Signet ring is frozen for the crossbow, very upset as I purchased this, would either like a refund or for it to be fixed!

No problems, no glitches. The variety of games was great.

Bad news first: Didn't like the storyline overly much. Also having to use the monocle all the time got irritating, particularly on the faerie cage puzzle. Still have no idea what I had to do there. Good news the games you have to play are quite good. Many were the right level of challenge. And I particularly liked all the variations on HOG. Very inventive. Perhaps more so than another other game I've played. Had no technical issues thus far. A better storyline and I would have given this a 5

I was enjoying this game until I got a glitch with the signet ring/crossbow. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to see if it will work now. Not happy about losing my progress! If it works I will give 4 stars

Found some of the puzzles annoying especially the question and answer ones, and some were too simple, not much of a challenge. They never seemed to work right despite right answers, skip button solved problem. HOG'S were ok but some seemed very short. After going to all the trouble of designing graphics the programners could make them longer. Didn't care for story line not much into fairies but got game on sale so can't complain too much

Above average but not that interesting. Took a long time to finish because I would get bored. Just one step to another. I like looking for hidden objects and collectibles. The shoes were not enough.

Stuck at the crossbow. It will not equip the singet ring to activate. Uninstalled, reinstalled, replayed to that point, and stuck again.

Freezes at the I inkwell=fixed. But, now freezes at fish feeding. Still waiting. Can go no further. Fix please.

I pay for a game that I can't play. Every time I try to play it crashes!!!

No bugs, or freezing problems..... Enjoyed the game, would buy another like it

Story good, good graphics, puzzles on the easy side hops really different. Long game play with extra long bonus game. Next one please!!

After 4 times installing and uninstalling I finally got the program to work,so many glitches and Freeze's I can't believe that big fish allowed the program ready for sale. The storyline was brilliant as was the graphics ,puzzles and hidden objects, would of rated it 5 stars if it was problem free

It keeps locking up when the quill is dipped into the ink and heads over to the notebook. 5 times total, doing something different each time to hopefully make it work. Very disappointed because I'm really digging the game

Paid up front for this game, as I usually love the big fish games. But the price was higher than usual and the game froze at the water well. Disappointed.

It keeps freezing. I want my money back. I un installed than reinstalled and now u can use the rings. I'm starting to feel like you guys just steal people's money. Please Refund Because This Game Is IMPOSSIBLE to play.

Game had multiple issues with freezing which made it unable to complete. This is a brand new tablet therefore it's not my issue. NOT HAPPY

Good til you get to the well or the inkpot then the game freezes. I paid upfront for this game, really annoyed. Re-installed it and had to start over only to have same problem in same place. Not good enough Big Fish games. Does anyone ever get a refund or apology??

After being unable to get the ink pot and quill to work and uninstalling twice, it finally worked only for the signet ring not to work on the crossbow. Very frustrated at this game. A huge let down. Would like my money back please. After uninstalling I've to start from the beginning again. Not happy at all. Still won't work

Excellent game and story line. Would have given it a 5 but it kept freezing up at the water well and I had to uninstall and reinstall the game, replay all I had done to get it to work right.

I have been a BFG customer for over 10+ years. This game has me extremely frustrated and would appreciate a refund ASAP. As with others the game is freezing when you try to use the ink pot. As I haven't seen where BF is working on correcting this issue I request that a refund be given ASAP. Please be aware that this will not hinder me from purchasing other BF games. Thank you.

Not bad, story line good. Would have had more star, but I had to skip most of the puzzles cause every time I tried to do them, knowing I was doing them right, it wouldn't let me, which really really spoilt the game!!!!!!!!! Not the FIRST TIME I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS KIND OF THING !!!!!!

Thanks to Alex and Melissa I was able to get the ink to work. It did freeze up some but I was able to get it to work after reinstalling. Really is a fun game.

Storyline a bit tenuous but the game ran smoothly with no glitches on my Nexus10. Puzzles were interesting and right level of difficulty for casual play. Pictorial HOPs could have done to be a little larger and we would probably all like games to be a little longer but all in all, well done. No problems at all with the ink pot!!

Wow, this is a great game! Love it how it starts - like a movie! Love the fairies and pixies and this game was pure joy. I had problems too with the well and the ink pot. (Take Melissa's or Alex B's advice - it works). The way hidden objects were done was fun and the monocle was a great idea. Found the game a little shorter than usual but it doesn't matter. The character voices were wonderful and even the music was great. Wish more games were mystical like this. Good job Eipix!

This game freezes every few minutes I try to play it. Grafics are "ok" but not great. Very disapointed? I'm going to wait for the repairs then I will check it out again. Got my refund. Thank you Google. THis GAME IS NOT FIXED! It froze up as soon as I unlocked the cabinet. I give it a - 5 stars!! My /the 4th time and payment the game reloaded and played perfectly. Maybe its fixed now.

Great game, but I'm frozen on the ink well. Rebooted, didn't help. Gonna try to reinstall... Don't like paying for a broken game, sale or no. UPDATE: Reinstall followed by reboot got me past the ink well, quill was no longer frozen. Lost a star for glitches. UPDATE TAKE TWO: Stuck on the well now. Not worth the hassle.
