Downloaded game after paying for it and it don't work please refund my money or fix it plz

Installed 4 times now & still will not open at all. Frustrating!

I like the story but the scenes keep freaking out.

Want my money back won't open

App will not load.

One of the better integrations of live action video I've seen, and Lea Thompson obviously had fun. Really liked the more unique features and the way the HOPs were done. Points off for a flat story and the annoying floating video jigsaw puzzles I just started skipping over after the second one. Would have been nice to have an actual bonus game.

Cut scenes don't play correctly. Sometimes you can hear the dialogue but the people don't appear, other times it's a glitched loop. For a paid game, I expect all aspects of it to work on devices marked as compatible. Will be contacting you shortly for a refund.

I'd love to give a true review of this game. However, after installing, rebooting, reinstalling, and still only seeing the black screen of doom, I'm requesting a refund.

I purchased this game and it will not even load. Just a black screen. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago with no reply. This is why people play the free games.

I play many big fish games. This one was a disappointment. The story line wasn't good at all and the characters acted a little too forced as if they didn't want to play that role. I love Big Fish so I won't stop playing their games but this one was below the standards I have for the Big Fish gaming company.

I've played all of the MCF games, hence the reason I purchased this. All it does is crash or fail to open. Either sort the problems or I willbe requesting a refund.

The game not only froze constantly it also kept saying that there wasn't enough space for it, I kept removing apps and disabling and Un - installing others and it was happening even more frequently as the game went on.

The game keeps cutting out and freezing. I want a refund now!! I will never buy a MCF game again!!

Jumpy dialog, often no video when character spoke. Froze up several times. HOS were few and went into different rooms. Hint gave the same hint throughout game. No bonus chapter in collectors edition and guide was limited to the action you were doing atm.

Bigfish games are awesome, and this is a great example. I do want to mention that I found a b u g while in the sheriff's the safe being cracked does not work properly. Example. . After cracking the safe it insist on making you do it again and again. The only problem with that is your not able to continue until the game realizes that you did the cracking so please fix this... I found all the morphing items yeahhh, the prize one admittance ticket wow! Not sure about that but was fun finding the Morphin objects

On the device for which I originally purchased this game, it constantly froze following the prison chapter. I was finally able to play it on a newer tablet - and found it innovative, challenging, and enjoyable. Still frustrated that it was rated compatible with my previous device, but like other users, I waited in vain for a patch that would let me keep playing. Hence the 4-star rating.

I absolutely love all the MCF games but I bought this one and I got to the part where you have to change the tire on the car in the downtown area and when you touch the tire it just shuts the game off. I feel ripped off. I didn't buy to play half the game or to have to restart. Please fix promptly or refund my money.

Loved this game

I know where a hidden object is, i checked the stratedgy guide too, and the area where i should be able to look just wont let me (diamond ring in library). Restarted my device, gave it a day and tried again. Soooo frustrating, had to just stop playing mid game. Itd be better if it just froze up at the vert start.

So it was fun & all but in the cave, I couldn't continue the game. It was very frustrating so I installed & am reinstalling in hopes that it will help.

I love all of the previous MCF games, but this just missed the mark for me. Not enough variety in the puzzles, and some of the next steps not very logical. Sadly disappointing.

Great concept but am unable to play due to constant game freezing and glitches. Game also will leave a box of previous screen when trying to move forward to next area. I'm playing on a Dell tablet and I don't have any problems with other games. Love that you have Lea Thompson but a shame I can't play.

Really love the series (mystery case files). Have purchased them all. Love that not only is there HO and P&C, but matching the pic's in a scene. Plus the game of the moving pictures with Cassandra. Then all the morphing for the bonus. Length and difficulty perfect.

This game has frozen. Bigfish need to fix the bug or give a refund.

Game lags really bad and pauses in the middle of playing. Can't view certain scenes! Would rate higher if problems are fixed!

Its the best one yet!!!! All clitches are fixed now. Worth every penny!!!!

I like the game but it keeps glinching and when I'm trying to do puzzles or pick up items it takes lots of taps and it freezes too also I'm on the bit in the main story were I have to unlock the doctor's office door and I'm doing everything I have checked the guide, used my hints and even looked in the casebook to see if I'm doing anything wrong but according to the game I'm doing everything right and I'm on the right track but it won't let me progress which is really annoying, I hope you will fix this.

Game could be fun if they fixed the problems. Black squares instead of fully loading, freezes frequently, hint tells me to do somethig I've already done. Stragedy guide lags behind. Not the first big fish game to do this recently. Quality is dropping.

The android version is jerky. I find it difficult to locate things and keep tapping on my screen. I bought it because it is a MCF game,expected better.

Some people may like this game..but I found it to be very annoying. Hard to follow. I didn't even finish it.

This title does a good job of integrating hidden object puzzles into the game naturally. I'm hoping there will be puzzles more frequently than I've encountered so far.

Horrible! ! The hidden objects were scattered through 2 or 3 scenes, it froze on me 3 times, was very glitchy all the time. Dont waste your money!!

This game needs fixed. Really what's the problem....there are numerous people complaining about the same exact thing and yet its still not working. Could be a great game!

I love the new games with the picture pieces. I also was very happy for the map. I was disappointed that the extra game play was the morphing objects. I thought there was another chapter. Good story. Always liked Lea Thompson. Yes I was born in 80s.
