Mystery Trackers: Nightsville Horror

I really liked the game until I got out of the ruin. The map that the boy gave me, when I go to use it it goes to the far left of my screen. It won't let me use hint or anything else. I really liked Big Fish games but they are starting to get glitchy. I want you to fix it or give me my money back!!!

Too many bugs. Avoid this one and don't waste your money like I did. Would appreciate a refund Big Fish. I'm a regular purchaser of your games but this one is very disappointing. If your are going to promote an older game please update it and remove the glitches!

NEED REFUND! Have restarted multiple times in hopes of it actually working but it just looses its head every time when I get to owlmans house. I turn it off then when I go to play again I have to get the map from the kid again and then I cant use it! It doesnt let me go into the forest!

So. I tried to delete and install the game again. This game is the worse game ever, nice graphics and story line but it keeps crashing. I finally made it to the owl's house but could not finish the game. I do not recommend it. Waste of money.

Like the last few reviews...I got all the way to the owl scene and the game glitches and i had to START ALL OVER. Gave it one more shot.... HAD TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. Until fixed... DO NOT PURCHASE!

Would be a great game if it didn't keep freezing. I'm playing the free trial but won't purchase the full game because of this. I don't want to spend the money on a game that crashes. Based on previous reviews, this seems to be a long time problem. Very disappointed

Can I have my money back please... sick of the mess ups you've made on this game.... I start at the sheriffs house... then all of a sudden it's messing completely up. This has never happened to me with your games before... and for the price I've played.. . I'd like my money back ASAP! Not happy at all.

Game started off good but like almost everyone else it glitched not once but twice to the same place with no way to move forward. I'm not wasting my time a 3rd time. Tried to get a refund but they pretty much make it impossible. Even when you follow their directions. Don't waist your money. It was a shame cause it seemed like such a good game.

I purchased this game because I love Big Fish games. I enjoyed playing the game until the game just stops working - the hint button doesn't work and the map shows that there are no areas where I have to perform any actions. I've restarted the game twice and this will be my 3rd time. If it stops working again, I'm uninstalling it. I just hate the fact that I paid for a game that I can't finish and may have wasted my money if I have to uninstall.

Keeps stopping , goes back to Intro. Extremely annnoying. Apart from that enjoying. Ratings would have been higher if glitches sorted.

I paid for the game ???? and got to chapter 7, then then game crashed and only reloads at chapter 5. The games looks good and is innovative unfortunately it doesn't work properly. A refund would be appreciated.

I have tried to replay this game all the way through so many times. I get all the way to owl mans house, and then it freezes and/or brings me back to Willowsville and can't get back to owl mans house and everything freezes. Spent $5 on this game, and would like my money back!!!! Especially because there arent any responses to all of the dedicated players who spend their time and money on these games. Also no fixed are being made. Really really wish to refunded!

After the mine, when I get the maps for the next stage. Once I go to use them, where I am supposed to , they just go into the upper left corner and I can't proceed to the next stage. Have tried closing the game, have uninstalled the game. Nothing helps, this is the second bug fish game I've bought and will have to permanently delete. Big fish games used to be my all time favorite, the graphics are the best the game play is the best, unfortunately there are major issues. I will no longer buy big fish games.

Wasted my money loved the game til it lost items, and had to do things over. Kept reloading had to restart it too many times gave up. I'm a big fish member for 4years now, would of gave it 5 stars til this happened. I buy games for my computer, was trying to get some on tablet, disappointed.

I can't get past the owl man's house because the game stops and won't recognize any actions. If I close the game it starts me over and the map will not even let me return to the owl house. I can't finish the game. I can't even believe I wasted money on another unplayable game. BIG FISH NEEDS TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER BEFORE THEY LOSE THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS ALTOGETHER!!

Thank you for all reviews, I'm going to listen to all of you and, NOT EVEN BUY, this game! It did look like a good one but I've also complained about, just one other game, and NO ONE EVER responded! So this time I'm not even going to try your game. Why don't you listen to your customers?! I'm going to switch to another company until you do. Thank you everyone for your help, I'm glad I could count on you! Unfortunately I was an idiot! I bought the game and it crashes after a point. So unhappy!

Want refund! Will not let me pass sheriff's house. Jumps to when Robin shows up dressed as Owlman. Have started over countless times from beginning but still will not let me finish. Even reinstall No HELP. Please refund as I play a lot of games and have never had any problems.

Like everyone else has said, I wish I would have read reviews first! The game lags really bad, and I keep getting stuck at the part right after entering Nightsville. I usually love big fish games, but this one needs work.

!!!Why Is there 135 Five Star posted!!?? I counted all of the five stars and this game only received 46!!! Bigfish is simply conning us!! Don't buy this game!!! I have tried unsuccessfully to just play this game. As soon as I get the map to the Owl Man's home the game takes me back to the town. I can't go past the mine! I have started over five time with the same end result. I want my money back!!

A lot of glitches. Would get 4 stars if they were minor glitches, but have had to restart 3 times now because of random game breaking glitches. Have gotten in touch with big fish through the site and they offered one more thing to try. Have to re-download, but will update.

Keeps bringing be back to earlier in the game...and crashing. I've had to do certain parts of the game over a couple times. Sometimes it just crashes and you have to restart the app. Big Fish will not respond to my request for a refund OR a credit. As for the game itself, its a great game...only if it worked properly. Very frustrating. I've been playing Big Fish games for years now...this is the first major problem I've had with them.

This game is so frustrating!! After you've enjoyed playing most of it and think your almost reaching the end, if your phone goes into rest mode and you wake it up the game restarts and freezes. I tried 3 times and gave up!! Super annoying!! Such a shame too because the game itself was very interesting!!

Game was pretty go so far. The free trial made me wanna buy the whole game so I did. But now, I can't finish it! I have a major glitch in chapter five after I got the pop up map. When I tried to use the map, it would not open and went to the top left corner of my screen. I could not access it. I restarted the app and even reset the game but got stuck again at the same chapter so I can't go any further in the game. What a disappointment!

Shame on you big fish! All of these reviews of the game stalling at the owl man's house! I wish I would've read the reviews before I bought this game. I've been playing and buying your games for years! Give me my money back or credit for a free game!

WTF?! I can't finish it! I have the same problem like the others. It took me to the chapter where the boy gave me the map to owl man's house but I can't use it - it goes in the left corner.. I bought this game and ignored the comments but I should of listened. I'm just blown away that no one from Big Fish has bothered to respond to all these complaints. I'm a faithful customer who is about to stop buying your games for that reason alone. I find it completely unacceptable to take our money and not to give us the product we have PA ID for. I really hope you people do the right thing and either fix this game or refund all our money.. DON'T BUY THIS GAME YOU WILL REGRET IT. And it would be nice to see someone respond to all these complaints

This game is terribke. Not worth the money at all. Was a cool storyline and nice puzzles, which is why i even gave it 2 stars, but was constantly locking up and reloading and putting you back in previous locations where you had to repeat your actions. It currently has reloaded and put me back in an already completed area and now I can't go any further because it doesn't recognize an item from the future area I was in before it glitched. Frustrating.

Thank you for the refund, I appreciate it. After this horendous accident I will not cease the purchases of your games as this was just a mere unexpectance. Happens all the time! Love your games and will still but them because I'm loyal and addicted to them ❤

Had to restart 4 times and at the very end it glitches again and restarted from the middle. Cool game if it would let y I go all the way without glitching! Not worth the $ I spent

I enjoy the storyline and the graphics are great. However, the game will sometimes freeze up or slow down. Every time i make it to the next chapter the game resets on me. I can't get to the 4th chapter because the scene is blacked out. Really annoying and disappointing.

I have had this game reset three times on me. I paid to play this game and it's glitches won't let me finish the game. Not worth the hassle at all.

Bought the game, fun and interesting until it got stuck in Owlman chapter. Played entire game over. Same result. Trying to get a refund. This could be a good game if BigFish would read the reviews and fix this game.

This is a great game with a unique storyline and lots of extra features. Puzzles are different and some are very difficult, which for me makes a good game great. Interactive dialogue where you choose your question and/or response (however, this was sometimes unnecessary as there was only one choice). Lots of scenes began with a detective flare. Extra bonus play and features. Loved this game but had to start over 3xs due to glitches. This was VERY FRUSTRATING but managed to complete after 3rd try.

Too many times taken back to big fish ad even though paid, then reboots itself meaning you have to go back over and redo things, then a big glitch in Owl man's house when next ad or Game reboot means you can't get back in, waste of time and money!

The game crashes often. When you finally get the game to work, you lose all of your progress. I will not recommend purchasing this game. It is a big waste of money.

Bought the full game of this and I'm stuck on a glitch on the Owl Man Chapter. This is a very good good, but so laggy with the graphics. Just wish I could finish it.

I did have to reload a few time, but at this time, I's working fine. Don't like all the back and forth. Slow and no Guide . Today 3- 2016, the game is stalling and and loosing items I found. ??

Seriously annoying glitch when it comes down to the part after Owl Man's house.. It won't let you hit the hint button or do anything in the strategy guide.. All you can do is wander aimlessly..
