Dark Parables:Snow Queen(Full)

A detective story that actually feels like you're figuring things out as you go. I played on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Tips i picked up: When using items from your inventory, click and drag to where you're trying to use it. In HOGs, items are sometimes hidden in the shadows, partially seen, or blended in really well. And map only indicates the next major move, not all the steps and tasks you might need to take in order to move on. Having a good memory is helpful. Enjoy!

I loved this game, it just didn't last quite long enough. I bought the full version it hopes that it would last at least a month. Overall it has good graphics and good story line. I would have also liked if it gave me an idea of what step to take next after completing a chapter.

I got hooked on Blue Tea games when I downloaded Nightmare at the Nightingale on my iPad. When I switched to an Android tablet, I went looking for a new game to replace Nightingale and found Dark Parables. I love these games. The graphics are beautiful and the puzzles are not too frustrating. I highly recommend!

4.5 stars. Very good artwork and story. I enjoy stories that do a twist on what you know and this game fits the bill. Intriguing and sad at times. There are a lot of hidden object puzzles in this game so be warned if you don't like too much of these. I don't mind em. There a few times where I had to use the hint system (maybe about 3 inclusive if bonus content) as I didn't know where to go next (some of the interactive areas aren't well defined). Also, one of the hidden object puzzles was very difficult to complete (I used one of the hunts here). Overall the hidden object scenes are challenging but not overly difficult. Looking forward to playing more from this series!

This has been a fun game. I especially love how u can choose the level of difficulty. Graphics are great. I would say the only down sides are the length(it would be awesome if the game had updates and new chapters added although the storyline would need to be tweaked) and it gets a but confusing not knowing what u need to do next. There needs to be more of an outline only major objectives are highlighted but there are more things u need to look for. Other than that great game and i look forward to the other

Great graphics, very stable game. Had no glitches or errors. However, such a difficult game, almost impossible to get through without using the step by step guide. I don't mind having to think my way through a game, but there are things you must do that there is no way to know unless you wrote the game!

Excellent work, its all good. I wish they could all be this good, unfortunately with Big Fish its hit or miss. This was a hit. Only negative was game locked up on exit most of the time.

Fun series and great fairy tales from childhood! Great way to kill the time! Fun puzzles and I like the change in ho games not just finding objects but items to create something! I can't wait to play the next one in the series!

I've played a lot from Bigfish but this is incredibly the most boring one. I could understand why the price is cheap for less than a Euro. The graphics resolution is not that high. It's ok but I've seen a better one. It's not that crisp and sharp. The story plot is ok. Not too intense to keep me going. Interesting is if you collected some hidden items you can unlock a story from the diary with history background of the characters.The down part of this game is the repetitive HO Scene and puzzles.BORING!

The hidden objects are all the same, finding parts of an object. Mini games are also repetitive and need a reset button. It's a long game which is good but I'm on Chapter 3 and already bored.

I played just after buying and it was fine. Next day it would not load. Tried reinstalling and reboting, nothing works. As this is a Big Fish game, I will probably never see the worth of my money again.

This game is really outstanding!! I was able to finish this on my laptop before and didnt think twice in purchasing the game here on my phone. It's really addictive and the graphics are breath taking. I look forward for the next installment of the game. (DP: Red Riding Hood Sisters) Hats off to you Big Fish!

it is a really good game great graphics good story line the only thing that is frustrating is the hint button you ask for a hint and every loction it says the same thing nothing to do here right now and the map doesn't help much eighter if your a first time gamer don't try this game frist start out with something much eaiser big fish has some great games for beggriners

Very entertaining. Difficult puzzles, and extra hidden things like cursed objects. I highly recommend this game.

I love this game! I like all the other dark parables games like briar rose and the cursed frog prince so I knew I would love this.

Basically the same three games played over and over. Lovely to look at but became boring rathet quickly.

I agree with everyone else. One of the best games in the genre, bar none. I am amazed at how stunning and challenging the puzzles are. Not too many hidden object. Have to find out what others are in this series. I'll be collecting them for sure. Thanks for the work of art.

Chpter 5 HOS quite simply missing so could not get object to progress. Second Big Fish disapoinment in a month.

If you like these kind of games (Hidden Object) then you know what to expect in terms of gameplay. The graphics are above average for something this cheap, they've obviously tried hard to make it look as good as possible for the file size it has. Although it only lasts a few hours, you can extend the fun by turning automatic hints off and never using the hint button. Some of the hidden object scenes are quite difficult and the other puzzles are inventive and challenging. For the cost of a (very cheap) coffee, I got a thoroughly enjoyable game with an interesting and engaging story, I'm more than happy with that

My fingers are still getting used to the non-Artifex Mundi controls, but this is a fantastic addition to the genre. Amazing visuals, great music, fantastic HO scenes where you build something from all the parts you find (rather than search for random items), fluid performance on my oldest tablet. No negatives so far. Easily the best cinematic and graphics i have seen in a HOPA game to date (April, 2015). Absolutely gorgeous scenery. The HO scenes are somewhat brutal, often hiding 75% of an object behind other stuff, but they're solvable.

Love big fish HOG. Dark Parables series are one of my favorite. Worth every cent. Beautiful graphics, great story line, and good music. Hopefully next chapter will be available on android playstore soon.

So far I am impressed with how ornate and beautiful the graphics are. I love the storyline, music and atmosphere. The HO's are very different and creative than others I've played. I am really enjoying myself so far.

I wish there was more variety on the HOP and puzzles. Otherwise the game was pretty decent. Very pretty artwork, I like the dark, Gothic storyline. Can't wait to see how the Red Riding Hood game turns out.

But it's missing entries. Why hasn't the Frog Prince one been ported yet?

Very good game. Everything matches, i.e. story flows, great music, mini games are a challenge. Well worth the money. Have fun, I did. Looking forward to next game in the series.

Once I got to the bonus chapter it stopped loading - very disappointed Big Fish as I have spent ALOT of money on your games and have never had this problem. Otherwise it was good.

After playing many of the newer games, this seemed fairly simple and quite short. However, it was fun and I enjoyed it.

Enjoyed playing this game, as I have the others. I'm not crazy about the HOGs layout. I prefer having more, & various puzzles to play/solve rather than building objects to use. The story was good, but I did feel the game was a bit short, & the bonus even shorter, for a bonus, that is. Also, it'd be nice to have a map that allows quick travel & a journal along the way. The parable stories are good, though. Just a few thoughts to assist with the new game & it's layout. Can't wait to play.

Not as good as the usual fare. You solve most of a chapter and then there's no real direction as to what to do next. I found myself just wandering about looking for the next objective and had to stumble upon each one randomly. I'd give a 3.5, but since that is not an option, 3 at best.

3-4 types of mini games that repeated. Same kind of hidden object puzzles (find fragments to build a medallion). Story is ok.

Good storyline. Geat graphics. Good puzzles although a couple repeated themselves... Otherwise fun game. I look forward to the sequel.

Challenging...the hint button didn't really help much, other than to tell you nothing to do here now, unless there was something to be done at that scene...so one has to wander around to find the right places to be at (a good memory is required). On the other hand, one has to work it out in their head a bit. But I kinda like this challenge. And then there is the guide to fall back on. Please make more of this style of games.

The Dark Parables series is beautiful and wonderfully challenging. The graphics and soundtrack are elegant. The HO scenes are unique and some pieces are VERY difficult to find. The puzzles will challenge you but fortunately there is an integrated strategy guide. The only thing missing is a map for the game.

Would have been more difficult without the guide. The map could have indicated more where you had to go, felt lost sometimes trying to figure out where I had to go.
