Like the game but I had to unistall and install because pieces disappearing in the block scene so had to start all over again. We will see if that fix the glitch or not. Hopefully. If not I'll be asking for my money back cause I won't be able to finish. Still can't finish the game same spot has pieces disappearing.

Love these games.....When they don't freeze over halfway into the game. Have paid for collectors edition, don't want to have to pay again if I need to uninstall an reinstall just to finish the game. Please fix.....

Once the advertisement for big fish games comes on before the game started, you can no longer play the game because the screen won't go horizontal anymore. huge disappointment. :(

After waiting months and months for this game to be updated, it has finally worked, not because it was updated though, but because I have changed my tablet. It was OK, but too many HOS for my liking that were just too simple. Oh well, it is an old game now.

This game has major glitches and funny thing is is that I used to play it and beat it on a different device and didn't have any problems at all. Not till I downloaded it on my new one. Would like a refund please.

It WOULD be a fantastic game except for the freezing and stalling. I was very interested in the game but the sound goes in and out, it stalls, and the controls are difficult to work what with the stalling of everything. Too bad... I was starting to get into this. I'm barely in the house, but better now to stall, before I paid money for this game.

I tried to play the game several times but it crashed and I was left with a black screen and my tablet froze. Had to restart tablet to get it responding again. Decided to try again with this game and finally its loaded and plays properly....great game so far

Too many glitches...I have had to Uninstall this game twice when I was over half way through with it. It freezes in the vertical position then won't work. Big Fish, please refund me for this game.

This time I did not read the review before payment. You need to have a quality control department who check game before putting it out this game blows. And this review crap doesn't mean a thing because you keep putting out game that do not work properly.

Had the same problem after purchasing where half the screen is tiled and the other half is warped. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and finally on the third try it worked. Really enjoyed it when I finally got to play!

I bought this game, now I can't play it! The whole game is in tiles instead of one picture! A whole bunch of tiles of one picture! Was doing great till I paid money for it! What gives? Money back or fix game so I can play it please. Then I'll change it to 5 stars, it was a cool game. And now it loads right but now o have to start the game over? !?! I've lost all my achievements too. What's next? Is it going to tell me at the end of this game I didn't buy the game? Big fish is usually fantastic??

I am so p/o. I bought this game yes bought and now it is not opening properly it doesn't fit my whole screen only half. I will never buy from you guys again if this does not get fixed. Fyi it worked great at first I don't know what you guys did to it but I want it fixed or I will suggest to everyone I know to not buy from you.

Thought I was on a path to anti-alawar because paid game would not load but uninstalled then reinstalled, and all was good. Plus extra bang for your buck a decent related bonus game. #fanforlonger

It had a few minor bugs on my galaxy s4 but not enough to stop me from playing it. I really liked the story line and thought it wasn't as cheesy as some of the others. In the long run I think it was worth the money I paid for it:-)

I really should have read the ratings before I jumped into this game because it doesn't work properly. I started the game off without any problems but it soon asked to unlock the game well once I PAID for it the game would only load vertically and when it switched to horizontal then it wouldn't let me play. REFUND my money or fix the game

During the "extra" adventure, the screen went into kind of a grid pattern like a diagnosis check. Stopping and restarting had no effect and issue persisted. Rebooting phone did nothing as well. Program integrity is still viable and this is prolly an issue with the "ad" injections. Different hd results causes these kinds of screwy issues. Please fix.

When I first downloaded this game the screen split into like 4 sections and it wouldnt let me play. I uninstalled it then after reinstalling it I restarted my phone, and now it works perfectly with no issues

Haven't had any of the problems others have mentioned though not that far into the game. Still exploring the house. Liking it so far my only issue is that some screens are a little dark, other than that no complaints.

Not gonna give more stars until its full, free. Really liked the game but sucks! it sucks that its not all free just waistd my space on my phone just to play the beginning of a game! Im uninstalling the game!

Played free portion, but when I paid for full game it wouldn't come on, what a rip off. Please fix or refund my money. I love Big Fish games but this one sucks. Finally got it to work after uninstalling and installing. Great game can't wait until the sequel comes out.

I couldn't make it through the first HOG, after i was made to play it a second time. if I have to tap over and over to put chocolates in a box I know what to expect from the rest of the game especially when I put time in playing something I know I completed and being made to play it again. It will be uninstalled, unnecessary time for one scene. Crazy. I think this game has bugs

I like the game but as soon as i paid, it now wants me to start over. My name and achievments are still there, so why? I like Bigfish games and usually have no trouble.

It would have gotten four. But I have installed it twice now to no avail. The game splits into into several different pictures of the current screen. Of course this happened right after I purchased and the ads show up perfect also. I'd really like my money back but I know that won't happen. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I'd really like to play the game.

A fair game with entertaining puzzles, but somewhat more lacking in the story department than others. If you're looking for a simple game with good puzzles give it a try. But if you want a good story, go elsewhere; this is pretty much Scooby Doo here, nothing more than that.

I have noticed some reviews complaining about the game being strange and when opening it it pixelates into what looks like "a Flys eye view" The quick solution is to click not on the "resume game" button at the start menu but scroll down to the actual screen shot from the game and click on that. This will open the Google play page and then click "Open". The game runs beautifully once you do this. The story, art design and the music are awesome. This game was done by the same developer who made Final Cut.

I read the reviews and as they were mixed proceeded with caution! Although it has stalled a couple of times loading, I have had no other issues..YET! The game is really good with lots of different mini games. Nice graphics and just the right amount of hint charges etc

Wow Big Fish, this is now one of many games under your name that need to be fixed and is glitchy as hell. I was halfway through this demo, I left the game and everything seemed great, from what I could tell it had potential and I'd consider purchasing it. When I came back to play and loaded up the game, the visuals gave become tiled. I shut down and restarted but its still the same. Now it's completely unplayable. Lift up your game BigFish!

Was a great game until I purchased it. Then it only would open a half screen. I had to uninstall and reinstall to try to make it work. Freezing my smartphone and not working properly at all. C'mon guys, you can do better than this.

3 times I've had to uninstall and reinstall again!! Each time I don't make it very far before game screen goes up in corner or screen divides into four repeated pictures. Please fix this!!

This game had so many glitches that had it been free I'd of been upset but as I paid for it made it worse! Also, it continually crashed my tablet. Not worth the time or money

Interesting storyline. Not hard to guess. But maybe I just watch too many movies similar to the plot. Anyway, I enjoyed playing this game! No glitches or any other problems. Very interesting puzzles! The game overall is neither too difficult nor too easy. And a plus for the more realistic journey throughout the game. As always... amazing graphics!!!

I liked the game it's a bit short but fun, and good story.... I fixed the glitches by cleaning out the cache before I turned it on. Can't wait for part 2 hopefully it will not have glitches....

I payed $2.99 and couldn't open the game. I Want My Money Back Big Fish. I'm getting sick of this.

I'm changing my opinion. I played the trial and liked the game so I paid the money to buy it and now its not loading correctly!!!! It only cones up on half the page!! Wth?!?! I'm not happy AT ALL!!! The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars was because the trial was great! I want my MONEY BACK!!!!!

Will only load 1 in 7 times so frustrating, when it does load it only loads to 46% then you can't shut it down properly. I would like a refund but don't know how to get one.

Decided to buy the game but it didn't let me go further. I contacted "Google Play" and they gave me a refund. I always get good service from them whenever I have a problem with a game. You must remember to be proactive if you want a refund. Complaining on here won't get you the result you're seeking. So if you bought the game through "Google Play", you should get your money back with no problem. **And for those of you that get angry because the game isn't free, how do you expect the developers to make money? If you read the storyline first, you will see that only the early part of the game is free. They make it quite clear that if you enjoy the first part, you get the option to buy the rest of the game. ** Come on people.

I had none of the issues with the game that have been mentioned it played fine. The reason I rate it a three is that it didn't really offer anything new in the HOP genre and the puzzles were rather easy and too short. Also, the story was pretty weak and not hugely engaging. So overall it's ok but nothing amazing; and for me it has little reply value.
