LOVE THE GAME ! BUT COME TO THIS PART ABOUT A PRIVATE ROOM . GAME SIEZED UP . WOULD NOT GO ANY FURTHER

UPDATE: after last Xmas event the game randomly stopped working. Couldn't get it sorted so uninstalled it. A few days ago I reinstalled knowing I'd have to start over, but was pleasantly surprised to find my progress hadn't been erased so I could continental from where I was. Yay! Hopefully no more issues will occur from now on. Game is so good!

I seriously hate the developers of this app. I don't know how many times I have been forced to start over from square one. There is no reliable backup of game progress. I will never play any Big Fish app again! What is so wrong with Facebook or Google + backup?

It keeps saying facebook login cancelled when I try to connect it to my facebook account. I know I was quite a bit further in before but had to start all over. Can't seem to get any friends on here which is hampering me somewhat.

I spent all these months playing this game only to have all my progress start over from the beginning!! Won't let me log in with Facebook or even Google backup..hate starting all over, wasted all that time! If you ever get a new phone people, watch out! You'll lose everything!

I love this game, everytime you think man I'm sorta tired wow they pop something new and exciting in, this game keeps your attention and keeps you coming back .....Great Great game and so worth playing......day after day after day.... never get bored with this game.....

Great game but it won't let me connect to facebook and also get during down and I losses my progress and my diamonds and I spent my hard earn money on them if this isn't fixed I'm going to,work playing. Bc I already lost 20 diamonds :(

Love this game! Constant new content and a continuous play, its not just a get the highest score game, you have to work at it a bit. They also have extremely receptive sevice when you have questions or need to switch devices. Love the game, love Big Fish!

Awesome, good having all sorts of things going on like making potions, fulfilling quests, adding trinkets to the book as you earn them etc. Back button hasn't been working, sadly. Last time i downloaded this game, i kept losing progress, diamonds etc. Hopefully that doesn't happen anymore!! Go the midnight castle!!

After some time I got a new phone and downloaded it on it. I tried to connect it to facebook with no luck. When clicking on to connect to facebook it tries to open then does nothing. When I click it again I can see facebook loading then all of a sudden it closes. The apps said I closed facebook. But it never opened long enough to connect it to facebook.

They need to get a better way to answer problems. I haven't been able to play the tournaments for a week. And still no answers. Now my app. has disappeared. I can't find how to get it back.

absolutely fantastic: I love everything about this game. how the characters changed. perfect graphics, good stories. cant wait for the next edition or next big up update. i love the way how the developers keeps on bringing seasons into this game.

Looking for the exact same items over and over does create tedium, it's much nicer hunt and search game than many others. I do enjoy it.

The game keeps crashing and I have to start my progress all over again. On top of that I lost the diamonds that I bought with my own money.

I'm in love with the way it's setup slot more to do but in rooms there could be given more coins for playing because some of the things are a little high can you work on that

I like it so far haven't played it very long. But I'm confused about the bunny I can't get enough carrots he shows up so fast & when I finish there's​ no carrots.

Had this game for awhile it is always fun and a good play. Haven't been bored yet with it. Keeps getting more interesting as you progress in the game.

Would give it all 5 stars but I had to reboot my laptop and was at a level over 45 but it started at the beginning again and I lost everything contacted support but got no response.

I'm actually on a higher level on another device. I've played many different games, but this one by far is one of my most favorite! Each level is more creative and challenging. It's fun meeting each new character and seeing what they bring to the game. Thank you for a game that "takes me away!"

This game is really my favorite. I was fighting cancer for 2 years and was very weak BUT this was something I could manage to enjoy. Thank You!

Bigfish games stole my money from me. I was playing and I brought a package deal off of them and the next morning the package was not there and bigfish games is not answering my email. So this is a warning don't buy from bigfish games are you will be sorry. I want my money back.

Unable to add any friends to this game no matter how I try oh and I am not able to login to Facebook at all no matter if it is downloaded via Facebook or here.

After it gets to a certain point with the diary, it turns off and starts you all over with the beginning quest's. It's done that to me twice now. Very annoying.

I love everything about this game but I have trouble opening my account in my new phone . I have played until 32 level in my old phone so it will be nice if u can help me to open it in my new phone

Ok so I like the game and all even though it's not what I thought it would be. But can you please fix the game wear it's not just randomly booting me out and resetting from my last save point. It's getting kinda old and I m gonna get really bored if I have to keep doing things over and over again. Please fix it asap

I really, really love the game. Its the sort of game iv been looking for. You've done a great job with the graphics and storyline ect. There's just to much to say. Only a really great job to you all. Keep up the brilliant work you are all doing.

Love the game, but only lets me play 4 minutes at a time then then closes out, also won't let me open level 26 even though I have enough coins.

Love the game i have it on all 5 of my handheld devices have had atleast 5 of my friend get the game and they all arehooked nust like i am thank you and keep up with the seasonal theams christmas is my favorite...

I am a 70 year old who has been playing this game for about 4 years and absolutely love it. This is adductive!! Thanks to all the creative group that continues to keep it interesting and fun.

I am OBSESSED with this game! The graphics, the storyline, gameplay- everything is perfect! I love it!

Its ok for what it is the whole game should be free I myself will not spend money on a full version anything you already have in game purchases.... Folks need to learn the meaning of the word free

One of the best games i've come across in a while.Fantasticgraphics, lots of different levels & areas to unlock, lots of additional puzzles, games, & quests. Fun & really imaginative gameplay that's easy to understand. Highly recommend this game.

I updated the game and now I cant play , wont even open, I dont wantbto delete and reinstall and start all over but I may have to

It is ok, takes to long loading. It should not take but a minute or less to load. But i do like the game.
