Dark Parables: Snow Queen CE

Personally, I preferred the first Dark Parables: Briar Rose. However, Snow Queen is a very beautiful game, artwork and music. The play is a little short, but there is a decent bonus chapter. HO play is somewhat different compared to the standard ones, and in Snow Queen became a bit repetitive (unlike in Briar Rose). Having said that, am looking forward to the third 'Parable', simply because of sheer beauty of the games.

Cant wait for the next one. I also have played Dark Parables: The Last Cinderella on my computer. Love it! The games are amazing and I really like how its not ways the same kind of mini game over and over-- that gets boring. Keep it up! My only thing is that I always beat these games way too fast.... ahh!

This is an excellent game! It's got sp much for you to do and not too hard or too easy. There's plenty of hints if you need them. The mini games are a blast too! Big Fish has not let me down yet. My only complaint is I wish all the games were this great!!!!!! I wish that you could make more games. :-)

Loved this colorful game! Will be watching for more Blue Fish/Blue Tea games from these developers (in Hong Kong), especially Dark Parables! Hint button did not work at all during main game and only worked two times (when I tried it) in the bonus game. Some of the best artwork I have seen is in this game!

Very interesting storyline and good graphics. This isn't my first big fish game. I like big fish a lot they make good entertaining games that are challenging and don't require much effort especially for those who don't have a lot of time to play anymore. I can play this game while resting on my bed after a long day at work. BTW guys you should also try Drawn the painted tower.

I got stuck and there is no way to get help from any where. I like the game. But if I can't get past this page and go to the next page. What use is playing the game? HUUMMM? Hints are no good. Nothing I do get me to the next step. Sorry! I have had same problem with other games too. I think you just want our money.

The magnification tool gave me a soft-on. As did the hint "there is nothing to do here", when clearly there was. This game has been weighed, measured and found wanting!

Beautiful graphics, great storyline. This game wasn't difficult nor was it easy but it kept me wanting more. I LOVE the Dark Parables games and am impatiently waiting for the next. Hint, hint...

I have been playing big fish games for a while. My first one was MCF: ravenhearst! I have loved their games ever since. They keep getting better and better! This one's graphics were amazing! Love these games!

The story actually pulls you in..could barely put it down..sometimes I had to back track a little for missed items, but that only added to the determination. GREAT WORK

For the graphics I'll give it a 4: they are divine. Glad there is a guide, I never would have got through the story otherwise! Shame too that the puzzles are repetitive. In the hole it's OK but with a cool temperature!

Awesome game, love all of them. But would be better if you would give permission to transfer to SD card so it would help save room for more of your wonderful games. I hate having to pick and choose.

I am really enjoying this game I am use to playing more adventure game but this one is not bad' well enjoy every one. This is the first time I have done a rating and now I can't get back to the game, that's messed up have to wait tell the end MESSY.

The game would be better if it were a full version. It's false advertisement to say that the game is free and then turn around and want the customer to pay $2.99 for it. It wouldn't hurt you all to put out free full versions every now and then!

It was really fun because I like finding games and the whole story is really interesting. Like a fairy tale detective is looking for missing children taken away by a mysterious ice queen and a monstrous beast.

I've bought the whole dark parable series on my Laptop, unfortunately my laptop broke bit that doesn't decrease my love for these games. It's totally worth it. You can play it a thousand times and never get bored. Each game is different and amazing and the story lines are always great. I'm so excited that it's now mobile. Keep up the great work! Oh, and I have a new laptop... I was wondering if anyone could help me download the games that I had on the old one to this one

This game kept my mind reeling. Loved every aspect; scenes were colorful and detailed, hint was quick. Please have more games like this. This game is exactly what game players are looking for.

I can't understand how someone can say poor graphics and boring story!! The graphics and cut scenes are beautiful. The story may not be what you are interested in personally.. But don't rate poorly based on that! The fact the BF ratings have been overall so low lately are based on idiots that don't know how to properly review these games!! Love you big fish!

As all the Dark Parables games are this one is beautifully crafted from the hidden object scenes to the mini game puzzles to the music. If your looking for a hidden object game that's fun and intriguing I will always suggest a Blue Tea game

Great game! Loved it! I had trouble with the screen freezing while working on the hops -- had to close out and reenter to unfreeze. Otherwise I thought it was great fun.

No glitches - just lovely grahics, a great story and smooth game play. I shall definately purchase more of this type of game, it was very hard to put down. Get it!

I'll start by saying I love the find and combine type of HO. The graphics are lovely and the story is engaging. Good length and nice bonus chapter. The map should allow for immediate travel to the area. The hint button in other games usually directs to the area where the next action can take place. In this game it only tells you if nothing else can be done in an area. These 2 issues make for some tedious back and forth.

Good game but its too easy. Hidden gameplay is not really use much skill because I could just touching everywhere without seeing the objects. I can finish it in 3h and its not worth to spend the money for full game because it is too easy :(

This is a vast improvement over the previous Dark Parables games! I have played the previous games and found that although the stories were interesting and built up great the ending always fell short of the storyline. With Snow Queen I felt that the overall story was interesting and held up through out the entire tale. It kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know who the Snow Queen was and with the add-on of the Golden Child made me wonder how the story was going to wrap up and it did nicely!

Loved it! Got stuck a few times and there is a lot of bouncing around . But, overall a great game and I recommend you give if a try.

I agree with another reviewer. How anyone can say bad graphics is beyond me. This game was awesome. Everything fit together great; the music, graphics, and storyline. Very well done Big Fish. Can't wait til the next one.

I've played LOTS of HO and puzzle games. This one had a good story, beautiful graphics, HO scenes were relevant to game play (yay!!) and not too tedious or repetitive. The puzzles were also relevant, nicely done, and fun. All in all, this is a great game, and I enjoyed it very much!

I love big fish you can always count on quality as always but as I play this game I find it needs a special personality that play this game if you're a person thats in a hurry that is like Speedy Gonzales and Johnny turbo and stuff like that this is not for you you need to be slow pation not to get frustrated or mad easy and got to be willing to make mistakes you just basically have to take your time but if you're the cheetah but if you're like me the sloth slowest animal in the world then you'll like it

I feel like i just went fishing........and was hooked and reeled in to buying the game...loved what i saw but not buying a game. Thesecompanies give us so called free versions. 15 minutes of a game is not a free version.

I enjoying this game as another reviewer mentioned nice relaxing game, not stressful or confusing. I enjoy BFGs. Really good graphics. Good game for me.

I loved it! Beautiful scenes! Pretty long game as well. Was incredibly pleased with this one. Big fish are my favorite!

Was really nice ,just a hit short, and the movies would break up or not show at all, and is a little bit expensive, however it hws good graphics ans a cool story line , so overall a nice game with a few gliches

Very good game. Difficult to see small items in HOS .Really like having the guide in game so you don't have to leave game to go online and find walkthrough. Good story without all the blood and gore. Thanks for that!
