Cascade

I am lowering my rating for the app and the game play due to an issue that I noticed within the past month or so. Sometimes, now frequently enough to annoy me into giving the app a low rating, the app displays without the current level being available and shows a "Download" button. When I press the button, nothing happens. After several iterations of forcing the app closed, restarting the app, and/or restarting my phone, it eventually downloads the progress back to my current level. The main frustration with this situation is that once I reach a certain level, the app should never deny me playing at that level. Furthermore, it shouldn't have to download my progress back to that level again. Cascade is the only app on which I have ever experienced this scenario. I completely understand the need to sync my progress with a new device on which I install it the first time, but this happening with a device on which I've already been playing the app, is unacceptable.

Wtf happened? I was well past level 200 and this latest update wiped out all progress. I enjoyed this game, but not enough to play the same levels over and over every time a damn update happens. Uninstalled.

I managed to get to level 220 + and when it updated I lost all my levels. Also I'm not happy as I have spent a lot of money to get that far.

I was at level 98 or something, got the automatic updates, then BAM!!..all progress gone. Back to level 1. So annoying.

On my other device, I lost about 200 levels, had to start fresh, now I cannot down load next area, but can still play with black back grounds.

Excellent game. As you advance some levels get a bit more challenging whether you have a certain amount of vines, coconuts or bombs to get rid of and of course on the free spins you never get the right color to line up where you need them. Overall though perseverance gets rewarded but you may only hit one star instead of three. Still a good game.

I've been playing this for a few weeks now and I think I have a good feel for it. It is a fun game, easy to earn the gold bars and extras, but challenging enough to keep me entertained. My only real complaint is that I wish there was a shuffle (automatic, or at least given as an option) when you get a spin in which you can't play any of the jewels. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Have been stuck at level 5 for last two months. I have bought wood, which I don't think I should have to do to progress in a game. Unfortunately, I have not received credit for the wood so that doesn't help. Looking back, at least 3 times I was overcharged for wood. I am frustrated that they go from a wood sale for .99 to one for 24.99. I can justify an occasional 10 bucks, but that is NEVER a sale option. I play very well, but at this stage the points needed to progress are WAY TOO HIGH to not buy wood to help you.

All of my log in info is correct. Can log in to Big Fish games and access all account info. Cascade will no longer connect and have lost all of my progress. Have uninstalled, and reinstalled. Didn't work. Help?update: have received no help. Had to start over. Still will not connect to Big Fish or Facebook, cannot receive daily spins. Have to play off-line. Still love the game, but frustrated with losing all progress. Update. Still not resolved.Edit: Better now, but having issues playing offline, and still occasional on line connection problems.

I have updated this review from a 5 star to a 1 star because I have lost 481 stars. I had 780 but because of automatic signing out after the last tournament it took away those stars. Please return them to what I had and I will update my review again. For a large game developer like big fish it's disappointing to see this happen.

This is a good takes you different lands a challenging. game great graphics. With new updates comes new levels however your new update wiped out my fire, water & leaf gems numbers where I had 3+ million of leaves I now have 136k and the fire I had 600k I now have 36k and where I had 2 million water I now have 56k I've sent emails and you don't respond good game!!!

I had hurdles.. but finally getting the levels beat.,......,. 08/17/16 update ...things are going good on first game. key is using hold to buy hammers. After the first ten levels and I figured it out, I really like it now. Different than other match 3 in a row games. Still playing it daily, I really like it! Still playing and I like it! Takes awhile to load and I wish that it would start at where I stopped the last time. Still playing after several months! Almost gave up on a few levels but forged on. Still loving it! As I get farther into the game, it seems to take longer to load.

Game is still fun, crashes are not. Does anyone get this particular message when playing before a crash. "Cascade is having trouble with Google play services, if problem persists, please contact the developer." Every time a crash is coming or it simply crashes.

What the hell??!!! For months everything is smooth running. You install an update and, whack, the damn game crashes instantly or in the middle of a serious game!!!!! Come on folks. All the ads to look at new games, only that they, as well, crash some time after. Ticked off and will erase it all

This is an awesome game but a lot of levels make it impossible to get 3 stars. Your lucky if you can get one star b on some levels. That c an be very frustrating. And it seems like when you use a 2x or spins saver you loose anyway.

I'm already addicted to this game. Can't wait for a break at work so I can play xxx still playing am usually bored by now but it keeps my interest still.got to a high level and for some reason it's took me back to level 1. Not a happy player at all....

Love playing this game but every time you do an upgrade I lose my gems!! Over 200 thousand of red and green and over 100 thousand of blue, and this is the third time I have lost them. Support won't let me leave a complaint since upgrade. Not happy!
