Nightfall: Black Heart (Full)

I bought the game expecting to be able to play it. I get a black screen every time I open the app. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling with no luck, and now I can't even get a refund! Careful you might loose money here!!!

I play a lot of these games and this one is terrible. The controls are ridiculous and I have to click on items several times before it will register (if it does at all). Operating the game should not be so frustrating that I don't even know the storyline. Uninstalling and I want a refund!

This game was bugged out from the moment I installed it after purchasing. The first cut scene was black, pictures have black background to them and it's so bad I can't even enter my name. I would like a refund please. The game is unplayable.

The game installed fine but when I try to play all I get is a black screen and the intro sound then nothing. I've tried reloading, turning on and off my device, and uninstslling and reinstalling. nothing! I cant get my money back so I suggest you keep yours.

Will give better rating...please fix. I paid for game, black screen. Uninstalled 2 times on 3rd try. And this is the 2nd or 3rd game that has not been fixed or refunded!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX MY GAMES OR REFUND or I will not purchase anything else!

Had fun but I am stuck I have springs for clock but.it wont start the puzzle. It just says so many miving parts I wonder how it works. without this puzzle I cannot progress any further!! Please fix if it wasnt for this I would give a much better rating

I enjoyed this game along with the other 50 or so I have played over the years. BUT.......the words are getting smaller and smaller. Either increase word size or allow a zoom in function.

This is not your run of the mill HO-Adventure game. The story & graphics were quite dark, which I really enjoyed. But it still had a corny love story element I could have done without. Also, it was sometimes unclear what I was supposed to do with certain objects. Even so, I really did get into it & I'll be looking to purchase the chapters that came before this one. Thanks!

Can't go any further. According to the guide I should be able to zoom in on several areas and pick up things but the areas aren't active and I'm stuck.

what is wrong with this game. i paid my money on it played for awhile until i finished. now i cant even play it. i want my money back if its broken. dont make ppl paid and dont fix it.

Keeps freezing. Have had to start over many times.

Stuck at family tree, I have all the pictures but game says missing some.Cannot move forward

Great story, graphics & gameplay. Wish I knew whether there were prequels to this one. I mean "Ashburg Asylum" & "The Opera?" Does anyone know if there are prequels?? I know there's an opera themed game with a Christine character, but it is related? I guess I'll have to play it to find out. Looking forward to future chapters.

This is a fun interactive game w/lots of twist and turns. The only complaint would be the many force stops that happened when I'm playing. Then when I return to game didn't save progress at the previous location. But still a good game.

On a Galaxy S5. I get to the clock and insert the springs yet it won't let me move anyting with the arrows. Keeps saying" lots of moving parts, I wonder how it works?" I even followed the guide, no luck. Either fix this or refund my money please. I was REALLY getting into this game too! Really disappointing.

And I've reported it to big fish and they don't respond. The graphics are all distorted

The hints are terrible I had to find a walk through just to learn I was doing the rite thing but the game didn't notice me repitedly tapping I've paid now I am on the bonus level I'm just Un installing please improve the hints and fix the tapping issue and make the next game have a free chapter so I know I'm not paying for a glitch ridden frustrating game thanks..

Pictures are so glitchy I can't play. Downloaded twice with same problem - good quality tablet so that isn't the problem - never had an issue like this before. Wasted my money :-(

Samsung Tab A...items on a few hidden object games fall off the screen or just at the edge. Have to touch several times, zooming in and out to finally work. Also, first time I've experienced this: map says an action needs to be taken at two locations (dining room and walk-in closet); kept thinking I wasn't going to be able to finish the game, but it turned out to be glitches. I kept going and was able to finish the game nonetheless. Sigh. Unfortunately, seems most big fish games have some sort of glitch. Definitely not so with Alawar, Artifex Mundi, and Gogii games.

Found that l just didnt get some of the puzzles. Had no idea what l had to do. Items too small to use. Repetitive action to get something to work. Enjoyed the game overall. On special ok but wouldnt be worth full price. Prob drop rating at full price

It was very long, so great value for money. Puzzles were not too easy or too hard. Objects collected were logical. The only thing that I would recommend is that the HOPs could be a little more adventurous. All in all a great game and would recommend.

Game installed ok but won't open . I Uninstalled it and tried again and it still won't work. Very disappointed

Enticing, good story line, not too hard, even when playing on master. I play ALOT of Big Fish, Alawar,etc games and appreciate it when it's a decent game and not to expensive. I had no "glitches" either as mentioned in other reviews so obviously it works for some and may be not others. Cheers!! :-)

App keeps saying not installed so every time I want to play I have to reinstall it...then I get another icon and all the others also work....why?? So annoying

I paid for app and tried 2 download it and all I get is black after the 1st screen. I have tried to reinstall many times with same result. Please fix.

It was going ok but got to a certain point and couldn't get any further with it I am experienced at playing these games but couldn't fathom it

Gud game...You make so many good games that you should let some of the full games be free...we are not rich people and can't afford all your games

Everything is pretty good, the hints are good and the game play is perfect.

Good game. Some problem for tablet users. I had to skip some of the puzzles because they would work on my touch screen.

Not having been able to play the game despite re-installing, I really can't say how good the game is since all I get is a blank screen after the 'Loading' page. Could I get a refund please? This is very frustrating as even that single image (never mind the game I can't even play) is strangely riddled with black colored blocks randomly obscuring the screen both before AND after said re-installation.

Game started out great but some actions cannot be completed. Some objects cannot be found and guide doesn't help. Got 2 springs for clock believe I need glass can't find can't open cabinet stuck. Please fix this thought maybe I missed something and also the hints doesn't help. Either fix or refund my money. Would be good game if it worked correctly. Tried on tablet and phone same issues.

Not my favorite type of game play. I did not like the magnifying glasses that marked every searchable area. It lost the suspense and took the fun out of trying to figure out what to do. I am glad I purchased during the sale, and I did finish the game.

I absolutely love this game. Its interesting & challenging. I love it so much that when I changed phones I bought the full version to play on my new phone. Awesome-Sauce!!!!!

I love Big Fish games but this one doesn't download properly. The graphics are corrupted. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice with same result.

I like the game but the thing is the words are almost to small to read , I can't seam to find everything right now am missing a lens and without it I can go no further.
