What I liked: the great morphing HO idea. The puzzles, far better than average. What made me uninstall: the 10 second wait between scenes, and there is no skipping around on a map. It can take as long as a minute to get from one step to the next. Sorry, guys, I would have liked to play this game.

Was disappointed that when I reached the part where you had to put dna numbers in and then push green button to start machine. It would not work. Tried restarting it. Tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it and still wouldn't work. Was looking forward to playing the whole game not just a little part of it.

It'll start up, but won't go any further then the main menu. I paid money to play this game. So it's unfair I lose out on money because you guys haven't fixed this game

I mistakenly thought that this would be more of a hidden objects game (like they used to be) but it's mostly repeatedly wandering and tapping everything to see if you can use it or not. What's worse is the further you get in the game, the longer it takes to load. Even though I'm only about halfway through, because of the boring game play and waiting, I'm going to delete the game (even though I paid for the full version). Very disappointed.

I can understand the frustration people are having with the loading screen, especially moving from screen to screen. But then, R3: EFR is a big game.

I wasted money on a game that won't even run :( even after installing and uninstalling and rebooting several times.

2nd game in two days that is a rip off and piece of junk that I have bought from big fish! Who charges for things that don't work aside from crooks.... Answers for itself. Don't do a job you can't do, let real developers do this one guys not the jokes you have become

I cannot even begin game play on my Samsung Galaxy TabS; just after I briefly see Big Fish' opening display, the following message pops up: "Unfortunately, MCF has stopped." I ran the Return to Ravenhearst through to the end with only occasional sound loss, always fixed by exiting and restarting the app, and I have begun Key to Ravenhearst and gotten through the intro and tutorial scenes with no problems. I obtained those apps from Amazon App Store, but I am not making a judgement, merely providing information. I am requesting a refund from Google Play.

Differs from other MCF games because all HO's are morphs. That really didnt deter me. Itsma long game so I believe its worth the money. Go for it.

I've done everything correctly, but it won't let me go into the top of the lighthouse. I haven't skipped any steps, I've actually done a few ahead that I could. What's going on?

I loved Return to Ravenhearst and was excited to start this game cause I thought it would be as good. But the loading times are so long between scenes or to open the book, its just ridiculous! I lost interest in playing because it was just too long. And find morphing objects, so boring compared to finding objects. And there seemed to be a glitch in those morphing scenes... sometimes they just kept reappearing after finding them and they appeared so fast I couldn't click them fast enough to get to 0.

Continued to shut off... Couldnt even finish game...sucks especially when you pay for an app that doesnt fully work

I usually read the reviews and use the free trial, but loved the first so much I bought it. Over-done compared to first, but graphics are better. Load times are annoying (3 to 10 seconds each screen) and you accidentally change screens constantly looking for items. Many small glitches, then it shut down in the hospital and wouldn't open. Re-installed many times, but wouldn't open. Was going to give one star, but ironically it opened as soon as I started this review. Hope they fix it soon.

Get back to the mental hospital go to climb back up the cloth rope and kicks me out. I've tried under different players n reloading the game. Can't finish the game would like to see where it goes but can't. I want a refund.

I paid for this app and I have purchased a lot of big fish games. But this was a let down. I can't climb the latter to the lighthouse to continue. This was a really aggravating game. Plz fix or I want my money back.

Its so laggy and the loading screen is slow!can you fix it and I will rate 5 stars

Loading between EVERYTHING. No map so wasted travel all over. No HOS, just morphing which are small to click on.

Doesn't even load. Just comes up that it's not responding! Rubbish. Don't download!

Very vague connections between clue s and storyline. It made knowing where to go next difficult. Don't like the new seek and find fading at all. To play I has to play beginner and use cheats. Never done that before

Good story line. Games original and fun. But, loading too frequent makes game very slow moving. Morphing HO, ALL the time also slows game down. So make a long......story short BORING. You guys are some sick puppy's!!!!! And you wonder why the world is the way that it is*****look in a mirror!!

Would have given it five except it takes 15-30 second to load every single scene... really really annoying

I paid for the game but got disappointed. It's too difficult and the hints aren't very helpful which makes it really hard to play without the help of the online walkthrough. This doesn't make it fun to play! The DNA puzzle isn't working even though I did it right so many times. I will uninstall the game because I can't proceed after this point. Other Big Fish games are much more fun.

Please can I have a refund as I can't even download it

Delightfully creepy, just like the other two! definitely recommend this game, very fun! I've beat it already and decided to play again.....one of my favorites for sure!

Not only am I stuck on the hospital scene as the DNA machine isn't working. I got the numbers 4 4 6 on the birth certificate but the machine won't take it. But it takes forever to load. I enjoyed Return to Ravebhearst and I was hoping for some of the same fun. This is just overdone lameness. I liked the morphing item scenes but money wasted as I can't finish this game. And it is a pity because it could have been a great game. 10 fingers down. This game sucks.
