European Mystery:Desire (Full)

I just bought European Mystery Desire and it won't let me on the game. I am really getting discussed with these games. I also bought Marcus Memory and anther one and can't get on them either. I am tired of buying games and I can't get on them. They are not cheap. I called about the problem a couple of time but nobody seems to fix it.

Very very bad. The game does not resume on the same place I was when I go out of the game and must be all started from the beginning. At this rate I will never finish the game. Uninstalling it right now!!,,,

The app opens two copies each time and it won't save my progress when I close it. Big Fish customer support is also broken. I can't even contact them to report the issue. I keep getting an error message that the action cannot be completed. But I see them bragging on their website about their superior support....

Don't waste your time or money on this one it downloads but it won't open. I sent a complaint but really what does that do. Waste!!!

Wasn't expecting that I'd be enjoying this game. Quite short but interesting. Music's good, art is good. Only bad thing is when it goes for cut video scenes, it got pixelated a bit.

Was enjoying the game. Game forced itself shut halfway through and won't reopen. I've never had a big game act like this before. I'd like a refund.

I liked this game, the story is ok but at times confusing, it had good mini games but again some were too easy. after each video sequence it would kick me out so I'd click on the icon and it would take me straight back into it but I'm not sure if I missed much, however this didn't ruin the game. I feel it could've had a few more twists and turns rather than every time you caught up with gaston he'd just throw another scent ball or bomb and run off so a bit repetitive. It was a good length for the money.

This game freezes then crash's and to add insult to injury will not save your progress, would be a really good game if only the makers pulled their fingers out.

Game resets every time it is closed. It's unplayable. It also freezes repeatedly, so you have to close it and restart. Boo.

Every time I try and play thins game the big fish screen will come up then it kicks me off the game I've un installed it and reinstalled and it still says 'unfortunately European has stopped'

Paid for both titles in this series and neither one worked! I am not impressed with these games or series please make one that works and maybe respond this time a refund or another game of equal value would be

The game forced me back to the beginning and none of my progress was saved. I tried to start again and it keeps starting over. I've paid for the full game and want a refund.

Game won't save progress, so the only way to complete it is to binge play all the way through in one sitting. Bonus game glitch in the middle won't allow continuation. (on Galaxy Tab E running Lollipop)

Now, I can't even bloody play it. What happened? I bought this game, the other European Mystery game, and Marcus' Memory. I can no longer play ANY of them. I ask again, what happened?! I download them, I open them, and I just get a message that the game has stopped...

An addictive game enjoyed the puzzles but a bit slow on times. Would of given it a 5 but on some puzzles you cannot access them properly as too close to reset button or out of screen shot

I bought this because I enjoyed the other European Mystery and initially enjoyed this one too. However, if I have to exit the game, it restarts instead of loading my previous progress. This is making it basically unplayable because I just don't have time to sit down and play it in one uninterrupted session. I'm going to try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, I will look into requesting a refund.

do not buy this game. If it actually works on your device it seems like it would be a good game but because I have to keep reinstalling it and it keeps making me start over it does not work and was not worth the money and wish I could get refunded . This would be a good game if I could actually play it all the way through. It keeps freezing and forces me to start all the way back from the beginning because it does not save any progress. Waste of money as I can't save my progress. Using a moto x play with android marshmallow. Not happy!

It only works on my phone not my tablet but I still love it and the other game face of envy please make another one

This game does not keep your progress, most people have a life besides gaming and can't finish any game in one sitting.

Started out at 5 stars but now is at 3 stars as of this writing. So far 3 of the hidden object games were ruined because of bad placement of the objects. The menu/return/item bar was in the dang way! It was impossible to select those objects. Also, great graphics but horrible video. 10.5 tablet and the quality of the videos was sub par. I skipped all of them because I could not see thru all the fuzziness. They need to up the video quality to todays standards!

After the initial prompt during startup, game would not run. Tried to uninstall/reinstall but game still would not run. Other games from Big Fish Games have worked great on my tablet...just not this one.

When I got to "Chapter 3: Antoinette's House", after the cut scene, I lost three inventory items. When I exited the house, a cut scene from the end of "Chapter 2: The Alchemy Workshop", replayed, and I ended up with an inventory item that I had no use for (already used it previously). To try to fix this, I restarted the game from the beginning. Now every time I try to play, all previous progress is lost. Please fix this.

I wanted to play it. Too bad I couldn't! It crashed before I could even hit Start. You better fix this, never had a problem with it.

Always when i go out from the game and come back it's starting from beginning progress can't be save

Absolutely great!! One of the longest games of its kind that I've played so far! Never had any trouble with it at all on my Samsung Galaxy S3. Definitely worth the price! Hope they make a sequel if they haven't already!!!!

I played this game on my computer and absolutely loved it; however when I tried to download it on my phone I can't get it to even open. It would be great to get a refund.

It was fun and look forward to new games.

Full game always crashes. I got farther in the free unlocked version.
