European Mystery: Face of Envy

The game itself is really fun and had a great premise, but the cut scenes were slow and I had to completely restart the game twice because the game would give me tools that I needed to progress and then take them out of my stash. Without those tools I was unable to continue the game and had to restart.

I unlocked the game through the free trial and recently changed devices. Now it won't let me download the game unlocked to the new device. When I go into the unlock screen, nothing happens when I tap unlock now. I sent big fish and email and they have not responded yet.

I purchased this game and it was worth every cent...until I downloaded it onto my tablet and now it prompts me to unlock it. Why when I bought it? When I try and unlock it doesn't even open the next step in the process. How do I overcome this problem? I was looking forward to playing this again, as were my kids. Please help

Paid to unlock then got halfway and then game took me back to beginning but wouldn't go any further. Very disappointed, and my money should be reimbursed. Tried everything to get back to where i was in the game. Always played Big Fish games but wont be again unless issues rectified

I would have given this game a much better review if there were fewer bugs. Two of the bugs were unresolvable and one of those the one that really bothers is that after paying to unlock the game I was not able to continue the play. I wrote Bigfish and sent them my Google receipt but have not received any reply. For this reason I will stick with the free games and deal with the ads:(

I'm stuck at the gems, I collect all 3 of them but when I go to do the puzzle one of the gems is missing and I cannot proceed. Please fix this and I will change to 5 stars. I'm really disapointed because I was really enjoying this game.

Enjoyable game. Unique twist with crystal cube, it gave me something to look forward to along the way. It has an interactive map which is nice but the one thing I missed was an active item locator, obviously I lived without it. I did run into one problem mid game. I dropped the emerald onto a wrong scene and it disappeared. I tried everything to see if I could get it to come back but ended up having to start over. Really not that big of a deal. Other than that I really thought the game great entertainment and look forward to another one in the series.

This is one of the better games by big fish. However, this games counterpart, the scent of desire, has a glitch in it that won't allow you to finish the game and it is maddening. But I do recommend this one. And to all the people complaining that they should not have to pay for a game, you go to college, finish, learn to write code and design, build a game that you put all your own money into, and then give it away free. Why would they give away something that they put so much money, time, and effort into. It's not logical

The game is fun I really liked what I was able to play of it but I think that they dont let you play very much of the game they only let u go to three places of the game and I think they should let you play more of the game and then when you get to the end it doesnt work. I think there should be other ways to play the hole game other then having to buy the game some people dont have the luxurys of buying things for themselves there barely able to have a place to live but there should be otherways to get it.

Occasionally difficult to see on my screen, things were small, but otherwise wonderful! One little hiccup, may I suggest that if you want people to find a ring in a HOP scene, make sure there aren't any other rings in the scene? I spent 10 min trying to figure out how to get the ring I clearly saw before the hint finally showed me a tiny crack where the ring was to be extracted with tweezers. Not the same ring. But again, it was a great game!

I l like the game but when I purchased tho unlock the game I can't get past the first half and I get the screen tho unlock. The payment went through but the game still shows I still need to unlock. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled 2x, I'm trying out again,if I'm still having problems you will hear from me.

This game has alot of potential except that it force closes constantly and freezes non stop! Also it's ridiculous that every time you do go somewhere new or to the ap or to the journel you have to go back to the loading screen! Thank GOD I found this out before I bought it! You guys are so much better than this! Alot of your games have been doing this lately! Please fix this!

No matter what I do I can't get this game unlocked. The 'unlock now' icon goes nowhere!! No alternative but uninstalling, shame as it was a good game up to this point.

I loved this one! Super stoked on the little ermine pal. My only complaint is the feedback comments you get when clicking around to explore. They are rather annoying and I would suggest you stick to "What can I use here?" instead of "That wasn't my best effort." Just saying. Really, really nice job overall, though. A must-play for HO Adventure geeks.

One of the best of its kind. Love that it's long with multiple levels and that I can set my own difficulty as I get more confident adjust it. Great graphics, very clear but still not eay to spot some of the objects. Big

Collection of games are a great together. Changing from scene to scene was bit slow ,but other then that the game fantastic

I am highly impressed with the Big Fish Blam! Games. They are, by far, my favorite games. The graphic are great, the puzzles not too hard, and the map allows you to move with ease. Keep up the great work!!

I've played this game before on my tablet and payed for it, yesterday I installed it again, but now I'm stuck where every tap leads to the unlock page, yet the unlock button does not lead me further, the game just sits there on that unlock page, whereas it should lead me to something where I can reactivate my earlier purchase.

2 problems: slow load between locations. I couldn't go back and play it a second time after having paid for it. Great mini games. Worth the $3.

Won't allow me to go past a point on the jewelry puzzle. Can't put earring next to other one. Keeps kicking me off. Please fix or refund.

New Galaxy Note 4. I purchased the full version of this game 2 times, it did not work. reinstall I had to pay again. I would like that money refunded. This time See strategy guide: Ch. 2, Pg. 18, D picture. I did not receive Remus. I did receive the copper. I am very frustrated. I cannot continue the game! Please, can this be fixed? I don't want to uninstall, that means I'll have to pay again. I do like the game, and love the graphics. It is relaxing and enjoyable.

I liked the European Mystery series! The interactive map is very helpful. Very lengthy game too.

A well done game. Long gameplay. Love the unique feature of building objects, like creating the scents in the first. (It could be more difficult, maybe find a collection of blueprints and have to pick the ones you need.) The frequent and overly dramatic encounters with the villan were annoying, given how there was no injury. There are long delays between scenes, just tolerable. The map works well, and is necessary because many tasks take you across town and back. (Such as going to find a tool to help put out a fire. Come on, people. It totally would have burned to the ground.) I like the types of HO puzzles. Some plain find, some using tools, etc. The thing that drove me crazy, a pet peeve, and lost a star, was the disregard for object sizes. A few times, objects changed the scale of their sizes dramatically between finding and using them. A 2 FOOT portrait became 6 INCHES when used. A 3 INCH harp became 2 FEET. And the amount of stuff tumbling out of caches for HOS was ridiculous. And the inevitable few poorly translated object names, that are actually sort of entertaining..

This game was actually pretty. Great graphics and fun tasks, although some were definitely difficult. However, I lost my emerald somehow out of my inventory. I accidentally put it by the squirrel pendant door and it disappeared so I can not continue the game. Im pretty disappointed.

There is a problem I bought this game but when I changed tablets it says I have to unlock it again I will not pay twice.

The emerald dropped out of my inventory. It's not in the little crafting box nor is it in the horses mouth.

Going to email BF. Have paid and played previously, even gave 5 star rating. Re-installed to play again and am unable to unlock. Button does nothing. WTH? Not the only one with this problem, either. Will re-rate when issue resolved. Could be months, tho, considering previous experience with BF "customer service".

I dunno. I bought it, but the paid part wouldn't unlock.

Did not like it, graphics suck! I don't wan to make jewelry. Not my kind of game.
