Soooo slow can't even play.... Never had this problem before, played every game available. ?

I'm just past the free part, probably chapter 2 or 3 in the story. The controls are sluggish and not as accurate. It takes a couple of taps to move items around or to access specific things. The sound is occasionally glitchy, and if one is the least bit tired, the music is relaxing enough to make me sleepy... Not as good in a game, but I love the music. The volume tends to be too quiet or blaring loud... I can't seem to adjust it consistently in the game controls to perfection, but I'm dealing with it. Overall, only a 4.0, and that's because the story is fairly interesting. If the story hadn't have been interesting, I would have deleted the download before purchase because of somewhat imperfect controls and sound problems.

Not bad but not worth buying after the free play. Sluggish between scenes, only fair graphics.

This took forever to load and was so slow and sluggish to play I've given up all together! I was playing in so-called expert mode and there are sparkles everywhere!! Even in the hos!! So annoying. Glad a tried it first, definitely not buying...

What on earth is happening with you big fish 1st u give us a game that has far too many glitches in then u give us a game that is extremely slow loading other games are faster at loading than this one what's going on? I've given 3 stars would've been 5 but it's far too slow loading and that's with a fast broadband connection get it sorted please

This was such hard work toplough through. No glitches or technical issues, although it was a bit too slow at loading...It was just so dull. And panpipes overkill !

Beautiful graphics and a good story line. Good for someone just getting into HOG. Discouraging length of time to load and change from one scene to another. Maybe due to graphics? Gave a 4 because like I said previously possibly an entery level game. Would encourage the makers to do something about the slow problems.

Nearly walked away from sale based on demo - very glad I didn't. The lag was most obvious in first 4 and last 3 scenes where my tablet struggled with refresh of dense graphics and actions. Decent game + bonus length - ~44 scenes, ~38 HOP/mini HOP, ~35 puzzles/mini puzzles (not a 'ton'). In general relied on active map to show where more thought was required. Liked that casual did not overwhelm on sparkle spoon feeding. The credits are a hoot! Generous bonus puzzles/HOP. My Samsung Galaxy Note appreciated the pen-enabled GUI. Ps to Eipix - for next world consider Norse mythology? I can see the hidden pink marzipan pigs already.

it could be even better. The HOS could be improved, they could be find and use scenes instead. That would make them more challenging and less monotonous. Also playing on the middle difficultly, it says that it will show objectives on the map, but it didn't, so had to rely on the hint button when I got a little stuck. Not quite sure that it should be as expensive as it is, but it was a long game.

Awfully jerky, does not change scenes smoothly or fast, very, very difficult to keep using the amulet, requires much tapping, inventory items hard to drag also. Not the best Eipix game I have played. Bonus game was easiest to play. Helpful guide and hint button, good variety of puzzles. Hope any sequel is improved.

Eipix makes some great games: beautiful graphics, good story, plenty of extras. Unfortunately, several have been impossible to complete. The problem is in either the main game or bonus which is really disapponting as I cannot access the extras either. One game had portions of the minigame including the Skip button offscreen. Also if I delete and reinstall, no Already Paid button so must go through payment screens to unlock game. It so far has not actually charged me again, but it is frustrating. I may change rating if problems occur. Great game, one problem only: unable to access souvenir room. Ended up turning music way down.

At first I had a few issues with it loading slow, freezing & in the diary words would overlap other words where you could not read it but apparently ya'll must have fixed it because loading got faster & no freezing. I still have words overlapping in diary until I back out of game & reopen it. All in all I really enjoyed this game but do agree with other comments about fixing certain things before you release.

Playing this on galaxy s4. Never had a problem with any bigfish games but this one is so slow! Giving up trying to play, falling asleep waiting for scenes to load

The game is good, but the lag time and having to do things 2&3 times is not worth it. I love big fish games, but this one is too much trouble. Fix the lag time and I will be ready to buy.

The game IS glitchy on my Samsung tablet and I cannot find how to get a refund on this game I purchased less than an hour ago. Apparently I'm at a point where I need to knock over a boot to get a gem but it will not allow me and says "nothing to do here." I also use the map and go to the only area it says there is an objective but I cannot find it. So I cave and use the hint button, which I hate doing, and it sends me AWAY from the same area the map sent me to; also I am pretty sure I paid twice before it would unlock. And I have both emails to prove it :(

Personaly I'm loving it. No glitches on my Samsung tablet, lots to do, music a bit repetitive, but 1 in all it's great and seems quite long. I've been playing for 3 hours and seems I still have way to do^^ You'll enjoy it.

Good long game. Some different puzzles. The storyline is a little weak but that does not detract from the enjoyment of the game. No glitches or undue lags experienced. All in all a good game

I enjoyed the game, but it ran very slow and many of the puzzles I couldn't complete as they were distorted. I really enjoy these types of game, but when they don't work properly it gets very frustrating.

Some what chalenging. Fun. The only thing I didnt like is the sparkles. Slow moving. Needs some rework.

Waste of money, should let us ply it first than buy it, not buy it then be disappointed or felt we have been cheated. The game takes so long to load and slow in playlng. Want money back.

Loved playing the game even though I didn't understand some of the story line. The h o part got confusing at times.

Print was a bit hard to see in some scenes I did enjoy the play and store line.

I really like the game. It's nice that it isn't all hidden object. Thank you.

Bought the game but only got about 15 mind into the game and couldn't get any further not impressed total waste of money refund required

I can't even play this game and paid full price for it. I want a refund honestly. Love all other big fish games but this one was a waste of my money.

I really enjoyed the game once I got to play it correctly. The first time, I couldn't play the bubble shooter game and the game let me access a location that was supposed to be played later. I had to use an item in that location, which meant that I didn't have the item when I needed it in the proper game sequence and I couldn't advance. I started over as a new player and everything worked fine.

I had no troubles or glitches at all with this game.. Very enjoyable, fascinating storyline, loved the theme and the beautiful artwork. Nice transporting map, and a nice variety of puzzles and hops. The only criticism I could think of, would be that although there is an excellent variety of puzzles, is that they were all a bit on the easy side.. no real challenge.. but it didn't seem to matter so much... I just really enjoyed playing.

I really wanted to enjoy this game because of its appealing theme. So I downloaded it despite the reviews. I think the game is fine, but the play is slow and jerky. The graphics seem to be at Big Fish's usual high standard, but, again, I can't be certain because they are small and dark. I have only just made it into the Cultural Centre and I am exhausted! I will need to play it in short bursts. A pity, because it looks as if it should be good.

I have loads on my sd card but unfortunately this wont be in my collection its far too laggy, shame really it looks like it would of been a good game cant you re-do it to perfect so I can put in my collection please :)

《Samsung Galaxy S5》Hard play/plot to follow. Having to use hint and strategy guide a lot more than I like but overall enjoying the game. Would LOVE MORE games LIKE THIS. .... NOT TIMED, NO WAIT ON ENERGY, NOT CONSTANTLY REQUIRING MONEY SPENT TO PLAY. .. THANK YOU! Now put out a sequel without glitches, longer and a little easier to figure out what's next w/o hint. ... <3

This is about the 3rd/4th game from yourselves that I've commented on that has been, laggy, slow between scenes, having to tap items many times, using hints more than needed. It's a real shame, as I LOVE your games usually (part from you don't do them all on android), but the ones you do do, don't you think you should make a better effort to iron out the problems before releasing it, or LISTEN to your customers before you lose them. Will not be purchasing this game until glitches are sorted

Thought I'd try this on my Samsung Galaxy tab 3. Unfortunately the sluggish performance and ultimate crash means I won't be buying this until it's fixed. Although I love these games I am getting continuously frustrated with the performance issues. Don't mind a slight delay in changing scenes but am fed up with screen freeze.

Oh no, there is no way I can play this game on my Samsung Galaxy S2. So slow, not even worth my time. I'd fall asleep before the next scene. I could only play a few minutes before giving up. It took too long to load as well. Too bad because I really like Eipix games. **Update** played on a Acer Tablet and it works wonderfully! Wish these games would play the same on all tablets. What is the problem?

This game is not up to BigFish's standards that I have come to expect. The game is very "glichy" with scene changes or tapping when exploring screens. A few more of the bugs should of been worked out before release. The story has a good subject but dealing with gliches you get to frustrated to enjoy it. I will continue playing BigFish games but in the future I would appreciate someone doing a quality check before release, thank you.

Not too short, not HOG heavy, good variety of puzzles, good story. Definitely a good game to play and will play again. No DL issues, no glitches. A tad slow loading but not really detrimental to the game.

It downloaded fine but every time I try to open it just closes. I have restarted my device didn't help. Big fish help?

My game freezes on the current event then to the next scene. Takes to long to load too. Also played it offline and it's still the same issue. Plz, fix this. With an update or something. I dispise giving bad reviews. Thanks.
