Off the Record: Linden (Full)

I'm having the same problem as everyone else, uninstalled and installed again about 5 times to no avail. I emailed big fish my receipt of purchase and have not heard back, how can I get a refund?

This was a good game until i purchased it. The demo was great so i paid my $2.99 and now the game wont play at all. It opens and stays on what looks like a coal mine screen or something. No options to play nothing just picture on a screen. Thats bull and needs to be fixed instead of it taking people's money. You would think after every complaint saying the same thing you all would get in gear to fix the issue. I usually always read the reviews and i did not this time because i enjoyed the game. Regret

Game froze after taking my money so it is still saying I need to pay. Now it won't even open. I agree with everyone else about refunds as I have had the same problem with off the record 2. Please refund for both games big fish.

This game has a glitch...not sure why after all the complaints it hasn't been fixed but once you download and install and then open to play it says extracting files and then freezes. You have to restart your device. Even tried to go back into it and all that comes up is picture of like a mining tunnel and it just stays there....nothing else happens.

I bought the full payed version and it won't open at all, I was looking forward to playing it now I'm disappointed, please fix this.

Was very disappointed it wouldn't work bought the full game next time make sure the games work before you put them on.

Great game in free version which gets you hungry for the FULL VERSION. Problem is that it downloads OK, but when you open it to play, It say extracting files, freezes and returns to the app icon on Home. Tried on other tablets and does the same. Please fix, I want to play this one!!!

i got this full version nd it never down loaded I was wandering if you have fix the game and OMI S did you fine way to be able to download on a samsun gallecy 4 or 5 i really like the game and would like to play it thanks Olga A

Do not buy. Waste of money. The game will not even open or start at all.

So at first I couldn't even get the game to open after i paid for it but now I'm playing it fine bcuz i went back to the free game after i paid for the full one and reinstalled it and the full game popped up and is working fine now. So if you pay for the full version and it doesn't work go back to the free version and install it and the full version will play fine.

After experiencing so many issues with unlocking the free version, I uninstallad, got a refund and used it on the full version...full version won't even open. Restarted phone, Uninstaller and reinstalled, no go. FYI- running a Samsung Galaxy Note 4, updated. Some people have reported issues with this game on Samsung Galaxy note devices.
