Great game, like the storyline behind the games. Refreshing to play new mini games. Hunt and finds are a bit annoying being all the same type, which is my only complaint about the game.

Upgraded my phone (to a Galaxy S7 Edge) and have had no problems!

I'm hoping for an update as, although it works on my tablet, I have to bash the screen half to death before I can get any response from the game! Sort it out!!

Great game, some times a bit tricky. Over all superior game. Please bring more big fish games. Nothing new to play.

Interesting and fairly challenging, only gave it 4 out of 5 because it is a bit laggy in places. I just hope it doesn' t freeze like some others. Annoying not being able to finish a game when you have paid for it.

I don't even give it one star. I paid twice for this game. It messed up half way through and I had to uninstall it. It made me pay to redownload. I would like a refund for one of them. Only then will it get 5 stars. This game sucks right now. When you try to do what your suppose to it won't accept it. You have to keep clicking. Either fix it or refund money.

Same problem with it not loading. Once i got to the menu screen before it crashed but every other time it crashes after the intro video. UPDATE- have new phone so i can finally play the game. Good game but only getting three stars because there has been no update to fix the bugs for earlier devices.

Can't even get into the game, like a few others of recent. What's more the demos have stopped for the new games so you have to pay to find out if the game is playable then can't get a refund. Can't afford to keep paying for games that don't work.

This game is massively let down by the fact that you have to tap repeatedly on things to get it to register or to drag something up. There is way too much to-ing and fro-ing, i nearly just came out of it and uninstalled it but i battled through. The bonus chapter redeems it a bit once you've finally got up that first bit of mountain before the storm comes, if it wasn't for these things i would have scored it higher as the map and hint buttons were good

Nice graphics, story line. Some of the games were glitchy, had to skip at least 3 even though I was doing them right as they wouldn't let me finish them. Froze.

I upgraded my phone recently and the game works just fine on a galaxy edge 6+. I guess it takes a huge operating system to be able to handle this game as my Galaxy S4 couldn't cut it. I gave 3 stars because I am extremely disappointed in big fish's lack of communication and support to their paying customers. I received no response from them when I could not get this game to play on my Samsung Galaxy S4. I asked for a refund and there was no response there either. Shame on you Big Fish!

There is a puzzle in the hunters shop which is wrong. The guide provides the solution but it is actually incorrect.

I like the game but as soon as I got an email or update something in my tablet it closes. Also at the smithy's the thongs won't pick up the form. I'm stuck there. Otherwise great game, but fix the problems.

This game has many bugs & there's no ending, just locked up, all hints say nothing more to do & map shows no more options, yet I didn't complete the game but nothing more you can do. Flush your money down the toilet, sane thing.

Wow, that hurts when things like that happen speaking of which how about trying to put that other game back out "agony creek?

Poorly produced- the game skips all the time or freezes-there is no challenge since the objects are to almost immediate reach- not worth my time nor the money

Decent length, good puzzles and even enjoyed the HOGs! Collectables and extra chapter. Travel map and good story (although bonus chapter story was pretty goofy). Definitely enjoyed this game very much.

Chances are it won't load up after intro video. You may be tempted bcos it's BigFish & of course it will work for you but DON'T BOTHER, it won't!!

So far I can say that this is a great game. I have not had any issues with it. It is an easy game to play with a good story line and graphics. Well done more like this please.

Receiving error code 410 and I purchased help big fish now on my third try to download it gets up to about 90% then says error and won't download. OK big fish after 3 tries it did download but all I get is a black screen please fix or give me a refund

I loved the multi layers of the game. It was fun to figure out around each corner what to expect. The only concern was that some of the items did not connect quickly when you finely put them together.

Great game as usual from Big Fish. No problems with installing or playing. Great storyline and good for all ages.

Gets through introductory video then force closes. Uninstalled and reinstalling now... hopefully this works. Edit: Nope, still won't work.

Had a few problems with crashing in the first 2 scenes. Starting with the 3 screen everything has been fine!!! Would recommend the game to everyone. Beautiful graphics, excellent story line that flows, puzzles that are not to hard and follow the story. Well worth the beginning beta price. Has certainly held my attention. Spend your money, it will be worth it.

So excited every time I get an alert of a new Big Fish Mystery/Strategy Hidden Object Game released and I buy/install immediately. But having s problem getting it to install. Will change to 5☆ just as soon as I'm able to play the game successfully!!!!

Same problem cannot get past into video initial refund work but second attempt will not offer refund please fix a few of your games lately have crashed half way through or at least refund us our games never had a problem with alawar or artifex mundi games

Paid for it, downloaded it, won't run. Uninstalled, reinstalled, no change. No refund. Getting really fed up with Big Fish, used to be the best, most reliable games available but that's no longer the case at all. My advice to anyone considering this game - DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY. In fact,don't bother with anything from Big Fish again.

Absolutely awesome, except for Kira's voice. Holy crap annoying. Other than her being a twit, I loved that, for the most part, the items you needed were very close by, instead of half a kingdom away. Yes there was back and forth but when it's only 2 areas away, it's liveable. Definitely a good one!

Great play so far and no problems with the download. All the features we have come to appreciate. Just started and will update if I encounter any bugs. Update: Near the end it got more difficult to place items. Not a huge problem, just annoying.

This is made by MariaGlorum. I rarely rate 5 stars, but; the artwork is beautiful without being too much for the eye and it's a compelling story - perfect for the incoming "Nor'easter". All the goodies are here: multiplayer, completely customizable difficulty setting (we can even adjust the brightness in options settings), strategy guide, beautiful (also customizable!) teleportation task map and hints, puzzle collectibles and hidden hares, bonus game, interesting HO's and puzzles, achievements, etc. Monsters and magic, "The frost seems alive!". BFF's and hunkie boyfriends. Great fun to be had here. Seems to operate smoothly though actions often need a double tap. I'm going to hunker down and enjoy this. This game has got everything I want from a game. Beautiful graphics, really smooth, a map to teleport, hidden extras, a great fantasy story line. I've barely used the hint button as it has a logical order to it, but there's the option of deciding how long you want the hint button to take to charge (right down to one second). I'm really enjoying it, and it's the best and smoothest game I've played in a while. Absolutely brilliant! I love it!

Same trouble as everyone else only get intro and then puts me back to menu and states "unfortunately Deadly Cold has stopped". Have uninstalled, reinstalled several times without success, I feel paying up front before you get to see it is a big mistake as when the program is faulty it is hard to get your refund . I would love to play this game it looks very interesting but until the game is fixed I would like a refund, thank you . Still waiting after several weeks for game to be fixed as they haven't refund ,I have been a great fan of big fish and I can't understand why with so many complaints about this program not running correctly that nobody's done anything to repair the fault, and they are still trying to sell it SHAME ON YOU BIG FISH

I was hesitant to buy this bcuz there are many reviews stating that people are having problems, but I took a chance & haven't had any issues so far. I'm still very early in the game, but I did get past the intro video, which was the main issue in the reviews I read, so I'm hoping it'll be smooth sailing from here. Folks, when u do have problems w/a game, PLZ SAY WHAT DEVICE U'RE USING... that would be extremely helpful to those of us who honestly take ur reviews into consideration when deciding to try a game or not. BIG FISH, plz fix this for those who are having issues! It's a great game but quite expensive to buy & then not be able to play it. At least save ur reputation & issue refunds to those who paid but can't play!
