would like money back as game gets to a certain point and want let me continue no matter what I do hint tells me where to go I get there it tells me to move and I cnt do anything so frustrating

I have collected all the clues that are available to me and when I press the clue button in the hospital room, it points to the tree outside. Then when I tap the tree I'm told to use a door. So I use the doors to go outside and NOTHING HAPPENS! what a rip off :s

Best thing about this game is the good number of mini games and different hops. Story line is a bit weak and the game itself quite short, but still worth it for the overall enjoyment.

This game's got everything and I enjoyed every step. It's crisp, smooth, and a tight story. As the third (or forth?) in the Shiver series, we meet our old friend the doctor and hunt for pearls to decorate his house. Strategy guide, teleportation task map, dialog choices, a really neat aquarium, achievements, good hints, bonus chapter, etc. (I'm still not sure about that artichoke on her head though. Kidding). I really am enjoying this game. 11/25/15. I am not missing text, dialog or copy as others are. I always restart after download though and that may be why. Look for update after 11/25 for Artogon fix, maybe? When they do fix it - you'll really like it.

I really enjoyed this game it had a great story. It also had a great bonus level. I am glad I bought this game. I really liked that you can find the pearls to decorate your house and find plants for the fish tank. This game had a lot to offer.

This is the best Shiver game yet! Definitely one the top 5 Big Fish games! Get it now before the price goes up to $5!!!

After playing/buying way over 100 HOS MYSTERY STRATEGY Games, this is a good game. Not my favorite but by far not the worst. Hints very slow to appear, but the overall concept was ok. Appropriately priced @$2.99 for content of game + bonus chapter!

Most of the letters and words are missing on the menu and in the dialogue boxes. Pointless to try and play. Both Big Fish games I downloaded today have problems and are unplayable.

Loved it, its got everything including that map that takes you here, there and everywhere!!

Puzzle directions are clear but still challenging. And the player can follow the story!

Excellent, biggest problem "skip" button too easy to hit by accident.

So far I've had to uninstall once. It froze and I lost all my inventory. Plays slow on my Galaxy Tab 2. Will try again.
